Technician was professional and very courteous. Got the work done quickly. No issues since repairs were performed.

Made an appointment to come to my house and assess the system. Showed up on time and texted before he came. Emailed me an estimate. Again texted 2 days before work to start. Arrived on time the day work was completed. He explained the job to his foreman. Answered all my questions. I was very happy.

Diagnosed the problem--took a while to find a broken sprinkler head. Fixed the problem and checked the valve and the system.

Provided sprinkler tuneup and found it in good working order. Made a few small adjustments to make sure everything was operating correctly.

Larry fixed the sprinkler system, the outside lights and the drainage. I was amazed he addressed everything in a couple of hours. He was on time and professional.

Larry tested entire 8-zone system and proved no leaks, which I had been concerned about. He repaired broken fittings on a couple of the zones, replaced all rotors and adjusted all sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage. Afterwards he walked me through things to watch for with the system, and helped me troubleshoot likely causes of our high water bills, since irrigation system proven not to be culprit.

all seemed to go well, except we are still having some issues getting remote Wi-Fi controller up and running on my cell phone. No doubt this will get settled soon.

Larry quickly found the buried zone valve which was causing my system to leak. I was amazed how quickly he was able to identify and fix the problem - all at a very reasonable price.

They came out and replaced my back flow system that was damaged by the freeze. They also replaced a broken line, that was found while testing the system after installation.

Following the freeze the water started to spray as the irrigation system started to thaw. I called Houston Turf Irrigation and over the phone they walked me through how i could turn off the water and gave me the prices for a repair or replacement. Larry, the owner, arrived at the appointed time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and quickly and effeciently replaced the broken controller and tested the system. All worked as it should. Very good experience.

After we gave Larry our home address, he gave us the bid (as shown in the deal). I asked him to come to our home and look at our property and meet us before we decided to do the deal. After two weeks, we found another provider who would come to the house and see us before giving us a quote. We will be having system installed with this other provider.

Larry was professional, identifiable, and he handled our problem. I have referred him before to others and will continue to do so. The money spent was comparable to the work and I appreciated his professionalism.

Larry came out the same evening I called. He was very competent and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the valves for the affected zones (not easy). He then replaced the diaphragms to the control valves and corrected the problems. All of this work was done in one full hour. The parts were $18, the total for the work performed was $241.

I was very pleased with his work. Was on time. There were other repairs that were needed that I would have never known about until he did maintenance on what I wanted. Larry is very professional and punctual. He answered his phone when we called and answered every question. He is very quick and thorough and does a fantastic job. We have had him out to the house on two different occasions to help with our sprinklers and to put up Christmas lights. Both times he was amazing and we cannot wait to use him again. He's amazing!
