It's rare you get the chance to work with someone that knows their craft as well as Michael. He and his crew were simply amazing. The first visit, the near instantaneous understanding of exactly what needed to be done, the quote, the work, the quality of the equipment, the attention to detail, the follow up...all spectacular. Pros from A-Z. I don't see how you could possibly find better.

They fixed the problems. Mike came three times to fix problems, although different each time, which they should have found at their first visit. So they charged me for each visit plus repairs done. They did not have the courtesy of not charging for at least one visit.

The technician was running about an hour late due to another job, but we were kept informed and he did arrive as promised. The technician was personable, professional, and handled our problems carefully and efficiently. He also answered all questions and provided suggestions about how to best adjust the watering for our area. We were very pleased with the service.

They did a prompt and timely service and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Were thorough in their communication and work. Got an estimate on Friday and was able to have the work done the following Monday without issue. Took the time to explain the issues with our system and what they did to fix them as well as walk us through the new wifi controller system.

Michael and his helper were fast, efficient and extremely professional. Michael even happened to notice that there was a heavy tool chest top sitting in the garage and volunteered to lift it into place - he was that helpful! He went above and beyond.

Serviceman came earlier than originally set up which helped when he found a leaking pipe. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. Would call again if we ever need service.

We'd just moved into our new house last month and the first thing I needed was a sprinkler system. I have one at my old house and they are a life and money saver. The day I sent the email from Angie's list requesting a quote. Michael contacted me back immediately. He stopped by the next day to provide a quote which was in my budget and his team started 2 days later. The guys were on time and got started immediately. They cleaned the yard and was able to place the sod pieces back with no gaps. After they were finished we received a tutorial of how to operate our controller in addition to showing us the zones and describing the sprinkler locations. I'd received quotes from other companies who wanted to charge over $2100 for such a small yard which didn't make since to me. The price of my new installation was very close to what I paid at my old house 18 years ago and the yard was much larger than my new yard. It's always good to shop around.

I did not use Irrigation Design Systems. I used Allpro Sprinklers and they were terrific, fast, reasonably priced. I never contacted Irrigation Design Systems. I would do a review for Allpro Sprinklers if requested. The review above is completed only so I could submit these comments and does not reflect Allpro Sprinklers.

I was very pleased . Very good work at a very fair price. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company.

Great! Came the next day! On time or slightly before scheduled time. They worked fast and were nice and very professional. I found one more issue the next day and the again came within one day and fixed it right on time again at no additional charge.

Three guys showed up (1 trainee) to replace a burned out controller. Claimed they did not carry or have any residential controllers available so had to buy a commercial grade for, of course, more money. Paid labor for multiple workers that was a one man job. Didn't argue the cost but definitely felt ripped off. I would recommend someone to try somebody else. They probably are more into higher paying commercial jobs rather than residential.

Lee and his helper did an excellent job. He quickly found where the valve boxes were located. They were underground hidden by grass and dirt and I did not know the location but Lee found them quickly. I had several bad valves and decided to replace all four since the system was over 15 years old. One set of valves had a broken box which Lee and his helper replaced. Lee also was able to locate a pipe on one of my zones that was leaking. He quickly repaired that pipe. He also showed my several heads that were not functioning properly and replaced them. Lee and his helper were very courteous and professional. Lee was quickly able to find all the problems with my system and replace or repair these items. I was very impressed with the work and everything was done neatly and quickly. I would highly recommend Irrigation Design Services and I will be calling them again should I have any problems with my sprinkler system. I also felt they were priced right and did high quality work

Jeremy was very quick about finding the leak and fixing it. He also helped fix other sprinkler issues I had identified at a very reasonable rate. Jeremy was very helpful in letting me know how to identify this kind of problem in the future and how to fix it myself if I were inclined to do so.

Very expensive. Two men came out who spoke very little English. I thought they were marking yard to prepare estimate. They began the work. Replaced several sprinkler heads....took less than one hour charged $280. They could not operate the control box and gave me a name of a man at their company to come and replace it. I read and then reset it myself..,works fine. I would not hire again because it was difficult to communicate with them; their services are too expensive.

Michael came out to quote the job and was prompt and professional. He didn’t take up a lot of my time or try to oversell me on things I didn’t need. When it came time for the install the crew was punctual and friendly. They worked hard and took exactly the amount of time that was quoted which made it easy to schedule around. They installed a 6-zone system in 1.5 days with completely hand digging the trenches for the lines. Before leaving, they made sure to clean up the area well and made sure I had a clear understanding of how the system works. Would definitely hire again.
