Went great. They were on-time ... to the minute. Crew was fast and courteous. Great experience. I'd be happy to use them again.

I showed them what I wanted taken away and they agreed to load it all up; however, 1 item was very heavy and they were not able to lift it on the truck, because of a problem they were having with their equipment but they said they would be back to get it the next day and they did. I was pleased. Have some more junk I want to get rid of. Will get back with them soon.

I was very happy with the prompt reply from Junk King. I set up a appointment easily and they showed up right on time. The work was performed quickly and very much met my satisfaction.

The crew was on time, courteous and efficient. Although I originally had my doubts about the service I was pleasantly surprised at the results. The company did a good job and I will use him in the future.

My mom has lived in her townhouse in the Clear Lake area since 1973, and like many people, the garage had become a place to put almost everything she didn't know what else to do with. We are selling the townhouse and needed the garage cleaned out. We called Junk King after reading the reviews on Angie's List and hoped most of the stuff could be hauled off. Our jaws dropped when we saw the completed job. EVERYTHING was cleaned--the stuff hanging on the walls, the stuff in the rafters, and the many boxes and loose items stacked on the floor. The garage was swept clean--I should have taken before and after pictures. The young men were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Jose Urdaneta of Junk King Houston East, called the morning of 11/27/13 saying he will be a little late (but was actually within the 8-10am window). They arrived promptly, gave me a bid based on how much room my junk pile would take up in his trailer (half a trailer) which I accepted. Jose and crew of two, quickly (less than an hour) disposed of the pile and left without incident. I will probably use this business again in the near future to haul off old/used furniture within the house and any debris I create while refurbishing the house interior.

They are very professional and very nice. The Big Deal was only for one fourth of the truck, but they gave me a little extra room. I will use them again. they are very professional.

The two men were very professional and polite. They gave me an estimate before beginning that was very reasonable. They finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

These guys were great. I called them a few days in advance to see if they could come take away an old, moldy fridge. They had a deal for a 1/4 truck, which was more space than I needed. So they said they had a lower rate for a single item, which was exactly what I needed. Their first pickup of the morning ran late, so they called to let me know that they needed to empty the truck before they came for my item. We were at the house cleaning all day, so the timing was fine. The guys were very nice and polite. Would use them again if I needed to haul away anything in the future.

It was great. There were additional charges. I hired them for $50 an hour. They were here for about two hours so it was probably an additional of $100. We were prepping the house to show for sale. They were very professional. They were very positive. It was an overall very good experience. We really liked them a lot. Their pricing was great. It was clearly our best experience. I would use them again. They're just excellent.

Everything went well. For their benefit, they should have been equipped with a wheelbarrow and a ramp to unload the concrete chunks into the truck. It made their job harder but they completed the task and were very polite and efficient.

They arrived at the appointed time and we willing to tackle a dirty job without hesitation. Final price was much below the quoted price.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. I was very surprised as they were efficient. They were very quick and they didn’t take long at all. I had previously foreseen some of the problems and I just had a pile in the backyard; a lot of stones, bricks and concrete. They said, “Great! This won’t take about 30 minutes at the most”. They came and picked it up and put in the vehicle and it took all about 30 minutes and they did a very good job. I had no complaints and they were nice and courteous. I liked that they let us know ahead of time that there was tax. I liked the communication they had and let me know upfront so that I knew ahead of time and I was prepared. They let me know what they were doing the whole time. They were very good.

It was great. They came out within a week of me purchasing their deal. They would have come sooner but I wasn't ready for them as yet and I paid the price of the deal with no added charges. They did a really job cleaning up after themselves and left everything better than it was when they came so I was very pleased. Their pricing was very reasonable as well.

Made on-line reservation on a Friday evening and promptly received an email confirmation for a next day appointment. Two man crew arrived shortly before appointment time. Loaded up and hauled off ~12 cubic yards of material in about an hour and then swept up the garage and drive. It would have taken me the entire weekend. Very impressive.

We were very pleased and have recommended them to some friends. I found them professional and I think they did a great job.

They were very responsive to my request for quote. Showed up in a timely manner. Extremely courteous and professional. They brought everything down from the attic so that I could sort and determine what needed to be kept and what needed to be hauled away. This involved returning some things to the attic. They swept up all debris in garage and yard and vacuumed inside the house as well. Would highly recommend.

I scheduled over the phone. They gave me a window of time in which they would arrive. The day of they called and let us know exactly what time they would arrive. They arrived at that time, backed the truck up to the garage and started loading stuff up. They worked quickly and effeciently. They were professional and friendly. The price seems high but I have no idea what kind of overhead or fees they pay. It was worth it to get rid of all that junk. I would hire them again.

The workers were very professional. They did everything I asked them to do for the price quoted. They cleaned up very well. If I ever need more work like this done I will definatally call Junk King.

They initially came at the wrong time 9:00 a.m. and I thought, uh oh here we go! But there was a little problem with scheduling because I had scheduled with Junk King of Stafford and apparently they can't come to Pearland any longer because of this new franchise that is closer to me. The appointment time just got mixed up and things happen so that was OK with me. Initially I was disappointed because Stafford has such great reviews and there was nothing posted for this franchise. They were very accomodating and came back at 1:00 p.m. Very nice guys and worked fast. They let me pick and choose what I wanted taken and what had to be left because of (MY) sentimentality. They even put up with my darling husband. They laughed at (HIS) every naughty word as he tried to throw away my memories. When I told them they could take his golf clubs, he stopped all that nonsense! LOL Overall they did a great job. Were very pleasant guys and I would recommend them. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.
