Description of Work: Maintenance Service 2 AC Units

Description of Work: I used Hallmark One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for AC and heating services. They came out to check on the AC unit.

Description of Work: I am one of their Preferred Customers - I have used Hallmark for a long time. Many years ago the service was lousy but they have really gotten their act together and now they are a good company. I called today about 1:00PM because I heard a dripping-type noise in my attic, at the spot where one of the ac units is. I was afraid it was water dripping from the ac unit. The Hallmark person told me they would have someone out by 7PM tonight. Their guy arrived at about 3:30PM. His name was Franky and he was excellent. Naturally, the dripping noise had stopped by the time he got here but he was very attentive to what I had to say. He went up in the attic and checked the units and found nothing wrong. He said that the units were both operating properly and that there was no water leaking anywhere. He even checked the drain pain from the hot water heater. He went outside with me to show me where the overflow valves were for the two ac units. He also showed me where the overflow valve was for the hot water heater (which was hidden from view from the ground). All in all, I felt like this ac technician did an excellent job and that he definitely knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: I called early Tuesday morning and requested service for that same day. Two workers arrived at the scheduled time and completed repairs on my AC while also checking the furnace. The AC drain line was clogged. They cleared the line in both a timely and professional manner. They will be coming out twice per year to check the functioning of the AC. I was completely satisfied.

Description of Work: After the storm we had no Air in our home. We called Hallmark, they got someone out there that day, and after replacing a couple of parts they may have been caused by the storm, we were up and running again, and could sleep well. Thankyou Hallmark. I dont mind paying for quality quick service.

Description of Work: We were in need of a new A/C unit and they sold us one that really wasn't right for the house. The unit didn't really fit outside in the place where it is supposed to go. Its too close to the house and the fence to get the energy efficiency we should be getting. Then they came to check the heater, and lo and behold they say we have a crack in the heat exchanger that is spewing forth 5 parts per million of carbon monoxide, and we absolutely have to get a new furnace! 5 parts per million of carbon monoxide is not much, we checked with our son who is a chemist. We decided we needed to get a second opinion, so we joined Angie's List to get a recommendation.

Description of Work: REPLACED 1 TOILET. NEW LINE FROM GARBAGE DISPOSAL. NEW SEAT ON ANOTHER TOILET.
