Gino came to look at our sliding glass door lock and Magic touch? it worked perfectly.He was going to leave without charging us anything, but mentioned he worked on screen doors as well. Ours had some definite problems and he knew what it would take to fix it. Today he came back and repaired the door. It now works like new, even though it is at least 20 years old. The work was done efficiently for a reasonable price. I'd hire him again for any similar issues.

Gino did an amazing job installing new windows for my aunt's house. a few months ago. My aunt does not speak English well so she was worried about being overcharged and had bad experiences with miscommunication in the past. He was very friendly, direct, and gave us the most reasonable quote and did not overcharge us on things we didn't need like other big brand companies. All we wanted was new windows since our old ones were leaking and there were signs of moisture. He even asked us if we just wanted to just reseal them to save more money, but we already decided on newer windows. He was finished within in 2 hours! Cleaned up after he was done and communicated with us in a timely manner. Local, quick, and amazing service! Friendly and great price. I highly recommend him for any remodeling, repair, for windows, doors, and showers in the future.

They did a poor installation on my window replacement resulting in it cracking within 30 days. Went thru HomeAdvisors FairClaim arbitration and based on evidence I presented I won and was awarded the arbitration. They were required to reimburse me the total amount within 14 days and did not. HomeAdvisors says there account will be closed if they do not pay as required. There website shows Home Advisor Icon and also BBB. Contacted BBB and they are not accredited.

A HUGE PLUS: They did not require a minimum number of windows to be replaced like some companies that won't quote you unless you are doing at least 3 windows and have all decision-makers home to listen to a sales pitch. They did an excellent job on the 2 windows we wanted done. They did not leave a mess or any glass hazards. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only negative, thus the 4.5 rating on customer service, was that they don't keep you informed if they are running late for the appointment.

They delivered what they promised with a reasonable price.

I would have rated them higher except they have a 15% charge if you use a credit card. Other than that they are great.
