Description of Work: They performed a standard diagnostic test. The technician cleaned and adjusted the blower wheel/fan blade as it was making a horrible noise; because it was loose. I also had him replace Pan Tab Drain Pan Treatment which should be done every 6 months, and I was way beyond that date. He also tested the drain lines, and tested the heating and cooling cycles.

I have an annual contract with them so they come at beginning and end of each season and are on call-up; have had need only once, on a Sunday and they were here within an hour. They had the parts and fixed the problem. My present units air conditioning, are less than 5 years old and the heaters are 18 years old. One is 5 ton and one is 3 ton; all are covered/serviced by them. I rated price "B" only because I am sure there is someone less than them, but you get what you pay for. My units have full parts and labor warranty for 10 years, from them. They are clean, leave no dirt, very professional.

Not toally sure if it was a great price. The overall professionalism and customer satisfaction made up for any (if there was any) overage in the price I paid.
