+ -1 moreWhat I am not satisfied with is the bill for the work. The first hour is $136 each following hour is $88 billed in 15 minute increments. The work should have taken 3 to 4 hours max. Unfortunately the efficiency of the "handyman" that visited left much to be desired. He was here form 8Am until 5PM. He left for an hour to get equipment. That hour was included in the bill, and it states int eh contract that I am responsible for that hour. He took an hour lunch but only took 30 minutes off of my bill for his lunch time. After arguing with him about his lunch time and paying to go get equipment that he was supposed to already have on his truck, he refunded me an hour and 15 minutes of time. The job overall still took way too long. He was extremely slow. I will not use this company again because they "milk the clock."
Description of Work: I had several holes in my ceiling drywall from some electrical work that we had done by a different contractor. I contracted Mr. Handyman to complete the repairs on my ceiling by patching the drywall and matching the texture. I was satisfied with the quality of work.

+ -1 moreThe guy was nice, but very slow, as he stated the company was paying by hour and not giving enough hours of work to make any money at it. The company offered a discount, but had a 2 hr min, all above work took 4 hours.I I have recently found a great handyman is 2/3 the cost and no hour min required, gets in and out fast. No slow pace to build up hours. The job done above should of taken no more than 2 hours. I know this, because I was in construction of building homes and warranty work also. I got burned and no will not recommend or use ever again. Also, being disabled, both husband and myself, were taken advantage of.
Description of Work: Change out Master Bath light fixture, which also included sheetrock repair Tried to fix Master cealing fan, it is worse now. Grout tile in entry and master bath where builders missed, very little. Changed out kitchen light. Caulked outside bathroom window

+ -1 moreThe technician, R. Villarreal, arrived to the house on time and ready to work. He was able to do all of the repairs in a timely fashion. His workmanship was excellent and he was extremely curteous. He also noticed one other minor repair which we had not seen and he fixed it as well. We will definitely use this service again for home repairs.
Description of Work: We needed a new door hung, 1 toilet paper holder fixed, 1 towel rack fixed, and replacement part on another door.
