The cleaning job was okay enough, but a couple of things were broken and the company refused to make any reparations, and items from the floor were left on the kitchen counter. They also knocked the power out on two occasions without letting me know, and without making any attempt to fix the problem.

They are great! The people are quality cleaning people.

I've had overall good experiences. I don't know what the price is, my wife does. Their quality is good. I am not sure when they are going to be there during the say and I say we have a specific time that we need them. They have good equipment to get the job done and they're in and out.

They clean my home every 2 weeks using dry steam & natural products. They do a good job & my home smells fresh after they have cleaned. The cleaners seem to be quality people I don't mind having in my home. Price is ok because my home is almost 4,000sq ft.

I use them every 2 weeks. It was good. They use a dry steam cleaning method for the floors and counter tops. Their products do not have a lot of chemicals in it. They use natural oils to add fragrance or scent in the rooms.

I was very pleased. I had three other companies come in every two weeks. All the companies were told the same thing. I wanted to have everything cleaned, baseboards, window sills, shutters among the normal routine cleaning. Natural care did the best job. After the other companies cleaned, I could go to the shutters and see they were not even wiped down but Naturalcare Cleaning Service hit all the areas. They also used a steamer that I was so impressed with, I went out and bought the exact one for myself. A++++ I will use them again. Note: In filling out this questionnaire, I have to guess on approx date I used them and price as it has been approx 1 1/2 years ago.

We've been using NCS for several months (close to 5 months) for weekly cleanings. Overall they were good but too many small things have happened that I'm wanting to try a new company. Should I be unhappy with another company I would definitely use them again since I know they are mostly reliable. I have always reached out and they have responded sincerely.

I was very impressed with Naturalcare Cleaning Service. The two young ladies from Naturalcare showed up on time and performed a very thorough cleaning of my house. All the products that they used were natural. My house had a very fresh and pleasant smell after the cleaning.

Have to rave a little about this company- they are so great! Candice in the office is always really nice when I call. But lately I've been using the convenient on-line booking tool to scheduled my cleans. The cleaning techs are very polite and do fabulous cleans! I get deep cleans every couple months and always request the citrus scented cleaner they use to remove grease - it leaves a lovely smell! I am always pleased with the level of attention to detail of the cleans - both the regular and deep cleans. The steam-cleaning tool makes such a difference -this is one of the greatest assets of this service - and sets them apart from others - everything gets sanitized! I'm impressed with their hygienic practices - they use color-coded microfiber towels for each area of the house - so ONLY the kitchen towels are used to clean the kitchen- NEVER the bathroom towels! All-around a fabulous company that gives consistently great service!!

I found Naturalcare Cleaning Service online. I liked that I could get pricing and schedule everything online with their booking form. I was needing to get a cleaning before the end of the week when my family came in to town. Once I scheduled I got a confirmation email and then a reminder notice the day before the clean. I was there the morning the crew arrived. They were very friendly and cheerful. They went to work right away and started cleaning so I left them alone. I left for awhile to run some errands and when I came back they were just finishing up. The lady in charge walked thru the house with me to make sure everything was ok and then they left. I also got an email later that day asking how my clean was. Everything went very well and will be using them again in the future as needed.

I want to preface my review by saying that I have had hired several cleaning services before, and in general I don't like the results I get. But I was really happy with this service. I came to visit my son and daughter in law after their first baby was born. They were so overwelmed with the new baby I wanted to treat them to a home cleaning. I called Naturalcare Cleaning Service upon recommendation of a neighbor and I feel so much better and less stressed about my decision. I called on Monday and was on schedule for that Wednesday! The cleaners came out that morning and got started. She did a wonderful job removing years of grime from the bathtub, above the cabinets, the baseboards, and the floors. The home smelled wonderful after she was done. They use essential oils in their proprietary cleaning products, which I love. DEFINITELY recommend! Especially for stressful times like new family member when you have to be in a million places at once. This helped immensely. s

I have been using Naturalcare cleaning service for the last six months. I chose this company for two major reasons: the transparency of the pricing system and the ease of booking the appointment online. Everything is priced on their website, and you don't have to pick up a phone call for a quote and verbally tell them every small detail you want cleaned. I have always been happy with the results and they always send out the feedback email after each clean. Twice I had a few issues and let them know and they fixed it right away. The cleaning technicians do a good job and the office staff are awesome at what they do.

