Rico and his team arrived as scheduled and quickly made an evaluation of what needed to be done to repair and restore our chimney. Repairs were completed and cleanup was done timely. Excellent job and reasonable price. I would recommend them for any service that you need done on your fireplace or chimney.

The experience was very quick, and the work was done cleanly and quickly. Having never had extensive work done on a fireplace and chimney before, I cannot comment on the work done except to say that it seemed to fit the needs. I do think the damper should have been closed, especially after my stating that I would not be operating the fireplace. As for the cost, it far exceeded Angi list posted estimates but Rico did provide me a very detailed invoice with item explanations. Also, Rico did pre-warn me of the amount of dust and odor I would experience, how long it would last, and was very concerned about me.

They were professional. When they left my house was as clean as when they arrived. I was kept informed the whole time. I had a couple of rusted vent pipes they replaced. The company used a drone to take pictures of the chimney, etc. I highly recommend this company.

Since our house is so close to their office, owner Rico came out the same day I called. Using his high-tech drone, I watched as he was able to quickly video and take still photos of the top of my chimney to assess the damage and determine the work that needed to be done. He was able to quote me a price that was much, much less than the quote I obtained from another company a few days earlier. A couple of hours later his crew of 3, that had just finished a project across town, called to let me know they were on the way. Within a little over an hour they were able to completely resurface the crown with quick dry cement and sealer. They brought the metal cap down and we determined that all it needed was a fresh coat of black spray paint. While up there, they also filled in some holes in the grout on the brick walls of the chimney. Once the job was complete, the foreman got back on the roof and took pictures of the finished product for me to see. The crew was courteous and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I liked the Introduction of the company as they drove into my yard. one man worked on top of my roof and second man worked in my house. Gentleman in charged kept checking both jobs, making sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. Cleaned after done. Great job
