The Fireplace Whisperers!!! PHENOMINAL service on a very challenging installation! I cannot believe how beautiful it is... Beyond my wildest dreams!!! They lined the chimney with brand new, UL-listed vent up through the roof, installed the Victoran gas fireplace insert, re-assembled the BROKEN original slate surround (!), and installed all the GORGEOUS vintage hearth tile... Absolutely STUNNING!!! I am so smitten with this! 💗

Done well, timely manner

We thought we might need a major repair to our 30 yo gas fireplace insert as it was intermittently turning itself off while we were using it. The technician, Ben, who came for the service, suggested that it may just need cleaning. He did that and it seems to be working fine now.

Job was done well; and quickly. Technician was also friendly.

Too EXPENSIVE, 524 $ /hr. Will never use again. Work was good, technician courteous. Company is robbing u. Dont call them unless u got lots ofoney to burn NO value.

The man was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time with me answering all my questions and everything he said turned out just as he said. Cudnt be happier

I was very pleased with the entire process. After the inspection, all of the issues were explained fully and everything was backed up with pictures. The repairs were performed as and when they were promised and once again pictures were used to prove the work was done. The price for the repairs was higher than I was expecting but the repairs were required and they were completed as promised. I also am a firm believer in the old saying -CHEAP AIN?T GOOD and GOOD AIN?T CHEAP. I was pleased with all phases of the job and would highly recommend Instant Chimney.

Quick and excellent service

I hired someone to clean my fireplace. Instead of cleaning, they tried to sell me another gas fireplace with a remote. It is a nice idea if you have $2600. I just wanted my fireplace cleaned.

They called me to let me know they were on their way. They were courteous, cheerful, and did an excellent job, telling me what needed to be done or not needed. They also gave me some good advice for maintaining the chimney and fireplace.

The crews are very efficient and did a great job both inside and outside on the chimney. Our sales rep was very informative about options we could go with after the chimney was repaired. Definitely use again if needed.

Tried Angi for the very first time ever for a full fireplace and chimney upgrade, top to bottom. Immediately was contacted by INSTANT CHIMNEY, whose very name gave me a chuckle. They had the last laugh, because they were absolutely incredible! They did everything right. They accepted my preferred schedule. They called ahead as requested and showed up on time. They assigned one expert worker to the inside fireplace and one to the outside chimney. They quickly sent before pictures to their office and in moments I was not only copied; but, was also given a detailed estimate of the entire project. Each line item included a fair price along with a full explanation of that item, as well as what that improvement would accomplish for our long-term benefit. It was the very best estimate format we have ever received for any of our many remodeling jobs over the years for a house we built in 1978. After approving the estimate over the phone, the two workers efficiently went to town. Within just two hours, as the sun was setting, they managed to completely rehabilitate a Hurricane Beryl damaged chimney from top to bottom, from the owl decoy mounted on top of the new chimney cap and crown all the way down to the floor of the renewed firebox. Next the office called and emailed the final invoice equalling the estimated price (with a 3% discount for payment by check), along with the after pictures documenting the improvements so that we did not even have to climb a ladder to verify that all the elements were completed. This whole process was so surgically seamless and professional that we not only rate it FIVE STAR PLUS, we rank it as our best first-time interaction with any service company - EVER! Great service and great job. They were able to tackle the job the same day they came out. Would recommend this company.

I had them out before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. I sustained some leaks during the hurricane. Instant Chimney immediately returned after the storm and repaired the flashing that had blown away. I now have piece of mind that I will not experience a leak during the next storm. I would recommend Instant Chimney to anyone in need of fireplace/chimney repair!
