the repair man, gino caprille was called two times to correct the job he did to my sliding door but did come inspite of his promise to correct the problem as mentioned to him.I am angry because the money i paid in cash $200.00 is not worth the work he performed. . i

Deceiving, that's all I can say. Not sure if I can trust HomeAdvisor. The repairman showed up, worked on the slide door, got paid and left. An hour later when I tried to close the door, I found that the door can't be closed completely. There is an 1 inch or so gap because the bottom plates of the interior slide panel and the passive panel come into contact and jammed. I saw that the door was closed fine when the repairman showed me the job was completed. What I didn't know at the time was that he removed the anchor bracket from the passive panel to allow it to move freely so the slide door can be closed. Since the passive panel is not secured, I have safety and security issues to deal with let alone a door that can't be closed. The worst part is that the repairman took the anchor bracket with him. I couldn't find it anywhere including the trash. A very bad experience.

I had SBD replace the rollers and the screen on an old sliding glass door. They charged $250 to fix the rollers and the screen and $25 just to put the handle on the door. I thought the cost was a high (especially to put the handle on!), but the service was super fast (which is difficult to get these days) and friendly. Another little annoyance is that they only take cash or check and didn't tell me that until after the work was done; and I haven't received a receipt from them yet. (They said they would email it to me.) All that said, overall I had a good experience with Spring Brach Glass and Door and I would use them again.
