Scott came out on time and gave me an estimate. He did the repairs for a little less than the estimate. The repairs were excellent.

Very punctual - came same day and fixed same day but only 1 person to replace ceiling dry wall in garage. It seemed that the person they sent made sure he did the job in 3 hours when it should have been done in only 2 hours. They work by the hour at $140 the first hour and $90 each hour after that so be aware of this.

After sending out emails to 3 others services on Angies list ( with not even one response back even to say they couldn't do it) Mr. Handyman emailed me back right away and said they were available at the end of the month which was fine with me. Miguel showed up on time and proceeded to do excellent work in an timely manner. What they quoted me to do the work was spot on. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. The work performed in the master closet was as expected, however the time it took to do the work was unacceptable. The technician took 7-8 hours to do the work so we were charged for the 7-8 hours. The additional work in the extra bedroom was not performed as requested. We contacted the company to discuss and they were not interested in doing anything to either compensate for the ridiculous amount we were charged and they are not interested in finishing the job that was requested of them. This is a case of buyer beware when requesting services from a company that doesn't provide estimates, they simply work by the hour. Lesson learned on my part.

We have used Mr. Handyman of The Woodlands for quite a few years now both for personal and business matters. We always experience great service, fair pricing and promptness. In addition, we never have to worry when we send Mr. Handyman to one of our clients homes. The representatives that we have experienced have been professional, mature and understanding. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company. Some might say they are on the "high" side when it comes to pricing and that is probably true. However we have never had to worry about the work being completed to either ours or our clients satisfaction. And if you have ever had to try and find a workman that consistently gives you great service, you know it is not an easy task.

the handyman was very good and overall they do a good job; 1 year guarantee is for real. however I just can't justify spending the price they quoted just to come out. Per hour after that was also very expensive. Could be spending up to 1000 for a days work . Also there is a "material service cost " or some other charge that is only disclosed when yo sign to pay.

Response was immediate by owner . Fixed on the spot in my home. Professional/courteous/knowledgeable. Would use again in a heartbeat.

We had very good success with them. They were combined with a restoration company and they provided good service. The price was under my insurance. We would use them again if we had need of that kind of work.

I think the handyman's name was Richard. Overall, it was great. He arrived on time, did the work well, and was friendly throughout. He mounted the TV and ran the cables through the wall with no problems. He installed the ceiling fan despite me not having all the screws and other little parts to get the job done. He had materials of his own that he used to get the job done, and was innovative in ways I wouldn't have thought myself upon realizing that I didn't have all the parts needed. The gas lamp is something that every house in the neighborhood has, so I was most worried about that because if anything went wrong with it I'd be on the hook for it and would likely have a fine from the HOA. But after looking over it for a short while, he found a way to fix the problem. You could tell he had many years of experience. I would definitely use this company again, especially if I could get the same guy to come out.

Miguel was very professional, polite and personable. He did a stellar job. I had received another estimate from another guy which was slightly less, so he was a little expensive, but I think the quality of the work was probablyy worth it.

Miguel showed up 2-3 minutes before his appointment time. He was polite and professional. He started the work immediately. He kept me informed of his progress at all times. His work was beyond what I had expected. He did not attempt to stretch out his work in order to receive higher pay. As a matter-of-fact, I was surprised that he accomplished everything in 2 hours! I will definitely call this location of Mr. Handyman again...........for whatever repairs I need around my house!

The service was okay but the price was too expensive. It took about five hours to complete the work. I had to pay for the supplies purchased but they never showed me the receipt. The communication was also not very clear.

The experience was good but not great. They did not seem as skilled or knowledgable as I thought they would have been. The price was in the ballpark compared to other handyman type companies in the area.

It was very expensive for the work done. The job was done improperly. They should have put silicon caulk on the faucet cover so the shower water would not get behind it.

The staff was friendly and they did a good job.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt and cleaned up well. It was a nice experience.

This review is for three separate jobs performed within about 14 days. In all cases, the workers arrived on the job on schedule, worked quickly and were willing to do any odd small jobs while on site (i.e., like change out of reach air filters, light bulbs and smoke detector batteries). I was pleased with the quality of the work performed and the rates were in line with other contractors I have used in the past. They are currently finishing up on a really nice deck and fence built between our home and garage..

This wood is still rotting out and not working well. I thought the work was in adequate at the time and I am not happy with the service. I have done work with them before and I was satisfied with their service.

He also recommended replacing the lining of the window that was rotting ou and I had him do that work as well. He was very thorough and did a great job. He had to go to different stores to find the replacement part. They charged me for the hours it took to find the part. I feel I should not have to pay the hourly rate it took for him to find the part. That is my only complaint. I wish they could re structure their pay so I would not be charged for something that was out of my control. However, he did knock thirty minutes of the price.

The experience was fine from what I remember.

When the man arrived he stated he could not do one of the items because it was too much trouble. When I called to schedule the appointment I was told the service would include both supplies and labor. However, when the man arrived, he stated it would not include supplies and I would need to purchase the supplies on my own. I went to the hardware store to purchase the items. When I returned from the store he then told me I did not purchase the right items but he would return the following week once I have. He did install a wrought iron decorative piece behind my sink to compliment my back splash. However, the rod iron was not installed properly and is only secured on one side. I could have done that bad of a job myself. I was not pleased with the service. The guy was professional but his work was not. It took him almost a half hour to understand my four simple jobs I wanted done. I wanted a strip under my front door installed, a wrought iron piece hung behind my sink, and a kick board installed in the kitchen. He puttied the kick board but stated when he returned that following week he would then sand it and paint it. He did not call me the following week or the week after that. It took about a month before I contacted the company. I offered to pay for the work completed but canceled the rest of the service. One job was completed but the other two were not.

The experience went very well overall. Their prices were fair for the work they did. They were very professional, on time, and did a great job overall!
