I called and asked to have my sprinkler control system to be replaced as soon as possible. I had already purchased the parts and just needed labor. 1-1/2 hours after I called everything was completed and perfect. You will have an extremely difficult time finder a better company than this one!

Jon did an outstanding job. He called and let me know he was on the way, provided a quick estimate, let me know what needed replacing and did the work that same visit. He was honest and was able to fix parts that other companies told me needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this company. I was concerned that there would be extra charges because I live outside the loop but their prices were very reasonable.

After waiting 4.5 hours for a two hour appointment window, no one ever showed up, nor called to cancel or reschedule. When I called to ask about this, I had to leave a message, to which I never received a response. For a no-show-no-call, they get an F and get taken out of the running, no matter how good the bid might have been.

Great- on time , system works, they cleaned up after themselves.

Went to use the irrigation system for the first time this year only to find none of the zones worked. Called these guys up and they arrived the next day. Michael, the owner, and Sid did the work. They arrived at approx 4 and had the system back up and running withing 2 hours. I had three cut lines, thanks to the cable guy, that they found and fixed. They adjusted some of my sprinkler heads and trouble shot my rain sensor. Did everything I needed quick and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

They are hard to find, good people.

Great! I recommended this company to a neighbor that had a leak in the yard. They had dealt with a "high" water bill for 2 months. With no water standing in the yard, it was difficult to find. Several companies had been out "looking" for it. They called Michael Carrizales at Irrigation Design, and he found the leak!

Prompt, professional, will call again if I need this kind of work done again.

The grass was dying quickly, so I called Michael on Saturday. He was just wonderful and very accommodating even though he was fully booked all day. Michael tested and reset the sprinkler system, as it had no power initially. More, his crew quickly found a leak and replaced 2 sprinkler heads; they were so knowledgeable and efficient. Moreover, his price was very competitive. Finally, he explained everything and also went over the manual few times, so I could understand everything that he had showed me. I was so happy with the crew's work and will definitely call Irrigation Design Services again.

Excellent. Couldn't have been better. Lee and Juan came out to do the work. Very professional guys. Knew their stuff. We examined the other valves in that location. They were looking quite old so I had them replaced, too. The guys were very experienced at their work, very pleasant/polite to work with. They tested the system when finished and cleaned up nicely. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

The appointment window was 12-2. Michael called at 1:20 to say he would be there in 30 minutes. I showed him an email from my husband on what he perceived the problem to be. Michael discovered that our control box was not working properly. He was very friendly and gave me the quote before he started working. He changed out the new box and then checked for further leaking and did not see any other problems. He went over how to use the new box. He answered my questions and went back over parts I didn't understand. He seemed very knowledgable about the box and communicated clearly.

It went very well. Michael came out on a Saturday and fixed the problem quickly. They had to replace 2 valves. Prices were very reasonable.

It never went because this company was called twice and I was promised a call back to arrange a review and estimate. It would have meant a sizable repair job and quite likely a year-round contract. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! How they ever got an award as a great service company is beyond me.

This is the best Sprinkler company I have ever dealt with. The appointment window was from 3-5 pm. They called at 3.10 to say they would be there by 4. They arrived at 4. Lee and Juan found the leak, fixed it, checked every zone and valve, replace a few heads, tightened up some valves and reorganized the sprinklers to cover the new sod. All completed in just over an hour. Very professional and at a reasonable rate (I would happily paid more!).

Everything went like clockwork. Michael was first-rate all the way. The scheduling was easy with the main office. They timely called in advance of arrival, as promised. They arrived when promised. They were knowledgeable and efficient in testing all 14 stations in the entire system, identifying malfunctioning and broken heads, and adjusting many heads, while replacing the ones that were non-salvageable. I've used many sprinkler companies and this was a very good experience.
