Musee LTD

Musee could not have been better. They managed to save an oriental rug for me worth thousands of dollars that my darling pooch had decided to turn into a pee-patch. The stains were pretty bad so I was preparing myself for the rug to be ruined completely. Musee recommended not just a basic cleaning but some specific work to apply chemicals to the lighter areas of the rug and wash it again. In the end they had to wash it three times I think. But at the end of the day you can hardly tell that anything had ever been wrong and the rug looks fantastic once more. Considering the effort involved I was more than happy with the price. They turned the job around in 2 weeks, both picking up and dropping off the rug for me. All in all very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone needing their rugs cleaned and tended to.

Azim gave me a quote via email. He responds very quickly. I asked him to explain how he cleans the carpets, and he responded with the details. We arranged a pick up date, he came as scheduled with a helper, moved a table off of the carpet and loaded them into his vehicle. He promised a 2 week delivery, but I told him it would be good if he did it quicker. Much to my surprise, after less than one week he called and arranged to bring the carpets back. He and the helper positioned them just in the right place, got the pads positioned correctly and moved the furniture back. The carpets look like new again. The colors are more vivid and he even did a minor fringe repair. One of the carpets is very dark red with light fringe. I was concerned it might fade and discolor the fringe, but no, it turned out just fine. I will use him again. Azim is very friendly, wonderful to do business with.

This is the BEST company to work with! Azim, the owner, is very personable and accomodating. We were installing wood floors and had the rug picked up before installation. Due to circumstances on our end, the new wood floors could not be installed for several weeks. Azim very graciously offered to hold our rug at no extra charge until the install was finished, a big help to us as we really had nowhere to store it. He assured me it was no problem for him; just let him know when we were ready. The delivery men arrived promptly each time, and were courteous and so helpful. We had bought a new rug pad which was too large for our rug (our rug is not a true rectangle), and they offered to trim the pad so it would fit perfectly under the rug. They made sure we were happy with the placement of the rug and offered to move our table back for us as well. Azim called us later that day to see if we were pleased with the clean, fresh carpet. This rug has never looked so bright and smelled so clean! It is a relatively cheap synthetic fiber area rug I bought online years ago, but we love the colors in it. Azim treated me like I was his most important customer, and he took care of this rug like it was a priceless Persian carpet. The best service ever - Thank You!!!

I was so impressed with the service and quality. Azim could not have been more responsive and accommodating. There was a confusion on my part about a coupon and he went out of his way to ensure it was straightened out, even though it had nothing to do with him. One of my rugs had numerous stains from my dog, and he somehow managed to get them out, I was amazed. I will certainly use him in the future.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Azim. When I first called to ask whether arriving at 5:45 pm would be too late to drop off the rugs, he said "Not at all! We are open until 6! And if you run into traffic, simply call me and I will wait for you." The rugs were badly stained (we have 4 pets!), one one rug had been rolled up in the garage for months. But you would never know it from the amazing job and how clean they are now. Azim also arranged for the rugs to be completed asap (in 1.5 weeks instead of the usual 2 weeks) to coincide with my next planned travel through Houston. Thanks for your excellent service!

Everything went very well - start to finish. Very professional. My rug, has detail and is hand-knotted. Looks brand new! Thank you Azim, already referred you to my friends. Azim's has excellent employees that arrive on time and are extremely polite and professional. And of course his employees that did the great rug cleaning, that I did not meet.

I called them about the rugs and they picked them up that day. The man who picked them up explained the process to me and checked each rug. There were some stains that he was pretty sure would not come all the way out but they look MUCH better than they did. You won't really even notice them unless you know exactly where they are. He explained the repairs he could do and the cost for each rug. They were returned to me in 2 and they look fantastic. After a while it is easy to forget what the rug looked like when you bought it--you'll wish you had done it sooner.

I needed a quick response on a Saturday for a spill that needed urgent attention. My area rug is a very thick shag and I knew that I could not clean it myself. I called Musée LTD and they sent two very courteous employees to pick up my rug and pad within an hour and one half. They promised the rug back to me in two weeks. They returned it to me yesterday and I was nicely surprised to not be charged for cleaning the pad. The rug is good as new and there is no lingering odor or chemical smell.

