I thought they were very courteous. They were exactly on time. They put covers over their shoes when they entered my home. I thought they did a very good job with it. I did think the repair was a little on the pricey side.

I am at odds with this company. I did not think it was fair that they charged me so much and did not fix the problem. I was not told that if they take pictures with a camera that it would cost me another $200. They should had communicated with me better as well. I think that if they actually would had fixed the problem than I would not be so mad, but they did not. I had to call another company to fix it for me.

Leak was showing up outside. They tried opening wall under sink (leak was on outside wall) but could not find it. Taking off the siding was not an option just to look for a leak. Referred a leak finder who found it in the wall at the base by the sill plate. They then repaired and moved the clean out to the outside. It was under the sink and not readily accessible. Did a good job. Cannot really rate cost as I had no other estimates, but it seemed reasonable based on the work. When you have a continuous leak, it's hard to shop around.

Great! When I called for service, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and told me all my options; including a yearly contract that is reasonably priced and very handy to have. I called late in the afternoon and was able to get someone out the next day. The Master Plumber showed up on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also took the time to explain the details of the service contract. I also was able to purchase some Bio-Clean for my septic system.

We have had a contract with Hallmark ever since we moved here to do semi-annual inspections. We had someone out before this job to repair a leak in the evaporator coil, but it didn't last. We decided to use them after this experience. When they have been out for the inspections they have been very honest, and it continued with my experience on this larger job. They were very courteous and all around did a good job. As well for our annual inspections they are on-time, but very flexible. I have had them come out on Saturdays and Sundays without a problem.

I thought they were excellent. They call back to see if the work is fine.

The woman on the phone was pleasant, but didn't know what the charge would be. I got an appointment fairly quickly. The plumber showed up on time, and sat down to fill out his paperwork before he began. He gave me 2 options, a price of $304 plus $105 for the Essential Plumbing Plan, for a total of $409, or a price of $368 plus a $69 service call, for a total of $437. I told him those were ridiculously high options for replacing a disposal that I supplied, and I paid his service call of $69 and declined to use them. He said I wouldn't be able to find anyone to do it any cheaper. Wrong. I used Allen Plumbing, and was quite pleased with their work.

I called several companies to come out same day. Hallmark was the only company that could respond for the same day visit. We had the equivalent of a bucket of water pouring in through the ceiling every 2 hours.

Excellent. Ray (the technician) on his visit on Feb 26, 2007 explained our options at each stage of the work to allow appropriate decisions to be made. Work was performed quickly and efficiently and the work site was left in a very clean condition.

Everything went great. I would recommend them to others.

I called Jarrell to repair a shower. That day, my hot water heater, which Jarrell installed a year ago, malfunctioned. They did an excellent job on the shower and went beyond the scope of the estimate to add new piping and valves. They attempted to repair the hot water heater but determined that a replacement unit was needed and promptly installed it at no charge. The various parties involved, including the manufacturer's representative and the Jarrell supervisor, Sean Giuliani, did an excellent job of coordinating the work and the service representatives who took our phone calls were able to keep us informed of the status of the job.

He spent a great deal of time looking for the leak and fixed the pipe. I paid $300 to come back and check and clean my a/c & heater. He was supposed to come back, and never came back since April. I haven't called for him to come back and I shouldn't have had to pay $300 before the work was done. I don't know what I did with the receipt in order to use that as proof. I just feel taken advantaged because I paid up front and have not had the services done.

I called to request repair/possible replacement of food disposal. Service person arrived within scheduled window. After several minutes, he said that he strongly suspected that the problem was electrical. He said that he was not an electrician but couldn't find evidence of power was flowing to the disposal. For that reason, he suggested that we contact an electrician before paying for a new disposal. One day (and another service charge) later, an electrician assured us that the problem was not electrical. We called Jarrell Plumbing to request follow-up service and to discuss our concerns; their recommendation caused us to incur charges significantly higher than we had budgeted for the repair. The customer service manager, Sean, was very professional and very responsive. That very night, they installed an excellent food disposal for what we feel was an exceedingly fair price. We are longtime customers and find this result to be consistent with our previous experiences with the company.

The appointment I initially made was "lost". I was told technician would be here between Noon and 4:00PM, I called to verify appointment at 3:30 PM and was told "nothing on the books". They said they would have someone over shortly, technician pulled up at 4:15. He was courteous, efficient, polite and clean. His conduct and performance made up for the poor record-keeping the office has demonstrated.

They were prompt, very courteous and nice.

Jarrel, Sean and Victor did a fine job, and the cost was very reasonable for the work performed.

They quoted me a price over the phone and scheduled it right away. They were on time and personable. The brand of water heater they brought (Rheem) was higher quality than most of the other companies I called, for the same price.

They were able to send someone out within a few hours of my call.

The overall experience was good. They were on time both times they came out. They fixed the problem the first time, and the second time it was a long-term solution. The post-inspection cleanup was good - they got the dirt off the sidewalk and put the grass back. Only have two issues. First, it seemed to us that they didn't need a supervisor and two plumbers standing around watching the other two guys dig. Second, the plumber who came out to do the fix said he would have been done sooner if he had had the tools he needed (they had disappeared a couple days ago). He did go to the store a couple times during the job, don't know if he tried to buy the tools and they didn't have any or what, but we didn't ask. Or maybe he was just in a hurry. At any rate, those are pretty minor, the important thing is that the job was completed, the line is no longer leaking, and it was done in a timely fashion.

Gary, the plumber that was sent, arrived on time and was very professional. I showed him the problem, and he immediately explained what it would cost depending on what was found. When he located the problem, I was shown the broken part, in this case a flange, and he then proceeded with repairs. When he left, the area was clean. As a result of my experience, I purchased a service contract from the company which provides for a 15% discount on future services, a reduced service call charge, plus 1 free plumbing inspection.

They were prompt, completed the work within an hour. He did try to sell me their "frequent customer" plan, but every business these days is doing something similar. He explained what he did and showed me the bad cartridge.

Plumber was professional and courteous. He was neat and prompt.
