Description of Work: I called Richard this morning to say that the computers on my home network had lost their connections to the printers on the network. He said he would try to work me in today, which he did. He spent about an hour this afternoon getting four laptops to connect to the network printers. He also recovered some playlists in iTunes that had been lost. Richard is helpful, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. If he can help the customer solve the problem over the phone, he does---and at no charge. This is the second time I've used him, and will call him again.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS OUR 3RD OR 4TH TIME TO USE RICHARD AND WE ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE IS FRIENDLY AND TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN ''WHY'' AND ''HOW'' HE PERFORMS HIS WORK. HE SHOWED US HOW TO PREVENT OTHER INTRUSIONS FROM HACKERS. HE IS MICROSOFT CERTIFIED AND BELONGS TO THE BBB. HE CHARGES FAR LESS PER HOUR THAN ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPUTER SERVICE COMPANY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR COMPUTER REPAIR AND SERVICES.
Description of Work: MY DAUGHTER LIVED IN A SORORITY HOUSE LAST YEAR AND HER COMPUTER WAS USED BY MANY OF HER SORORITY SISTERS FOR EVERYTHING FROM CHAT ROOMS TO DOWNLOADING GAMES AND WHO KNOWS WHAT. HER PC WAS EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW AND SHE WAS GETTING LOTS OF POP UP WINDOWS. RICHARD CAME TO OUR HOME AND CLEANED UP VIRUSES AND A ''WORM'' HE DETECTED ON HER PC. HE INSTALLED ANTI-SPYWARE SOFTWARE AND EVEN INSTALLED A REQUESTED SOFTWARE PACKAGE ON MY HUSBAND'S LAP TOP. HE ALSO DID SOME SECURITY MAINTENANCE & CLEAN UP ON MY PC. THE ENTIRE JOB TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF.
