Rico worked with me on a schedule to 1st. repair the leaking chimney and 2nd. repair and update the gas fireplace. The leaking chimney was repaired immediately, including a new chimney cap, base, and flashing; power washing the chimney; tucking the chimney brick; and applying a clear, protective spray. The work crew was efficient and addressed my concerns and questions, finishing in less than three hours. The entire process from initial quote to finished project was informative, with clearly defined options. Work on the fireplace is planned for October.

Tech was too busy the day of my appointment, didn't call but came 3 hours later. Diagnosed a thermapile issue and quickly replaced it. I'm not a fan of trip charges but was fair for the work done.

there was one quote online and when I spoke to the business it was lower and when they came, it was a much higher amount. They did honor the higher range of their quote.

There was a mix up about my appointment with them. I understood they would come on 11/21. At end of the day I called them & I'm not sure what their problen was - but we rescheduled for today & all wentr fine.

There was rust at the top of the chimney. A chimney cap restoration was recommended and not a replacement. Received another quote and their estimated cost more. Excellent communication on arrival time. Honest about the repairs that needed to be done and thoroughly explained the options.
