 + -1 moreIt is now back up and running. And the newly planted flowers were saved and we are quite pleased with his timely response time and the services provided. You could say that he saved the day for the plants!
Description of Work: Locate and trace out an electrical fault to the sprinkler valves. A neighbor was having some work underground performed by another company and knocked out the Commons sprinkler system. It went unnoticed until mentioned by our landscaping chairperson. After realizing that it was more serious than a timer malfunction or a blown breaker, it was time to call Larry. It took about 3 hours to trouble shoot our system and to fix the problem.

 + -1 moreOriginal pipe had cracked in a spot between my house and water meter. Not responsibility of city. Larry and his helper dug up the yard, cut out damaged pipe and replaced with new pipe, including right angle joints for less torque. Tested operation of entire system and after determining successful installation replaced earth.
Description of Work: Removed part of original broken pvc pipe and replaced.