Called Musee for an estimate to have 3 rugs cleaned and agreed to have them picked up later that week (although they were available to pick them up that day). Two gentlemen came and moved the furniture and picked up the rugs. They also folded the rug pads and put them out of the way and replaced the furniture. Since one of the pieces needed repair, someone called and we talked about what to do and the cost estimate. All rugs were delivered cleaned and repaired within 2 weeks. The same gentlemen who picked up the rugs, placed the rugs correctly in the room and then put the furniture back in place. I would definitely use Musee to have my rugs cleaned again. And I intend on going to their store to look at their rugs for other rooms in my home.

Excellent work. The kilim has never looked so good. The cleaning brouight out the jewel tones I never knew were there. Very courteous and professional work. I highly recomment them. The mat suggeested for the carpet was a great addition. It has made walking on the rug much more pleasant and has also kept the rug in place. The owner was charming and extremely helpful. I am definitely going to use them again. In fact, I've already brought in another rug for cleaning and repair. Everything about the experience was very good.

I handled everything via email - it worked out great. They were very responsive. Quoted me a price for cleaning via email. Showed up as promised and were very professional - moved furniture, grabbed the rugs and left. Told me they would be ready in two weeks and they were much faster. They came back with the rugs, laid them out - I even had them reposition them a few times and they didn't mind at all. They were very quick. My rugs look great and feel really, really soft now.

Went well. Rug was finished when promised for the price quoted. I took a second smaller rug after I picked up my 9 X 12 foot rug. I was pleased with both rugs. I received value for my money.

Contacted to get price and procedure. Arrived on time and had the rung a\back in two weeks. Furniture was moved and rug taken up all furniture replaced in proper order. Returned in two weeks and laid with furniture returned to it's places. Courteeous, on time , friendly and polite..

I had a very elderly dog who became incontinent during the last year of her life. I realized that I could no longer have my rugs down while she was with me. I called Musee Ltd and the owner, Azim, came to my home the next day. I asked if he could clean the rugs and keep them indefinitely, and he said of course. While removing the rugs, he showed me some very serious areas of moth damage on two large wool rugs, one a 50-year-old Oriental and the other a needlepoint. My dog passed away about 8 months later. I called Azim, and he sent the rugs back the next day. I was truly astonished at the quality of the repairs, which were almost imperceptible. The needlepoint rug is a mixture of richly shaded fruits and leaves, and I couldn't believe how well they had repaired the complex patterns. Everyone I encountered from Musee Ltd. was highly professional and very gracious.

Overall went perfectly. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and it was done when I was told it would be done. The rug that was repaired looked fantastic. It is a very fine antique and had been in my industrial office for several years without cleaning. I am somewhat of a collector / expert in oriental rugs and only took them a few of my rugs. I plan on only going back to Musee in the future.

They were attentive when I brought my rugs in to get cleaned. They were ready even earlier than they said they would be ready.

Owner was outgoing and friendly. The pricing for cleaning and new pads he quoted was the pricing charged. They finished cleaning the rugs on time, and his guys came out and laid them down at our convenience. A great job.

Called and spoke with the owner, he was very nice, we discussed possible needs and options, he sent someone to pick up the rugs that afternoon. The rugs were ready when promised. He did not have a delivery person available that afternoon, but said if I wanted to pick them up at the store, I could and he would have tea and would show me the store. I elected for the delivery which was included in the price and they were delivered that next morning. The entire process and all interactions were very pleasant.

I had a very good experience. The rug was cleaned beautifully and smells good! The mending job was great.

Price quoted was exactly what it cost. Rugs were ready before Christmas as promised.

We checked Angie's List for a referral to have our area rug cleaned. We called to get more information. The owner was very courteous and provided a detailed explanation of the cleaning process. He quoted a very fair price and we arranged for a pick-up of the rug for the next day. They arrived on time, with a phone call prior to arrival to give us a heads up. 2 weeks later that rug was ready to be returned. Arrangements were made for delivery. As before, we received a call before they arrived, the rug was delivered and looked like new.
