Description of Work: It was last summer, when Angie's List wasn't free, that I had "One Hour AC" come out on a Friday Evening during the blistering heat of summer. I happy I can now relay my experience without having to pay. I had already diagnosed the problem and told the technicians that if Grainger had been opened, I would be doing these repairs myself. I originally called One Hour because I had a mailer/coupon for a $49.00 service call. When the techs arrived, I told them the capacitors needed replacing. They went through an hour and a half of their own diagnosing to finally tell me that they were replacing the capacitors. They initially tried to sell me over $2000.00 worth of repairs. When I refused, they wound up charging me $200 dollars a piece for two $10.00 capacitors. I do not mind a company making a fair profit but they stuck it to me. The total bill was $489.00 to replace two easy to get to capacitors. I called the management and here's what really aggravates me, he agreed with me that I was grossly overcharged but was not willing to do anything about it. I will say, the unit was correctly repaired and has worked properly ever since. The only problem was, it was a simple repair and they stuck it to me. Buyer beware!

Description of Work: I pay $13 a month on a plan that haves them come out twice a year. Once to inspect the furnace before winter, and then to check the A/C before the summer starts. Issue I have is that they keep confusing property addresses on the accounts and stop charging my card. This has happened several times.
