Are you in hot water? We are a water heater authority and THE source for water heating solutions in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. We provide free upfront estimates on replacing a tank style or tankless water heater. We do not do repairs unless it is a heater we installed for liability reasons. We make choosing your new water heater a pleasant experience because all we do is water heaters! Our Plumbers are actual employees of ours and not subcontractors so they are all licensed/insured/bonded and will be in a Houston Water Heaters uniform. We take special care to respect your home and clean up our mess when we complete each installation. You will be hard pressed to find a better price or higher quality service, please check out our reviews and you will agree. Description of Work: Installed a new tankless water heater in attic space. Original purchase was to replace an existing 40 gallon tank style water heater. Unfortunately, with the new size requirements a replacement heater was out of the question. Dealing with the effort to replace a water heater, or any major home system can be a daunting effort. Finding a company that really does understand your concerns, works through the issues with you from start to finish, and provides you with the level of information and service that you can trust is not an easy task. The "market" is truly full of "sharks." The long and short of it is this, if you want to work with a top leader in customer service from beginning to end, who only sells and services tried and proven equipment, call Houston Water Heaters.

I would use this company again.
Description of Work: They installed a new electric water heater in my attic. I'm glad that they sent two installers because it's in the attic. They were polite and careful to not make a mess. One of the installers took the time to explain how the leak detector works, and he didn't mind that I asked him to show me how to turn the water heater off in case I ever need to. The whole installation went smoothly and didn't take as long as I thought it would (as compared to the last one, which was installed by another company that wasn't as good).

Description of Work: They were very responsive and came out right away...after I paid for the special deal through Angie's List. They told me, up front, the cost would be more since the great price they offer is for first floor installation. It was still a better deal than a few other places I called. There were no other hidden fees or drama...of any kind. I sincerely appreciated the professionalism, courtesy and fast service of their employees. I would not look elsewhere if you are needing to replace a water heater. They lived up to their A rating. I am typically a finicky consumer and I will recommend them to everyone.
