Lumio Glass

Left prints on inside of double pained glass that I cannot clean. Also left glass fragments of old window outside.

Gino responded quickly to my request, and arrived promptly to work on my sliding glass door. He and his helper worked on the door and the track for about an hour and a half. They took the door apart, replaced rollers, cleaned and smoothed the track, and adjusted the lock as a result of the changed height of the door. The charge was $235. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the work.

AVOID Did a poor job -- window pane trim is cracked and corners have big gaps. Said he would come back to correct and didn't. Called him back and he said he'd be back the next day, but no show. Have tried calling again but won't answer or return calls. Only dissatisfied experience I have had on Servicemagic. NO attempt to make this right -- now I have to get it re-done.

Gino & his helper did an excellent job.They were on time(actually a few minutes early!),friendly and quick.The window was replaced and everything cleaned up within 45 minutes.The price quoted was the final price.I would definitely use them again.

Gino was extremely prompt to contact me, in about 2 minutes, after sending my inquiry to Sevice M! He also completed the job of replacing broken windows, very promptly. He is quite professional, did a fabulous job and at a reasonable price.

They said they could fix the door so I paid $217. Next day the door broke again. So they said they would have to put a new hinge on the door. I was shocked when they demanded another $350. I would have expected another $100 for the extra material but come on. My shower door fix ended up costing $567.00 for a cheap small door. This was totally unfair. He tried to blame it on my daughter, saying he told her that the fix may not work. She had no ideal what was even taking place. She was just house watching. He should have got on the phone and called me!
