They come quarterly to check and spray for all pests (ants, roaches, and termites). They have also set mousetraps for us. The same technician comes to my home for every service appointment, and is familiar with my needs. They always call before they come out, I am very satisfied with this company.

Paul Roger of the company was the primary contact for me. I gave him the general description of my property ( size, foundation, etc.) by telephone and explained that I was taking estimates from several companies. He asked what my best quote had been and after I told him he said they would match it subject to an inspection. He sent me an email description of two different methods they offer for termite remediation. One was a standard chemical treatment (Termidor) and the other was (Sentricon) a baited station and quarterly monitoring system. He really tried to push the Sentricon system and I told him I'd let him know. I studied them both and informed him that I wanted Termidor and he seemed fine with that option. What followed over the course of the following week or so was truly unprofessional. First (after their inspection) I received a written quote 60% higher than what we had originally discussed. When I called him he reiterated that they wanted my business and would honor the original quote. When I tried to get a revised quote in writing I received several different stories from him. First he said that the job was more involved than what we originally discussed but could not explain what "more" there was. He then said the person who did the original inspection didn't really do it properly and he wanted to send out his "best" guy to reinspect. Next he delayed the inspection for rainy weather. Finally after his second inspection he sent me an email with a slightly different quote. After I complained again he said he was going to meet with his sales manager and inspector and resolve everything. Finally I received an email stating that Sentricon was the ONLY method that they could offer me. I was very patient and gave them many chances to get their act together but they never did. I naturally ended up selecting a different company to do the job. While I cannot comment on their work quality ( as they didn't do my job) my opinion is that they are very disorganized at best dishonest at worst and try to push the more expensive Sentricon system.

I hired Home Team Pest Control to treat the lawns at both my personal residence as well as my parent's personal residence and they came without fail or least called me to say that the rains would make their trip delayed by a week. They came on time and they billed on time.

The tech who comes out to my home is always polite, clean, caring, very informative, knows what he is doing, loves his work, respects my property, is careful around my plants, is always happy, never rushes in & out, always does a thorough job, and always cleans up. Most important he is trustworthy. I never worry when I know he's coming. He always calls me a day or two before he comes to remind me however I don't have to be home.

I've been using this company for a few years, but I think I'm going to stop because they are too expensive.

I was not satisfied with the exterminator at all. The technicians were very nice as far their mannerisms but apparently the product they used for my home was not strong enough to rid the pest. I called to make them aware of the problem and I never received a return phone call back and that just did not set right with me.

The job went well and Mr. Davis did go beyond what was called for on the work order in applying the chemicals. He arrived as scheduled and did what it took to get the job done. He was easy to get along with. It made me feel like he was there to help. I am also satisfied with the price.

This company is very reliable and responsible. I am pleased. I like the idea of there routine. I never saw anything like this. I am thankful for there great services. They are always on time. They never rescheduled on me. If I ever see bugs in the meantime, they will come right away and take care of the problem. I will probably continue to use Home Team for a very long time. They do a good job at maintaining the bugs. I have no reason to replace them.

The company calls before sending anyone out to remind us. They arrive on schedule every time they come. We have not seen any bugs whatsoever since they've started coming. So far we have been very happy with them and hope they keep up they great job.

This house is brand new so we did not feel the need to have the top tier extermination program. The reason we will stay with Home Team is they do not pressure us into purchasing a termite contract. Their technicians check for termites at each visit, and have not located any. They are prompt, quick workers and well mannered, aside from being honest.

The technician took my call quickly and came around to give an estimate for treating the inside and outside of my home for bugs. His prices were very good and he explained the changing of chemicals and their work guarantee. The treatment was scheduled on the spot and the technician was well prepared. He did a very good job, was polite and friendly and gave me advice on the treatment.

Home Team is very consistent. They are always here when scheduled. I feel they do a very good job. I have never gotten anyone who was mean. They are all very good people with very nice personalities. I have never felt disappointed with anything. I will be keeping them around for a while. I tend to feel comfortable with a place after I have had them for so long. The pricing is not an issue either.

Our home builder installed tubes in the baseboards when it was being built. This way they are able to come out and spray a powder into the tubes and that takes care of the interior of the house with no smell or residue left behind. The guys are always great when they come out and if we need them on a repeat occasion they always come out and its free of charge. We love their service and never have to worry about the bugs.

They drive a company truck and the employees wear company uniforms. They are a very professional company that employs very courteous staff. I feel that when they are done with my house, we will be pest free for the most part.

He sprays every couple of months and I haven't had any problems since I started using him. They are very professional and careful with the chemicals he uses. I think it is courteous for they to let me know before they are coming out to spray so I can be ready to leave when they get here.

Home Team comes to our home about every three months to do its spraying for us. We recently had them out, as we had a problem with mice in our attic. We called Home Team when we discovered we had mice in our attic, and they were very efficient. They came right out and had to put bait stations in our attic. Home Team did a great job, and they will continue to come every three months to check the bait stations to make sure we don t have an infestation of mice.
