Azim set up a time that was convient with me, and even made arrangements to call me to see if I was home yet. He came and looked at the rugs and quoted the price. We discussed the repair to the Indian Kashmer rug. They took the rugs to clean and gave me an estimated time that they would be ready. I was called the when the rugs were cleaned and repaired and a time and day were set up to have them delivered to my home. At this time I was able to give my credit card information over the phone and have it check by Azim so when the rugs were delivered I would just need to sign the charge slip and work slip. Azim let me know that he would not be able to deliver the rugs himself but he would have a couple of employees bring them into my home and put them where I wanted. The rugs were delivered at the time set up and put where I wanted them, including moving furniture. I was pleased with the outcome and plan to use this company again when I need rugs cleaned or repaired.

They came, got the rugs and then brought them back before they promised, which was good because I wanted it for Christmas. They cleaned the rugs successfully. My dog had chewed a Christmas ornament on it and the dye from the ornament had gotten on the rug; they were able to get it out, which was great. My only beef with them was that it seemed really expensive. I would use their services again in the future because as far as I can tell they are the only ones that do it and they did exactly what they promised. I just hope I don't have to do it very often.

Overall it went very well. I dropped it off and it was ready as promised. They certainly seemed knowledgeable when I went to their store. I was satisfied.

They charged us about $2000 because we have a lot of carpets. They did very good work. They were on time or actually early in doing it, but they were pricey. They were more expensive than their competition. I would use them again in the future if I need to.

Excellent. He was exactly on time (said 4pm, was at the house at 4pm) both for pick up and return delivery. My initial inquiry was by email, and we did all our correspondance (including estimate) via email in about a day. He confirmed the pick up times before coming. Very flexible. Staff VERY pleasant. Overall, an excellent experience - and the rugs look great. Price is a little higher than having a carpet cleaning place do it "in house" but BOY - the rugs look MUCH better. I'll definitely use him again and again. Highly recommended.

I made initial contact with Azim via email to verify they cleaned and repaired oriental rugs. My rugs had not been cleaned in several years and had many food and pet stains that needed to be removed. In addition our puppy had chewed the fringe off of one rug and the corner off of another. I needed to get these repaired. Azim called the next day and confirmed they did clean and repair rugs and discussed the process they used. This was important to me since the last time I had the rugs cleaned the company left a lot of soap residue in the rugs and they were stiff and got dirty very quickly. We discussed his fees and agreed he would collect the rugs that same day. Azim and his staff arrived on time after calling to reconfirm. They were terrific getting the furniture off the rugs and getting them rolled and out of the house. He promised delivery in 2 weeks and had them clean, repaired, and back in my home 10 days later. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I called Azim late on a Friday afternoon and he came by on Saturday (the next day) himself with a couple of helpers and picked up my 2 rugs for cleaning. I also asked him to replace the rug pads with a different type of pad that I showed him from another rug I have. He said it would take about 2 weeks, and he called to schedule redelivery of the rugs and new pads within the 2 weeks. His helpers delivered the cleaned rugs (including having to move furniture and exercise equipment around) and trimmed the new pads to fit correctly. The rugs look fantastic. I will use Musee again.

They ruined all but one of them. I returned with the carpets a couple of days after getting them back because they seemed crunchy to me and I could feel a residue on the wool. The owner rubbed the carpets and said they just needed a little brushing. A few months later they started falling apart. The company was unresponsive and would not take responsibility for the repair or replacement of the damaged carpets. We have since taken the carpets to another company and they said that they had not been properly rinsed and dried which caused the cotton to rot. When I was doing a search for carpets and their name came up I was shocked to see they had an A rating. If I had known they were on Angie's List I would have made a report on them long before now.

I have a valuable hand woven wool oriental rug that has a bunch of stains from my dog (he was old and became incontinent) and had color bleed where I tried to clean it myself. I called around to several places, taking the rug to one. I did not trust anyone I talked with the properly clean the rug. Everyone else's prices were outrageous too. I've had this rug cleaned in Boston several times, so I know what it should cost. From the moment I talked with Azim at Musee, I trusted him to get the job done right. He was so pleasant, very professional, and knows oriental rugs like the back of his hand. When I showed up to drop off the rug, Azim remembered me and greeted me with a great big smile. His staff brought the rug in for me, and laid it out on the floor. Azim inspected the rug and then explained to me how he would clean it and why he cleans this way. When I returned to get the rug, all of the stains were removed, the bleeding color was fixed and the rug looked nearly brand new. The cream colored fringe was perfectly clean and there was no discoloration of the rug, which was my fear. To top it off, Azim had hot tea and cookies for me while I waited for him to get and unroll the rug. I would most certainly trust any valuable rug to Azim. He knows his business and he is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Everything was perfect. I highly reccommend Musee LTD! I stopped by to see Azim's store on West Gray. Very nice .He was so gracious, he offered me tea and cookies. My rugs were sooooo clean and beautiful!

They were able to remove all the stains. There may be a very faint shadow of a couple of stains but no one will ever know they are there. It was very impressive. Azim and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

The man who comes out is honest, very personable and conscientious. It?s not a place I would go and hang out since everything over there is really beautiful and it?s all very expensive. My daughter?s dog ate the corner of a hand tied Persian rug and it was the one in the front of my door. So I took it over and he repaired it. He did a beautiful job. The rug is gorgeous. The repair was excellent and the price was very reasonable. He has a huge variety of rugs and right price ranges. He does the work fast and he does beautiful repair work as well as cleaning. He is very personable to work with. You feel very comfortable with him. He gives you great one-on-one service. You don?t feel like you are walking into some place where they are going to rip you off. You can talk to him personally when you go in there since he is the owner. I have sat and had tea with him. It seems like every occasion I have gone in there, he brings you tea. It?s just a very nice experience. It?s a place you would like to go and hang out. He has beautiful rugs. I would use his services in the future too.

The company did an excellent job keeping the treads and color intact. They explained some of the symbolic signs in the rug, translated the designer and weaver name (these rugs take up to 2 years to make) and were they lived in their home country. They also explained what to look for in a high-end silk rug and most importantly how to take care of it. We also had them appraise the rugs for insurance purposes and they came out higher than we expected so it was definitely worth it.

Azim came to my house and picked up my rug for cleaning. His wife and daughter came with him. They were there at exactly the time promised, and were very courteous and professional. He promised to have my rug back within three weeks, and surprised me with it being finished in two weeks. My rug looks brand new. He was supposed to deliver it back to me, but I wanted to go to his store and pick it up so I could look at the rugs he has for sale. While there I purchased a beautiful hand knotted Persian rug for my entryway that matches my other rug beautifully. I highly recommend his service to anyone who has Persian or Oriental rugs that need to be cleaned.
