They had the opener i wanted in stock and came the next day to install. The work was done well. My friend wanted the old opener so the guy gathered up the parts and neatly set it aside in the garage. Things went well.

All services were top notch. Highly recommend their services.

I got a quote over the phone and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the installer called a few minutes before arriving and arrived as scheduled. The installer was professional and friendly. He immediately began the job and was finished within an hour or so. He also mentioned that the rollers on the door were in good shape, but mentioned that he could hear the ball bearings clicking in several of the rollers. He said I didn't need to replace them, but offered some new ones. At $4.50 each for 10 rollers I didn't think that was too expensive to get, so I went ahead and had them installed. I am pleased with how quiet the door is now along with the very quiet door opener. I would call KTM Door Control again if I need repairs on the garage door.

I've used KTM twice and would definitely use them again. They are always courteous and helpful and very good at explaining the problem in simple terms. After having them repair the motor in my driveway gate twice due to water damage, I had them move it from ground level to the middle of the gate. They did it quite quickly and it works much better now.

After having to get out of my car in a driving rain storm to open my garage door, I finally decided to get it fixed or replaced. I went to my trusted friend, Angie's List, to find a company to help me out. KTM Door Control was highly rated so I gave them a call. I was happy they could get someone out that day! The tech arrived right around noon and surveyed the situation. It was determined that the receiver on the old opener was going bad. Looking at the costs and the age of my old opener, I decided to replace the opener. I also requested an outside keypad. He recommended servicing my door as one of my rollers was broken (I was ignoring that). The quote was about what I was thinking it was going to be so I agreed to move forward. 90 minutes later I had a new opener and a very quiet door. He spent time with me programming the unit in my car and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend KTM Door Control!!!

I checked Angie's list for several garage door opener vendors, and settled on KTM Door Control based on the reviews, and the fact that they are very close to my house. I arrived at their showroom/warehouse and explained my basic needs, and the sales person handed me a flyer on their topselling most-recommended opener. It's not the most expensive, although it is certainly not cheap. But, this particular unit is band driven (very quiet) and has a life-time warranty on the unit & the band. The next step down is about $50 cheaper, and limited to a 5-year warranty. The price above was the quoted price for the hardware and the installation. The technician showed up very promptly and was cleanly dressed. He estimated a 2 hour installation and only took 90 minutes. He was fast and left absolutely no trace that he had been there for the install. He cleaned up everything, including the tiny wire snips from the antenna. He explained the lubrication maintenance etc. This was a fantastic experience, I and I will use them again should I ever have a need.

KTM Door Control responded to a repair request through my home warranty company. Minor repairs to my automatic garage door opener and sensors were made; however, after discussing the very poor condition of my approximately 20-year old garage door I decided to have KTM install a new door. Mike and Tim were very professional and the entire job went great. I know it will be necessary to replace my 20-year old automatic garage door opener one day. When the time comes, I will definitely be calling KMT Door Control.

The KTM team arrived on time at our home. The two men who came were knowledgeable and thorough. We have three doors in our garage, two 8 foot doors and a 12 foot door. They removed the old doors and disposed of them, and installed spring opening on the doors that did not already have them. They reconnected our electric openers on the doors. The new doors operate quietly and smoothly, and look REALLY nice. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. We are VERY pleased.

Fantastic experience. I called and they had a technician out the next morning. He was running a little late and called to let us know. He had to completely redo the rails on 1 door and had to install new photosensors on the other, lubricated the both systems, and provided a new remote. He was here for 2.5 hours. He was very courteous and showed me how to prevent some problems and how to perform preventive maintenance.

They did a fantastic job. The job went the way it was supposed to go. They did it in a good amount of time.

They were able to come out pretty quick. They were professional, understood the situation, and fixed in matter of 40 minutes. When I asked them how much it would cost, they said $160 and I paid $75.

One side of my automatic driveway gate stopped working. KTM was prompt in returning my phone call and sending someone out to assess it. They were VERY knowledgeable and identified the problem in the control arm motor quickly. They took the motor back to their shop and told me they would call me once they examined it more thoroughly. He suggested it might just have to be replaced altogether. Within 24 hours they were calling me with their diagnosis and gave me the cost to rebuild the motor or to just replace the whole thing. The cost to buy a new one was more than twice as much as rebuilding the old one and I was highly encouraged to just have it rebuilt. They informed me of the warranty on the parts & labor for both options and I chose to have the motor rebuilt. In 48 hours time they reinstalled my rebuilt motor and resoldered the arm to the gate. (I broke the arm off trying to fix it myself.) The cost was very fare, they were knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and very professional. I felt that they wanted to help me spend my money wisely. I will not hesitate to call them again, in fact I put their number in my contacts list on my phone just in case I need them again.

