Prompt one day service provided by neat, clean and professional repair personnel. I was very pleased and highly recommend them to anyone who needs sprinkler system repairs.

From the first meeting to go over my property and provide a quote until the install was completed Irrigation Design Services always arrived exactly when they stated they would and the work was performed in a very professional manner. The first meeting the employee asked about my expectations and if I would be changing or adding any landscaping from what I currently had, he then was able to provide a complete hand written quote. Even though they were a little higher than another company the meeting and communication I had with them was enough to allow me confidence that going with them was the right move even though I could have saved a little money going with their competitor. Once I contacted Irrigation Design Services by email to give them permission to begin the install until the final work was completed it was a very professional installation and all communication with all the employees was also very professional. I am completely satisfied I made the right move with this company, when they were complete they did a very thorough cleaning of my entire property to make sure they had removed all debris and filled and raked all areas to hide the ditch lines. They then did a very thorough training with me of the controller and where all zones and sprinkler heads were located. When they left I was confident that I understood all functions of the controller and could make any necessary zone timing changes if needed without worry.

I have used this company serval times to repair my sprinkler system. They are always polite, prompt and professional. Their work is neat, clean and reasonable.

Lee and his crew arrived on time after calling to let me know their way. Leak was found very quickly and repaired without any problems. My only disappointment were the charges. I was expecting to pay $85 for the hour (45 min job) plus materials (2 PVC pipes and a 45 degree). Instead I was charged $85 labor, $50 for main line leak and $25 glue charge (minus Angies list 10% discount). I like upfront billing without surprises. I thought the materials charges were a little steep. With exception for the strange billing/charges the service was great.

Appointment was set between 10 a.m. and noon.Provider showed up at 10a.m.Which was great. Checked system,made sure all heads working and sprinkler box was working. Discovered leak in one of sprinkler heads,which I authorized Mike to repair. No hard pressure sales tactics or over selling. This is third provider I have used from Angie's List.Been very satisfied.

Showed up during the time scheduled and checked all the zones, replaced a few heads and sensors on a group of zones. Great price for the work done.

Lee and his team showed up in a very timely manner and fixed our issue within an hour. They were very thorough, professional and did a great job.

The guys are very professional and punctual. I got the quote from Lee and within a week they were in my yard and completed all the work. The drains worked very well during the heavy rains in Houston in April. I will use them again in future.

I haven't had the best luck on Angie's List, but Irrigation Design Services is a winner. Mike and another employee arrived at my address within the agreed upon time window. They charge by the hour and were originally hired to repair a broken sprinkler head. The repair only took a couple of minutes, so Mike checked the rest of my system. He ended up repairing a broken sprinkler pipe, replacing several sprinkler heads, adjusting other sprinkler heads, and helping me set up my automated system within the first hour. I found him thorough, efficient, and honest. His prices were very reasonable, and he even checked my rain sensors and adjusted them for me. I would definitely use Mike and his company again.

Called Mike in the mid morning and the stars and moons aligned and his crew led by Lee were at my house by noon. The two man crew spent an hour to test, replace heads, rotors and get the most possible coverage for my landscaping. The pricing was fair and cost me only $170 which included the labor and replacing nozzles to adjust the sprays including two new heads one of them a rotating.

These guys are good. They know what their doing, their courteous, and more importantly they communicate well. They understand what needs to be done and can communicate back to the client exactly what they are doing. I used them for another unrelated issue in 2015. I had actually used another provider to fix the issue but they spent a bunch of time digging holes in my backyard and were unable to find the leak. They told me they'd come back later that week to fix the issue and never showed up. Frustrated, I called Irrigation Design Services. They showed up, found the leak in 30 minutes and had the hole thing fixed and ready to go in under 1.5 hours.

We asked Irrigation Design Services to come out in August to look at our sprinkler system. We knew it needed a bit of updates and replaced the panel, which ended up costing almost $800. Since we had the sprinkler system ?fixed? in August, our water bill increase by about 10x the last 2 months. I called Irrigation Design Services to come back out to recheck their work to make sure there were no leaks because of the outrageous water usage increase (Average of about 2-4k gallons/month to about 23k gallons/month!!!). They came out today, late, and said there was a ?small leak?, and ended up charging another $85 because I asked them to come out to ?double check their work?. Beware, ANY work you get done with this company comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.

Having these guys working for me was like having family members visiting us. They were so personable and yet professional. There was no sense of being ripped off. They did the job and worked until it was perfect. I also appreciate the fact that they were educators. They took the time to explain the issues. Left the area clean and neat. I'd definitely use them again.

It went great. Lee arrived shortly after he called to say he was on the way. Once he arrived with his co-worker, Juan, they got straight to work. They repaired several sprinkler heads, the control panel, a valve on the outside of the house, and moved a few sprinkler heads for them to be better at watering the lawn. They were patient, explained what they were doing, answered a myriad of questions and were neat when they left.

Mr. Carrizales did everything in the written quote. His crew came out and was prompt and on time. The work was completed before he said it would be done and we could not have been more pleased. It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Carrizales and I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs this work accomplished.

Excellent, thorough work. He had all of the equipment on his truck. He game with another set of hands. The heads were replaced quickly. Our only complaint was that he did not arrive on time. He apologized. We will have him back for future repairs!

Michael was very responsive, answering my email promptly and coming out to the house soon thereafter. Work was done punctually and fully met our requirements. Great job.

They located, debunked and corrected the 1st leak which was from my patio drain pipe which had been covered up by dirt and grass. The 2nd leak was debunked, solenoid was tested and missing cover was replaced, Because the solenoid was uncovered (lawnmower ate it) water from rain and sprinklers kept that area wet. The 3rd (ground was soaking wet) was a leaking solenoid which they dug up, replaced leaking part and rewired. I told Michael I had replaced the controller. He checked and tested the wiring for proper installation and operation. He answered all my questions and showed me some operational procedures. I had used them about 10 months ago was very pleased then too. It was something that I had over corrected (screwed up) and they offered to fix it or showed me how and save money, which I did. You bet I'll be using them again. Not that I'll be over correcting again (maybe) but am very pleased with their work and interaction.

We recently moved into a new home and noticed there were some areas of the lawn that weren't getting watered. We called Irrigation Design Services and scheduled them to come out. They came out on the day that was scheduled and on time. They took a look at the entire system and suggested where we should add sprinkler heads. They worked quickly and did a great job. I think $268 for the job they did was fantastic. I have dealt with other Irrigation Companies and some have been a nightmare and just take your money. I will definitely continue to go back to Irrigation Design Services for all my irrigation needs.

I was having trouble getting good coverage in one area but they replaced several of the nozzles to improve the pressure and now all is much better than I had hoped for. They really know there stuff and were pleasant to work with. Only complaint is that I had to wait over a week until they could come out but it was worth the wait.

the provider needs to communicate better with prospective clients, he lost a potentially $6,000 job because he cant keep an appointment.