No problem with scheduling and punctuality-in fact the 2 ladies were thorough and great but the guy who appeared to be the lead was courteous but not very efficient and careful. In the process of cleaning the bathroom he dropped a toothbrush in one of the less pleasant cleaning bucket and was caught rinsing it and putting it back. Then the vacuum cleaner plug was not matching to our hook up so we spent about 20min looking for a converter, needless to say they run out of time, so left one room completely not done. There are other areas they missed like the bath tiles were beautiful on the sides, but don't look up they missed the top completely. Our house was rather out of sorts and they did make a difference timely, so am still on the fence if I want to call this company back

I called them and tried to reschedule the cleaning another day because of a sudden meeting at work on Monday. I explained the reason and told Candice that I kept trying to contact them to reschedule it since last Friday, but no one answered the phone, and they didn't work on weekend. I had no choice but called in at the earliest time I could on Monday and tried to reschedule it. I also offered to stay at home to wait for the cleaners to come in between 11:00-13:00. But Candice said she cannot let the cleaners arrive in a fixed time frame. During the conversation, she didn't try to solve the problem or offer any help, but kept asking for a $50 cancellation fees, which is all they want! Very disappointed with this company!!! I booked the service with them because of the good reviews on Angie's list. Don't understand how it got the reviews with such a bad service!

After an extensive conversation with Candice, the cleaning team did not arrive for the scheduled first clean. After 30 minutes of calling the office (with no answer), she finally picked up. When I said that she had promised arrival between 830-930 AM, with a call 30 minutes prior, she told me it was her right to change the time and she had two people not show up so she needed to do what she had to do. I indicated that I needed to go to work and could not wait around for them. She then said she did not "recall" the conversation when she promised a specific time. She did not apologize or offer to reschedule at my convenience. She did offer to send a manager to pick up the key, with no confirmed arrival, which I declined. I cancelled the booked recurring service immediately. Unprofessional.

After getting tired of our previous cleaners constantly breaking things, including a bathroom faucet they never fixed, we searched for a new cleaner. We've been with Naturalcare now for about a month and could not be happier. They give you an option of calling 30 minutes before they arrive, which is fantastic for us so I can lock up our dogs. They are very professional and do a fantastic job and could not be happier.

It has been good. Basically, the house is looking very nice. I usually get two people and occasionally three. I just found them and I have been using them pretty much ever since. They use the skim cleaners on the floor and on the tiles. I have not done any price checking so I cannot rate the price. They do listen to me. It?s very reasonable when they come but as long as they come within the parameters then there is no problem with me.

They're great. All the stuff they use is non-toxic. We have five cats so they might be a little bit more expensive for us. It seems a little high, but for us with the cats, it's great.

My experience with them was good. They did a good job. It was nice that they use all natural products. I like that. The girls are all very friendly. I met some of them one day when I came home early. They walked through the house and made sure I was happy with everything and if I had any questions before they left. They were very pleasant, very nice and very helpful. They even did a little extra vacuuming for me. I moved something to get behind it and she re-vacuumed the whole room.

Everything was fine. I would recommend them. They did a good job.

Things went great with the company called Naturalcare Cleaning Service in Houston. I have them coming every 2 weeks. I think the cost is like 150. They use the clean cleaning which I really like so that they can clean without using a lot of chemicals. That is like chemical free. It is a little expensive but I am okay with that. If a friend or a family member asked me about this company I would tell them that I am very pleased with them and would recommend them.

I had use them for quite awhile but I canceled their service because I had an issue with the quality Of their work. They came out like every two weeks to clean the floors and the bathrooms. I don't know what happened to them but they used to do real quality work. When I'd come home I would find stuff on my floor so I would get my vacuum out and clean my floors as they were filthy. I'd call them and they would come back out and redo it but after the third time I was done. The customer service was really good.

It was very good. It took them a couple of hours and they sent a team of cleaners -- about 2-3 people.

Did not mop bathroom floor, stained wood floor with a container ring, then scratched the wood trying to get it up. White powder products all over bathrrooms. Not good at all. UPDATE: As a business owner, it's how you handle customer satisfaction. I have never had a company go to the lengths to do anything and everything to make me happy. My review and 1st impression were of disappointment. Natural Care has been diligent in correcting my 1st experience. Every business has to deal with employees, at one time or another, that do not represent the owners/company as they should. There will always be dissatisfied customers. It's how a company deals with it, that makes them a successful or failure business The diligence and good will have been incredible. The personal calls, letters, offers to make me happy, have been PHENOMENAL! This shows the true character of a great business owner. I have built and sold hundreds of homes. Word of mouth is everything. The customer is always right or else, no more customers will walk through the door. Very impressed and we will be giving Natural Care the benefit of the doubt and let them show us what they can really do, on their next visit.

Vini & Melissa with Naturalcare Cleaning do a fantastic job of cleaning. They work hard and get the job done. I am very impressed with the steam cleaning system they use. Naturalcare Cleaning is a very well run organization. You get reminder emails prior to each cleaning and a chance to rate each cleaning.
