Brandon made a recommendation that saved me money. I could buy two filters from One Hour for the same price as on line internet and no hassle dealing the the internet..

The service package from DIRECT ENERGY is what allowed me to save on maintenance of AC/Heat Unit and Furnance it's a Good packages and ONE HOUR A/C Heat service were very professional. Saved on service fee diagnostic's etc unit working fine they come out as scheduled to keep you unit in tip top shape and they call you to schedule you may forget when maintenance is due they call you to remind you and set up your appointment which was great. $15 a month on light bill so when maintenance is due You pay nothing!

My technician, Joe Hawkins, called to give me an arrival window on when he would arrive. To my surprise he pulled up early and rang my doorbell at the time he said he would arrive. He was extremely professional and once done, explained everything he had done and went over the items that needed attention. Folks, you need to try ONE HOUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING!!!

Technician checked all components of A/C, explaining steps he took. No repairs needed, but explained possible problems in the future due to use of "old" freon.

Technician arrived on time and was very clean. Kept me informed throughout the process on what he was doing and what he found. Efficient work done. Made recommendations and discussed the benefits and costs associated with them. Good job!

on 07/13/18. They came and give me a quote for almost 11,000.00 . although it was a high bid I thouoght will be a good quality. They fixed a unit and put a new unit for the second floor. the second floor was very hot they had to come at least six times to make it work but failed. In one of the visits they came to replace an air duct that THEY DAMAGED. On Sat 07 /28/18 they came twice ...still one room does not get cold and other is very cold. AC is very loud i can not sleep in my bed room.. I put a stop on on of the checks It was a waste of my time I lost hope they could get it together ...they hired a lawyer to sue me for 100,000.00 NEVER EVER USE THEM......

Our AC went out on us on a Saturday after 5 p.m. One Hour promptly arranged a service appointment for us. Due to it being a weekend with a smaller service team she couldn't give an exact time but Nadine guaranteed it would be today. About an hour after making that call we were notified the serviceman would arrive within 45 minutes. He arrived within 25 minutes. Alan A. was very courteous, honest and wasted no time in completing his repair. This experience once again justifying keeping this company on speed dial and purchasing one of their service plans which saved us a great deal of money.

Great, it helps a lot if you have a maintenance plan. First $500 in repairs is covered for most everything. Tech was professional and clean. Clearly talked to me regarding issue and a plan for the future.

fIRST 89.00 TRIP CHARGE TO INSPECT, THEN ADDITIONAL MONEY TO LOOK FURTHER, THEN NEED TO REPLACE CONTROL BOARD FOR 800.00 TO DETERMINE WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BEEVEN THOUGH I EXPOLAINED THAT MY THERMOSTATE WAS FAULTY. I FINALLY STOPPED HIM AT 300.00 TOLD HIM I WOULD PREFER TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. ANOTHER CONTRACTOR CAME THE NEXT DAY, IN 10 MINUTES HE STATED . YOU HAVE A BAD THERMOSTATE HE CHARGED ME 225.00 MONEY WELL WOTH SPENT, ONE HOUR IS ALL ABOUT SELLING, AND LYING OR THEY DON,T KNOW HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT

Carl (with the company for 20 yrs) was there when I arrived at my house from my office. He was early. Service was prompt, professional and thorough. I was advised of pending potential problems on my 16 yr old unit and the reason for the loss of refrigerant. We called one hour a/c after my wife got a quote from a company that felt was too high. They came within few hours of my call on a Friday evening. The price was right and we got slotted for install the next day. They installed complete 3.5 ton unit. When the time for inspection came, they found some issues and corrected them. The overall service and quality was excellent.

The technicians and their work are very professional, and I recommend the company highly. The only serious difficulty I had was in trying to schedule a system check/tuneup in a timely manner. All other appointment types (for diagnostics, repairs, cost estimates, and installation) are promptly scheduled.

Justin was excellent and gave solutions for issues. Looking forward to working with him again.
