Geno, and his helper met me at the job site on time to give an estimate. He was able to replace the rollers on the spot. All other bids said sliding glass patio door had to be replaced with a ten day order. Spring Branch Glass saved us four thousand. Yes he will be doing work for me again, a very honest man!

On 15 Jan 2019 I had Spring Branch Glass and door come out to measure a large single pane trapezoid window at my residence. They agreed to fabricate a new double pane grey tinted window plus for additional fee add a reflective anti solar glare coating that they gave as a sample to see. Paid half down and after much delays window was installed on 13 Mar 2019. Observed several days later the exterior coating was not on window as I ordered so they agreed to replace as soon as they could. On 14 Apr 2019 window cracked and at first Spring Branch Window said no warranty and wanted extra to replace but then agreed to fix. Had another glass company out to inspect work and said it was done incorrectly resulting in the cracks. Have yet for Spring Branch glass to come out to replace after several attempts to call and text. Finally had to go to there company on 25 April 2019 and hand deliver notice of an overview of days incidents occurred on this project. Giving them 30 days before I go to small claims court. There website claims job is done right the first time and customers never dissatisfied and no need to call to have rework done. I do not recommend this company.

Gino and Gino Jr. did a great job installing the double-paned glass. They performed the job sooner and at a considerably better price than other glass companies that contacted me. Spring Branch Glass and Door will be my first choice when I need a window repaired in the future.

Like the other reviewers said, Gino is awesome! He was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He even called to come earlier when he finished the previous job. I highly recommend Gino for sliding glass door repair!

Gino went above and beyond and did excellent work. However, my appointment was scheduled for between 9:00 - 11:00 am. By 11:15 I had not heard from him so I called. He got to my home at 12:45.