.The repairman came and told me I needed a new circuit board. Not knowing what the problem was, he explained that it had blown out and needed to be replaced. I said okay. The gate worked for about two days and broke again. I called the owner of the company and he was condescending to me and upset me greatly. Finally, after a "man" friend called him for me did he send a different repairman out who found the problem and fixed it, it wasn't the circuit board. There was nothing I could do about it. At least I wasn't charged for the second visit. The problem still hasn't truly been solved because the gate is still not working every time I want to open or close it

We made an appointment with KTM during our visit to their offices. I gave them my wife's cell phone number but not our home phone number so they could call before arriving. I was not aware my wife had her cell phone turned off on the day of the appointment so we missed their call. My wife called back roughly 1 hour after their call and they were gracious enough to re-schedule just a couple hours later. They gave us an estimate of between 11:00AM and 1:00PM and showed up right at 11:00. They introduced themselves and went straigt to work on the doors. Roughly 4 hours later they finished their work and had everything cleaned up, the old doors hauled off and proceeded to explain what they had done. We had hurricane proof posts installed with the doors and they took the time to show my wife and I exactly how they were to be installed even showing us how they could be hung on the wall of the garage when not in use. We were very pleased with KTM's work and the professionalism shown by their installation crew. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I liked them. They were here when they were supposed to be, they did the job, and they gave me a fair price.

I started looking on Angie's List for someone to replace my garage doors when I came across KTM Door Service and remembered I had seen their showroom / shop on Stuebner Airline Dr. I went in to talk to them about doors which I knew little or nothing about. I knew that I didn't want those builders doors made of the thin material that bends when you lean against them. The lady in the office is very knowledgeable about the door business. She answered all of my questions, showed me door sections, gave me options with prices and sent me home with brochures and written information for me to study. I wanted to compare prices and brands and called two other people listed on Angie's. Neither apparently had a showroom or any samples to show and basically told me to "find the door you want and call us back." I decided at that point that price wasn't the only factor and decided to go with KTM. I ordered the doors, which were special made with my options, and was told it would be about two weeks delivery. Two weeks later I stopped in the office and asked the status of the order. They called the manufacturer and found that the doors were shipping that day, Monday, and they would receive them on Wednesday. We scheduled for them to be installed on Thursday morning. The rest of the experience was the same, professional full service from long experienced technicians. They called ahead, were on time and proceeded in a manner that told me they knew what they were doing. When they finished the work area was cleaned up completely. I hope I don't need any more new doors but if I do, I won't look anywhere else. Would I recommend them? You bet I would.

I have previously use KTM for gate repair (which they did timely and at a resonable cost) so I called to ask about garage door openers as my Sears Craftsman had stopped working. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone described options at different price points, answered questions and I made a selection. I asked how soon someone could do the installation being rather desperate as I had been opening and closing the door manually for about a month. This was on a Friday. He mentioned someone could likely come on Monday, but I asked if it was possible to come same day. He thought he might be able to work something out but he would have to check and would call me after 1:30 or 2:00pm to let me know. At 2:00 pm my doorbell rang - it was KTM arriving to install the garage door opener. What a pleasant surprise. The installer worked quickly and cleanly. He showed me how everything worked and answered my questions. He also advised how I could do simple ongoing maintenance to the door hinges, rollers, etc. to keep the door moving smoothly. The unit I chose (Liftmaster Elite 3850) runs very quietly and has a good warranty. It came with two remotes. I have only had it two days, but am extremely happy with it and with the service from KTM.

Everything was done in a professional manner. When they left everything was workilng perfectly.

They were on time, did a very nice job, and charged exactly the estimated price.

The guy was on time. He originally said he didn't have the right springs, and was going to substitute with some other springs. I wouldn't have been happy with that, but he went out and found the correct springs in his truck. Their price was reasonable.

I went with them because they had the lowest price.

Everything went smoothly and they were on time and professional throughout the entire process.

I have a 3 car garage (2 separate doors, 1 single and 1 double) and one of the springs on the small door had been broken for over a year. I called them on Monday morning and set the appt. for Thursday. They told me they'd call me first thing Thursday and let me know the window of time they'd be there. They called at 8:15 Thursday morning and said they'd be there between 1 and 3 that afternoon. He showed up at 2:30 and got right to work. Had the whole thing fixed and both doors checked out by 3:30. Very timely and efficient, good price, overall great experience. Only weird thing was when he came he just drove right up my driveway, didn't stop out front first and knock on the front door. If I hadn't seen him and gone out the back door to meet him, he would have just walked right into my garage without me. When I walked out to meet him, he didn't introduce himself. But the work was excellent and he was very nice and professional.
