Rico and Scott have recently started cleaning my house .... I've been using. Naturalcare for almost 2 years, and these guys are the best! The company is very flexible, reasonable and quickly respond to any issues. The natural approach is great ... They steam clean hard floors, showers and counters. Everything feels very clean and the house only smells like lavender oil (if you want them to use it!). Great work today, Rico and Scott!

I love NaturalCare cleaning. I am opposed to using chemicals & they do a great job with the dry steam. Yvonne & Gwendolyn are always very pleasant & professional. A pleasure to have them in my home for a couple of hours.

The first time they came went very bad. The cleaning crew missed my house due to not following simple instructions that my house was the first one on the left after the community entrance gate. The company apologized for keeping me waiting for 3 hours without the crew showing up and offered to refund my money and give a free cleaning, which they did. I was very upset that they kept me waiting but also appreciated the effort they made to make up for their error by coming back a second time to provide a free cleaning. The office lady I spoke with was very courteous and professional. The cleaning itself went very well and the crew did a very good job.

We needed a new cleaning service as our previous one had become unreliable. Naturalcare Cleaning showed up when expected and did an excellent job cleaning our house. Naturalcare sends out reminder emails a few days before the next cleaning and our credit card is automatically charged after each cleaning. I really appreciate that they do not use harsh chemicals and the convenience of using this company is why we have contracted Naturalcare to clean our house every month.

The service worked out great, they did a great job. I did not pay an additional cost. The only thing I was disappointed about was, that they didn't walk around and tell me what they were going to do, and so they didn't do the stairs, which they said wasn't included. I thought that was odd.

I was satisfied with thier work, and have hired them again already and recommended them to others.

We have been using Naturalcare as our cleaning service for almost a year. They are a bit pricier than other options, but I really like the natural products they use and the quality of the clean. In a year of service, we have only had a couple of minor complaints about an area being looked over or not cleaned as thoroughly, and it has always been addressed quickly after notifying them. One of the best aspects of the company is their responsiveness. They are always quick to respond and are flexible when I need to change or cancel a regularly scheduled cleaning date. We have found that some crews are a bit more thorough than others, but as long as you provide them this feedback, they will work with you to use your preferred crew when possible.

We brought an offer on angies list for a deep clean. The service performed was not what I would have expected as many obvious areas to clean such as bathroom mirrors, sides in bedroom and vanity unit tops in bedroom were not done- i.e. there was still toothpaste marks in bathroom. I emailed Natural clean to say I was unhappy and they did say that they would come out and fix the problems, but could only do this on a Monday- Friday no later than 4pm a time when myself or my husband can not be in. The service should have been done properly in the first place.

Had to change crews as the previous one did not clean sufficiently. They are always willing to make improvements! Everything is good now!

The quality of the monthly service was initially very good even though on the pricey side. I chose their services for several reasons: they use just steam cleaning with natural products which is great if you are concerned about sensitivities to chemicals, the cleaning was very thorough and good, the company does background checks and trains their staff, and because all the housecleaners were professional in my interaction with them and spoke English. Unfortunately the company seems to have expanded too quickly and the quality of their cleanings went down. I found surfaces that were not cleaned well (especially in our primary bathroom) and I got the feeling that the cleaners were either rushing through the job and doing a superficial job without really looking to see how good the cleaning was and/or the cleaners being sent to our house really did not know how to do a proper job of cleaning. I asked multiple times to get the cleanings back to the level they were when I started the service over a year ago, but finally gave up and quit my service.

The service was great. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I did have an issue as the Big Deal says they will do up to 3,600 square feet and they let me know it would be more money for an office area and laundry room as the deal is only for a 4 bedroom/3 room home. My home is less than the amount of square feet advertised as it is around 3,358 square feet.. I would use them again but I think it would be good if they would change the wording on the coupon. They do a fabulous job, this was the second time that I had used the coupon. I had used them previous to that and this was the first time that they had brought the extra rooms up, so I just did not get the extra rooms cleaned on this visit.

The crew of three arrived early in the morning and performed a good job. The house was being prepared to sell and the tenants had just moved out. The cleaning team was courteous and got right to work. I worked with Candice to arrange the service and she was also very professional and nice. The next day the owner of the company called me to make sure I was satisfied with the service. He was customer driven and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work, which I was.

I called to schedule an appointment for home cleaning, and a date/time was agreed upon; however, I never received a confirmation email. When the owner contacted me an hour before the cleaning, I explained that I never received the email with paperwork, bonding info, credit card authorization, etc. It turned out that the person who took my call did not input my email address correctly. Owner apologized and I thought we were trying for another time, but she didn't email me either. I moved on to another company.

It turned out really well. I have had some slight issues on time but they have been quickly remedied.

They are really good and do an awesome job. They have great follow up and even call after the visit to ensure they did a great job. They are great about being punctual for the appointment and being completed with the work on time. They send out the same people to clean each time. One time they didn’t clean my bathroom properly and they came out and cleaned it great the next time. They use all natural products and do a really great job. They are definitely better than any other housecleaning service I have used.

They do a great job. Their cleaning chemicals don’t upset my allergies at all. The ladies are usually real cheerful.

I would like to start by stating that I was very excited to find NCC. They were highly rated on Angie's List and on other sites. I liked their green cleaning methods and really liked their crew. They were all extremely friendly. The service, itself, left me disappointed. I scheduled and expected a deep cleaning for approx. 2/3 of my home. I got little more than a superficial cleaning. Neither cabinets nor baseboards were dusted/wiped. My plantation shutters were not thoroughly dusted (dust remained in the center of each slat - making it clear that they were not properly dusted). The kitchen blinds were not touched at all. My stairs were not vacuumed. Dust was not removed from underneath any piece of furniture nor under the edges of my rugs, despite having been to,d they have vacuum attachments and use them. Admittedly, I have high standards but I do not know whose standards the service I received would have met. I have cleaning services in the past and understand that little things here and there can get missed. I have worked with other services to make those little adjustments. I did report the concerns with my service and half hoped that I would be told that there was a miscommunication and that the crew thought they were booked for a regular clean. But I received an apology, an offer to come back and clean and a discount. I elected not to have them return. The disparity between what was promised and what was delivered was too great and I feel I'm better off trying another service.

Superlative! They were a little late but NOT their fault - I had accidentally given them the wrong house number. They called to verify the address and once this was straightened out, they came right away. The apartment was not in horrible shape (even though it had served as a bachelor pad!) but had not been deep-cleaned in over 2 years. The clean-up was great - the bathrooms in particular needed some serious TLC and after the work was done, they looked like new. The steam clean and thus the disinfection everywhere was especially appreciated since that evening we had 16 young ladies enjoying a sleep-over on air mattresses on the floor! The whole job was done in the estimated time, and was very thorough. Thank you!!! I'll gladly use this service again!

Overall, everything went very well. It was nice to come home to a clean house, but not have an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies. There were a couple areas that could have used improvement, but I received a follow up call the next day, we covered my concerns and they will be addressed on the next scheduled cleaning (they did offer to come out sooner but I told them it wasn't worth the extra trip and could wait). They are extremely pleasant to work with and very, very professional. I am glad I chose them to be my long-term provider!
