The new 5 stage unit has completely changed the way my house feels. My house can now get much cooler, and it has a more even temperature. The Infinity touch screen thermostat is easy to program, and it shows me how much the unit is working. Their representative designed the best system for my house, and the installation crew was meticulous in their work. The unit is very efficient and quiet. I also use the One Hour service program, and the technician is very professional and knowledgeable.

the Ac tech was awesome his name is Chris. He was very professional and wakes me through the issue and the options to fix it. Since I called One hour air conditioning company on Saturday my parts were not available but Chris offer to fix the issue temperory till the parts arrive. He is truly a great and ethical employee and difintly will call them again and refer them to all my family and friends.

They do a thorough job But the technician did not check the sruge protector that is installed on the on the putside compressor. This should be done every 6 months. Their service contract is 212.00/yr whereas other companies charge 120.00-

We have been using One Hour for years. The price is a little high, but they are a large company with a large fleet to get the work done.

They always do a professional job.It was good. They did it quick. They didn't fix the wall, of course they don't do wall work. I did that myself. I cut a square, and put a hinge on it so I could have access in it for the next time. It turned out good. It was an pleasant experience. Private plumbers, since I am not an regular customer. Flat rates are probably higher than the individuals.

I have a service contract for about $250 a year. Probably seven years with them. Its hard to put your finger on one thing. I would say its an combination of everything. They are professional at what they do, and they take care of their customers.

They gave me recommendations. When I had problems I tried to troubleshoot and it turns out they didn't do a full service. Everything the technician told me was a lie. I will do it myself for now on. I suggest they give the client the right information. It was clear he didn't want to do the job. Train their technicians so they actually do the job and not make up stores and charge the client for it. The person was courteous, seemed to be professional and acknowledge. Just didn't want to do the job.

They put in all new ducts. It's always been real hot in my bedroom. I thought since they installed new ducts in my bedroom that it would be better. But it hasn't it's just been the same. I don't know if they gave me real cheap duct or what. I should have got another estimate.

The air duct cleaning did not happen through them, but we did have them service 1 unit in a different house. The issue is with the people in the call center. They would not let me schedule an air duct cleaning before I actually owned the home. As in I could not make an appointment for a date after closing. When i called again after owning the home they had to take my information to give to someone else to call me, I wonder why they did not do this with the first call. As for the hvac service they put down heat problem, when the tech got there i had to tell him it was an ac problem. I have used them for 12 years and bought a new unit from them, but now I have moved on to a less complicated company.

They gave me a price and said they could do it in three days. Three days later they put it in. They were kind of expensive, but they got it done quick.

I never paid for yearly service. I just used them for the spring service. I wouldn't use them again because I don't need to. The cleanup is partly why I would not give them an A. The man that came out was knowledgeable and professional. I do remember they were not on time, they were late. They were not as punctual as the other company.

Yesterday when I had gotten in contact with them, I had someone who was inexperienced. I basically called them up to let them know that I didn’t like the younger person, because you know how when you can tell someone is new to the company, they talk a whole lot instead of them trying to do the job. They’re trying to ensure me that they know what they’re doing. Well that evening, he put duct tape on my access door to my A/C unit and when it came on the access door popped off and it shut down my A/C unit. I called them back to have someone come out who was experienced. I wanted the more experienced service person to come and service it. That was the very first time, when I first called them. They sent a trainee on the job and it shut down. Whatever it was it shut down my A/C unit and I didn’t have A/C in my house. It was hot, so I couldn’t stay at my house. I had to call someone back who was more experienced to correct the problem. He did tell me that I had a capacitor that needed to be replaced on the evaporator coil and a capacitor that needed to be replaced on the outside unit. Which my warranty took care of. I called another company to take care of that. They sent an unseasoned person that didn’t know a lot. I had a warranty, I called the warranty company for the parts. I did not go through One Hour. They would have charged me a couple of hundred dollars to replace those parts. I only had to pay $75 for both parts under my home warranty. The warranty company uses One Hour Air Conditioning. As long as the person is an expert in air conditioning, they won’t cause any issues with your unit He left a piece of tape on my switch, he put the cover back on with duct tape and my A/C would not come back on. When they warranty people came out, they recognized the problem, because he had duct tape, he didn’t put the cover back on properly. He was on time. He talked too much. I will continue with them, but they’re going to send a seasoned technician to my house. Now they know because it is already recorded on to my account. Please, don’t send no mediocre person to my house. I only had the issue with the technician, not the company.

The installation was very smooth. The technicians showed up promptly and finished in less time than they had projected. They went over all the paperwork with me and showed me how to use the new thermostat. The company called the next day to ask if I was completely satisfied with the job.

They diagnosed a problem and added freon. There was one technician that came for the work.

Technician was very thorough and courteous. The service itself was approximately $200 for 2 units, and a burned out UV light accounted for the other half of the cost. I thought the UV light bulb was way too expensive!! Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.
