I have used them for many audio visual projects at my house. They have always been on time, very competent, reasonably priced, armed with suggestions for saving money, and courteous. I will always call them for my a/v work.

The service provider was prompt and and professional. My biggest complaint is that several jobs require more than one visit because all components weren't brought as planned. Also not the cheapest solution if money is a primary factor.

It went great. They were here all day- and at the end of the day they made sure I knew how to use the system. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home stereo surround system. I will need additional work done once I complete my outdoor patio, and will definitely call them back!!

They hooked everything up well, and used industry standard speaker wire.

We wanted to move our TV from over the fireplace to an adjacent wall and add a soundbar. We thought there would need to be invasive wiring to be run, but they gave great advice to try out the Uverse wireless receiver instead which saved a lot of money. Everyone was courteous and professional. The service itself was on-time, well-done, and everything was explained to me. The mount they used was great -- slim profile and sturdy with locking capability. Very satisfied with their work and especially the fact that didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't want.

Jose was great as well as the crew. Really nice and professional and they knew what they were doing. The universal remote is a little finicky but otherwise we are happy with their services.

Juan showed up on time and was very professional. He set up the equipment even though it took him longer than anticipated and stayed until it was complete (9:00pm)

They were very responsive to initial request, and had several technicians on site within a few days. Quality of work was good, however, the technician did have some trouble programming the remote, among other things. After the initial work was completed, they had to come back a couple of times to complete the work, and fix some things that weren't working properly. Overall, I am happy with the work, and would use them again.

They were very professional. Presented cost effective solutions, promptly returned calls, and were available for follow-up questions. Compared with others that I spoke with (either they were very expensive or unresponsive), they were awesome. I would definitely use them again.

They didn't arrive on time but the service was fine. He did called to let me know he was running late. One person came out to do a job and took him about an hour to complete it. The area was clean once he completed. I read the reviews they had and it seemed like they were consistent. They were able to come out in a short notice. I would tell friends that they are flexible and do a good job. I would call them again if I need them.

Representatives arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very confident in their abilities. They did a great job!!!

They spent 2+ hours working to get everything set up. It should have only taken an hour but the cable box was not working. In the end we had to call AT&T (they sent a defective cable receiver to us!) to get the cable working. However, the guys at Custom Installers were excellent. Called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday that same week. We had an appointment at 12pm and they showed up at 12:03pm...amazing! Everything was very neat and clean when he finished. I would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Their staff stands out. They seem to be the most knowledgeable and personality wise seems quite good as the most. Obviously, you need to pay a little bit more for what you get for.

These folks were awesome beginning to end. They were very responsive, communicated frequently and clearly, and offered excellent advice on what type of system would work best for our location and landscaping, and how many speaker we would need, etc. The installation took only a few hours and went very smoothly. The landscaping speakers are nearly invisible, and the two large speakers attached to the back of the house have their wiring well-integrated into the back elevation- they are nearly invisible, even though they run along the grout lines of the brick. The system works beautifully, and we have been in love with having music in our backyard paradise. These guys helped us fulfill a lifelong dream of bringing the music we love into our outdoor enviornment. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with them. I would give them an A+. It was very reasonable and they did a really nice job. I got their special. The guy was prompt, courteous and he did a really nice job. He was conscientious. He just made sure that the things were right. I was very happy. He was detail-oriented. Although it was a small job, they were happy to come out here and do it. I have nothing but good to say about them. This is one of the best experiences I've had so far.

Team of two arrived later than originally promised, but they did call to let us know they were delayed at previous job. Both were courteous and professional, and they cleaned everything up after the install.

I believe it was Jose who showed up first. He began work immediately. His helper came about and hour later. It took most of the Morning and part of the afternoon. They did a great job cutting out the holes for the speakers. They cleaned everything up. We are tech challenged and have had a few issues with the iPad controlling our patio area. I have called them several times And they are always helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend their services. Our experience has been great.

They came on time and were in and out very quickly. They installed my equipment and tested all components. The tech was very professional and took the time to show me how things were set up on the remote. He used the least amount of wires and made sure that they could not be seen and totally cleaned up before he left. I will be using them again.

Went well. Jose the technician is great and worked hard to troubleshoot issues we had with the system first starting up which was a weak wi-fi signal.
