Naturalcare Cleaning Service in Houston

Mixed experience. workers were personable, some more conscientious than others. supervisor who evaluated the "deep clean" found some items that were missed, and missed others. after one clean there were footprints on the slate floor and rugs have been left over the banister or on cabinets. my biggest complaint is that after the "deep clean" i found dust bunnies behind and under a chair. i mentioned this in my evaluation(s) they send out, and eventually they cleaned behind the chair (on third clean), but still (after 5 times here) have not bothered to clean under the chair (maybe the bunnies are multiplying). They were on time and prices where as advertised (but seem on the high side).

They were later than expected by an hour. We did get the call ahead estimating their arrival, half an hour ahead, but were waiting around when we could have been running errands. Services were good, but there was no follow up as discussed on the phone when requesting services or notification of the final amount, for which a large range was given.

We used NCC for a little over a year. Their services were generally fine but they have had lots of turnover and therefore they are inconsistent in quality. We expect that of all maid services, so we accepted that and continued working with them. Recently, we came home to find a large kitchen knife had been left by the crew on the changing table in our 15 month old daughter's room. Apparently, their staff needed something to cut the bag on our diaper pail and actually went downstairs to the kitchen and took a clean knife from the butcher block and then used it to cut the bag. After doing so, which in and of itself is absolutely an inexcusable practice that could lead to cross-contamination, the staff member left the knife on the changing table. When I called NCC to report this, they first pointed the finger at us and indicated their crew would never do such a thing. Then, their crew indicated our nanny had probably left it there. The interesting fact is that we no longer have a nanny. Only after intimating that we would need to call the police to determine if someone had nefariously left the knife where it was located did one of their staff admit to having done this. It took 4 days for NCC to determine this fact, yet their owner let members of this particular crew continue working in other houses despite the clear evidence that someone had done something well outside of acceptable policies. Even aside from the danger that was created for our child, the cross-contamination issues alone should have been cause for immediately bringing the crew in for further discussions. To add further insult, NCC has emailed and indicated that they can no longer provide services to our home. Apparently, requesting an explanation as to what measures would be taken to ensure this does not happen again and mentioning some other issues related to the cleaning are not acceptable.

NaturalCare has been great to work with. They have been very accomodating to my schedule (I'm a night shifter), and their service is reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide.

I was not present for the full time. However, I returned to the apartment during the last 30 minutes and was able to observe the four individuals in action. I was pleasantly with the professional and detail attention given to the activities being preformed. However, there was a most unfortunate accident involving the breaking of an an antique dish. Fortunately, I was able to repair the break.. Nevertheless, Naturalcare accepted the responsibility and has offered free cleaning services (one session) as compensation. I found Naturalcare listed under the Honor Roll section of the October List. After the experience I most heartily agree with the rating. I am most pleased with the service and plan on establishing permanent reoccurring service.

I have been looking for a cleaning company for a while and was having trouble finding someone licensed and bonded. I was referred to NaturalCare by a friend who had been using their services, and have been very pleased with the results. The staff at NaturalCare are always on-time, friendly, and thorough in their work. I also appreciate that the cleaning products they use clean the house without the chemical smells or residues.

This is absolutely the best maid service anywhere! They're honest, on time, professional and work very hard. Three floors takes a lot of effort to keep clean, and Naturalcare does it wonderfully. Their price may seem high, but not when you see the level of their work performance. I give my highest rating to this service. It's worth more than you pay for it, and you can count on their honesty, professionalism and desire to do a great job consistently!

We asked them to do a deep clean of our house as it was being remodeled, and they did an excellent job. Our floors were being refinished so everything was moved out of half the house into the other half. The cleaning crew did an amazing job working around the piles of stuff in order to clean. Their work was professional and healthy since they use steam which eliminates dust mites. And, they were right on time. My wife said it was the best cleaning service we've ever had. Congratulations to Natural Care Cleaning. In fact, we continue to use their service today. They are amazing.

This was my first time to use a housecleaning service and from the first call everyone has given me outstanding customer service. Two women showed up for my first clean and were very polite and professional. A third showed up to check on their work and she also stayed to clean. They did an amazing job and worked very hard for a little over 3 hours. Not perfect but certainly outstanding considering all of the thorough cleaning they did. I received a call the next day to check on my satisfaction with the cleaning and they noted my two minor comments on a missed window and a few smudged picture frames (not a big deal at all considering they cleaned all of my blinds, light fixtures and fans that had never been dusted and had residue from the smokers who lived here before us). I look forward to having them back on a biweekly basis. They are much better than the woman who previously cleaned my house for the last 5 years. I hope they keep up the same level of detail in future cleans. Future cleanings will cost more because I used a coupon for the first clean, but I am confident it will be worth the additional money since I have two kids and two cats.

