My 2nd time to use Mr. Rooter and again, I’m very impressed by both the company and its promises and warranties and by its plumbers and the work that they do. Richard had my issue fixed in under 2 hours after diagnosing the problem and explaining the steps necessary to get it done. Very, very satisfied!

I had a terrible experience attempting to work with Mr. Rooter. I called on Wednesday and set up an appointment for them to come check out my water heater on Friday. The window they gave me was between 10am-1pm. At ~12pm on Friday they called and said they were running behind schedule due to the weather. Fine by me. We had a terrible storm that morning, so I understand there may have been issues with earlier appointments. They said they'd follow up with an updated time frame as soon as they could. At ~2:20pm they called back and said the technician was on his way and would arrive within about an hour. Again, fine by me. Still early enough that the appointment should be wrapped up before my wife and kids got home. At ~3:50pm, an hour and a half later, the technician still had not arrived. I called to ask what was going on and if they could give me an update. I was told the technician was coming from Magnolia and probably hit traffic. I said there would have to be something pretty drastic going on for it to take over an hour and a half to get from Magnolia to Katy. I asked if they could contact the technician to get an eta. They did, and told me it would be another 45 minutes. At this point, I was beyond frustrated and asked them to cancel my appointment. This company may employ the best plumbers in the world, but I would not know and could never recommend them based on the appalling lack of service I received.

Richard was amazing, he worked fast and efficiently. Dispatch kept me up to date on the progress of things.

Service folk (2) showed up at a bit before the promised 2 hour time window with an advance call and timeliness much appreciated. Friendly and helpful. Not sure of the price quality as I took the first plumber I contacted that morning that would come out the same day on a Saturday, found they don't charge a premium for weekend calls, and just happy to get the leak repaired promptly. With no reference point on price, I'll hazard that the cost was reasonable, especially for weekend service. I will note that the repair cost was pretty much cookbook or, more accurately, detailed in a notebook with prescribed charges. If you can describe the required work on the phone accurately, they can apparently provide a fairly accurate cost estimate. Otherwise, a visit will cost some $49 to obtain an estimate and decline. If you accept, the $49 is credited to the job. Seemed fair to me. Looks to be a first class operation.

Mr. Rooter was quick to come out to my home after I called them. They laid the new piping to replace the pipe that had burst under our driveway. I feel that they did a great job, as everything works good now. They are open for emergencies whenever they occur. I am thankful for their great customer service and professional business attitude.

Mr. Rooter comes to my house every time I have a plug in my drains. I worked for them years ago myself so that s why I originally started using them. I have used them for a long time now. They charge by the hour for their various services. They are under new management and I been very impressed with them. They are helpful and trustworthy.

Mr. Rooter is very fast and always on time. If I ever need anything unclogged, they always come within the hour to fix it. The guy who came to fix this clog was extremely nice. We chit chatted for awhile and he was so funny. I would hire Mr. Rooter again because they are very reliable, fast and respectful.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, HAVING CALLED TO ADVISE HE WAS ON THE WAY FIRST. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIM, AND HIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY CALLED BEFORE HAND AND WERE RIGHT ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY FAST.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY SHOWED US HOW TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
