+ -1 moreJon did an outstanding job! He was very punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it (a faulty electrical connection). In addition, he checked all of the stations, adjusted the coverage, and adjusted the rain sensor and explained how it works. He accomplished all of this in an hour. We also used this company last year and were very impressed both times.

Description of Work: We live in a renovated Montrose bungalow that is 98 years old. On our 6300SF lot, we have well established St. Augustine grass & 5-beds containing various shrubs & flowers. For the past 4-years, we have used Orbit & Melnor over-the-counter irrigation controllers. We decided to upgrade to a hard-wired irrigation system. Bases on many positive Angie's list reviews, I contacted Irrigation Design Services for an estimate. Darlene, pleasantly & efficiently responed to my request for an estimate & Michael, company owner arrived this morning at the scheduled 10:00 AM Michael spent over an hour thoughtfully evaluating the scope of intended work. He raised concern about the feasibility of installing an effective irrigation system using city water based on the fact that old galvanized pipe contacts our home with the city meter. If we wish to proceed he advised that we contact a plumber to discuss installation of new PVC pipe . He advised that given the costs involved, it might be in our best interests to continue to use the over-the-counter controllers hat basically get the job done. I very much appreciated the expert and honest opinion rendered by Michael. Although he did not receive a contract to an install an irrigation system, he earned my respect & appreciation. I would enthusiastically recommend that individuals interested in the installation of a modern irrigation system consult this company.

+ -1 moreI placed a call early on 3/1/2018. No one ever called me back. In the past, I have used them and been very pleased on at least three occasions. I was expecting similar treatment to what I have experienced before, but I got nothing this time. The person responsible for handling the telephone calls in the office does not do your reputation any good at all. I know that your work is quality. Your office person detracts from your company. I found someone else whom I am very pleased with so I will not have to call you again.

+ -1 moreIt was a disaster. The "supervisor" that was left didn't know how to do anything. He didn't plan anything. Owner kept saying he would call me back and didn't. Washed out all my flowerbeds.
Description of Work: I needed an existing drainage system improved in the back and side yard, and extended thru the front yard to the street. The reason for the change was to discontent from by neighbors system at their request; the other reason was to get more drop by going out to the street.

I appreciated the fact that they explained everything to me and consulted me with my options before they began completing any work. This is the second time I have had this company service my sprinkler system and I would DEFINITELY hire them again.