I spoke to Candace, informative and gave me a price quote for deep clean of $240-$340 depending on how long it would take to finish the job. The employee showed up on time and worked quicky through the house. With tax the total was $259.80. I was very pleased with the level of clean - esp in the bahrooms, the house smelled so fresh. While the service is pricey, the finised product was worth it. My only issue was the coupon they offer on Angies List. I was told that I was not eligible for the $20 off for deep clean bc I did not get a recurring service. That is not how I read the coupon, so they may want to change the wording.

They come out weekly. I think they are pretty efficient. They are a reputable company as far as I can see. They check up once their invoice is done. They are good at being flexible. Especially in the midst of summer, I have to change the appointments around and they work well with that. Even if my regular lady is not available they send somebody else. Everybody else, including the regular lady I've dealt with has been very pleasant and pretty efficient. I found them on Angie's List.

The services performed were not extensive enough for the price, although of the tasks they accomplished they did do a good job. I just expect a little more for my money. They did not seem to polish wood furniture, or clean leather with an appropriate cleaner. They did a tremendous job on our laminate floors, however. At first we were excited about the idea of chemical-less cleaning, but the reality isn't as awesome as we hoped.

The cleaning service was great but the administrative end of it as far as trying to make another appointment was not good. They were bad about returning phone calls and scheduling appointments. The owner heard my concern and explained that they were overwhelmed due to a Groupon, apologized and offered to correct it. I was very impressed by their willingness to make it better and look forward to using them again.

The owner also offered me 1/2 off my first deep clean. I really appreciated the email and it was nice to deal with a company that didn't make excuses. I can tell that they do, in fact, value their company and take their rating on Angie's list very seriously. I am going to schedule a cleaning and will update further once it is completed. I am excited to see the work they do and hopefully, I can change their rating to all A's! FINAL UPDATE: They came today and I'm so glad I gave them a chance. They were everything you would want in a company: friendly, positive, upbeat, punctual, meticulous, etc. I can't remember the last time my home was this clean. It was 3 women and they arrived within the window that was given. The were very personable and spoke English which was great, so I could give them a few specific directions. Upon leaving, one of the women walked through the house with me, and they literally stopped on their way out the front door to re-clean the window. I guess I don't understand why some people leave such bad reviews. No one (or company) is perfect and if you are reasonable and give them a chance to rectify the mistake, you might just be pleasantly surprised. My only regret is that I can't afford to have them come out on a regular basis!

We used them several times for monthly service and were happy.We had to get bumped from our scheduled service because our worker was sick, the reschedule clean did not seem up to par but I did not tell the company because all prior services had been very good.We stopped using them to save money.The only downside is my husband did not like the smell of the vinegar but when I came home it was nice and fresh smelling!

Pros: Very prompt response from my initial e-mail. Cleaning technicians were very nice and did overall good job. Cons: I was quoted $310-$420. The bill came to over $420. They took off the Angie's list discount for a net of $406. I was surprised that the bill was so high since the house had no clutter, pets, toys or anything else to get in the way as it was about to go on the market for sale. I was told two technicians would arrive but only one came at specified time and the other about 3 hours later. They did an overall good job but I did have to go back and touch up a couple of bathrooms. I called about the bill and was told I needed to pay it before I could speak with someone about it, so I did. The owner called back promptly and explained the bills are based on man hours. He said they normally call to inform a customer that the final bill will most likely be over the quote. I told him that would have helped. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning, but not with the billing. If you use them, just be prepared to pay the high end of the quote.

The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

They come in once every two weeks, and I have been using them probably for the last four to five months. They have been pretty punctual, and they do a pretty good job with cleaning. They don’t use any kind of harmful chemicals, and everything is natural based, so they are really nice. I would use them again in the future.

They are good, but they miss small things like baseboards and doors. They are not detailed and are overpriced.

They clean very well. They listen to what you have to say. You can call them anytime and say hey they did this but didn't do that, Or you can say I don't like the way they did this. Or you can tell the cleaner themselves. They have be very good. They are not cheap but none of them are. The first cleaning is very expensive so where between 220-300 dollars. They don't intrude, we don't want them cleaning the study so they don't go in there. I often don't have them clean the guess room. I like the idea that they don't use chemicals. I though that there website made a lot of sense to me.

We had just installed new tile on the kitchen floor and wood floor in our master suite, and wanted to clean up all the dust from the work. Based on good recommendations from Angie's List, I called Crystal from NaturalCare Cleaning the day the workmen were finishing the installation. I described the house and job to her, and she gave me an estimate of 7.5 to 9 hours, or between $300 and $390 ($40 per man-hour). I agreed and completed the service agreement online. She scheduled the crew to come out the very next day. We were pleased with the responsiveness of the company and professional job the crew did. They actually spent 11 man-hours on the job, leaving about 6 p.m., but Crystal honored her estimate and charged $390. With the $20-off Angie's List coupon, plus tax, it came to right at $400. That's a lot of money, but I can't fault their cleaning job. We scheduled a follow-up regular cleaning in two weeks.

Representative was on-time, worked tirelessly from start to finish, and did a very good job.
