Description of Work: Mounted flat screen TV on the wall

Description of Work: The installer was on time, efficient and professional. Television was mounted to my satisfaction. The job was 100.00 and I paid 75.00 for the wall bracket. I'm pleased.

Description of Work: Arrived in agreed window and called ahead to inform of arrival. They installed 65" flat screen TV on sheetrock wall and ran all wiring through wall. All cables and hardware were provided by the customer. Caleb and his helper worked quickly and professionally. The complete installation was satisfactorily completed in under 1-1/2 hours. They did an adequate clean-up. I connected the components (my request). My only complaint is that they did not mark the HDMI cables out with their port number on the TV.

Description of Work: Mounted TV on the wall and ran an extra outlet. They were a couple of hours late, but stayed in contact with me. Very nice guys and did a great job. We were very happy with how it looked.

Description of Work: They reconnected all my sound equipment and reprogrammed my Logitech remote. When they were done, everything worked perfectly.

Description of Work: Hiring Houston Custom Installers to install our flat screen TV over our stone/tile fireplace was the best money I have spent in a long time. Jose, our installer, was prompt, clean, friendly, and -most importantly - provided a perfect install. The TV looks incredible, and the price was well worth the outstanding product that we received. This was by far my best AL experience!

Description of Work: A really great job! Very knowledgable about my equipment too. Ran all the cables I requested, and a small rope in case I ever need to pull another cable through. The also tested and showed me the finished install.

Description of Work: I cannot say whether my needs are/were sophisticated or not. Maybe that is the point. I can tell you Brent responded to my service call. I can say he was honest despite what was emotionally expedient for me to hear. That alone makes all the difference in the world.
