a major deal, I felt that they took advantage of the fact that I couldI was scheduled for service on a Friday afternoon from 3-5. The provider called and had to reschedule because the job ahead of mine was bigger than anticipated and "there was no way humanly possible" for them to get to my job. I was understanding and rescheduled for the following day from 3-5. On Saturday the provider called and asked if I could reschedule my job from 3-5 to earlier in the day because they had another job in my area scheduled for the late afternoon. I explained that I could not be there at that time, but that I had someone who could open the garage for them. They did come and take all the junk; however, they did not do the sweep out of the garage that was to be included in the deal. Although this is not a major problem, I felt that they took advantage of the fact that I was not on the job site to do a rush job. After accommodating their multiple scheduling issues with no complaints, I was very disappointed and angry. So if you use this service, hold them to their time schedule and be on the site to closely oversee the work to be sure you get what you paid for. Obviously, you should be on site when work is performed, but if you are accommodating the service providers issues then you expect them to be more honest in performing the job for which you paid.

They were on time and took care not to damage walls when they were moving two large pieces of furniture.

They sent me an e-mail first giving me the approximate time that they'd be here, and asked if they could have my hone number so that they could call me to confirm things when they were 30 minutes away, They got here on-time, did all of the work that I had requested, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a 100% professional job, and I can't recommend them enough. Junk King is an outstanding company, and very well worth anyone's time. Give them a call. We purchased the Big Deal and had no idea how to estimate the amount of junk we needed to haul away, so we thought we would give Jose a try to see how much of our junk they could fit into our Big Deal purchase - it was WAY more than I would have guessed. We expected to have additional costs to haul everything we wanted - basketball hoop, several large clay pots, patio furniture, stainless steel bbq grill and other miscellaneous junk. After all that, we were only over by $50, so we opened the garage and identified another $100 worth of hauling. Jose and his driver were fantastic!! We have more to haul and will definitely call him back!! Excellent service at a very fair price!! Thank you Jose!

Overall: Outstanding, good-value service. Details: They sent me an "on the way" text about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Arrived on time. Two man crew. I had purchased a special one-half pickup sized haul-away deal, but had more stuff than that that I wanted removed, if possible. The two men said that if I wanted, they'd load everything I wanted taken away and at the end, tell me the extra cost, if any. I decided to accept that offer. The total amount of stuff loaded in the truck was about one full pickup load, and the extra cost was $40. I was perfectly OK with that. The two men were professional, courteous, hard-working, and fast. I definitely recommend Junk King East Houston to anyone needing household junk removed, and will use them again if I need major junk items removed.

Jose called in advance of arrival, was right on time, and very professional. We had more stuff to be removed than we had scheduled, and Jose was able to accommodate the additional items for a very reasonable additional fee. I would definitely use this service again, and recommend them highly.

I scheduled online which was quick and painless. They arrived as expected and completed the job quickly. Hauled away the concrete to a recycling facility (which i did not know about) at no charge and returned for the tree waste. They were very professional and prompt.

Took care of getting a VERY heavy sleeper sofa out of the house and onto the truck, and explained what would happen to it. Would definitely use this provider again.

They were able to schedule a time to come to my house within a week. They arrived on time, assessed the load, and then starting loading the concrete rubble into their truck. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They were all right. Had I known better, I would have just put it in the street and had somebody take it because I didn't know any better. I could only put so much in their truck. It wasn't even worth it but it was my fault and I should have thought about it. They were good and respectful. I had no problem with them. I didn't pay any additional. I got on their schedule and they came out about 2 days later.

Did exactly what they said they'd do for exactly the price they quoted. Responsive, punctual, and conscientious. They even swept the garage after they emptied it!
