The technician showed up within the time window we agreed on. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a price. We agreed and he did the job cleanly and professionally. The glass door is now sliding smoothly and lock securely

This was a difficult repair on a very old sliding glass door, but they fixed it very well.

The repairman is young and I believe will be very good in the future. When he came out and measured the window he told me he could do it the next day, I tried to suggest the day after that, a couple of times, to make sure he had plenty of time to get the replacement window made. He missed the time he scheduled to be here and after texting back and forth he put job off the the next day (the day I recommended). I had scheduled other workman for the afternoon of the next day, he said he would be here in the morning. He missed that. So he and the workmen overlapped. He couldn't get the window out without breaking, then didn't sweep up afterward. He did take all the large pieces. When he went to install the new window, it was two inches too short. So I put plastic over the hole while he went to have the correct size made. Absolutely none of this is horrible horrible, but I expect people to show up when they schedule, with the right supplies and clean up anything that can cut people and animals afterward. Like I mentioned, he is young, smart, with a lot of energy. He'll do well in the future.

Glass was not installed correctly and glass was not cut to exact Dimensions. Pricing was great and quick services. Over all they did an ok job!!!
