Richard show up on time Monday and went right to work; he returned on Tuesday, finishing aroung around 1:30 after and early start. He is methodical and neat. I would recommend his work to anyone.

They were incredibly reasonable on the cost. They did a huge job and it was $90. It looks wonderful. They got the leaves out of the flowerbeds. He was here for around 7 hours. He was great. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I phoned Richard earlier in the week and he was prompt in calling me back. I scheduled an estimate for a Saturday morning at 11 am. Richard called me at 10:35 saying that he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early and I explained all I wanted to have done. He gave me an estimate that I thought was quite reasonable and he was prepared to start work immediately. He worked solidly for 3+ hours. The back yard was pretty overgrown and he tackled that fairly quickly. He spent the majority of his time tidying up the front yard, removing weeds, trimming bushes, clearing leaves and replacing a shrub bush that had died by moving one from another part of the yard. He filled in the place that had the bush and covered it with the surrounding rock. The work was done to my satisfaction and I will definitely hire him again.

Richard came out the same day we called for an estimate and gave us his bid right then. We scheduled for him to come that following Saturday to do the following: and use monkey grass removed to fill in entirea around base of large oak tree in front yard. Thin out heavily overgrown elephant ears and star lillies in back yard, remove weeds and small stumps froThin out monkey grass from front and side beds going around entire half of home. Turn and mix soil around tree m garden area and remove for transplant a family Rose of Sharon from garden. He arrived exactly on time and worked steadily for 7 hours and cleaning up and hauling away all debris. He safely removed some of the plants removed to be planted at another home we own. He loves sweetened ice tea and I was so glad to have made some fresh for him that morning. Even though his helper did not show, he came and did what he agreed to and then some, and all with a wonderful gentlemanly attitude. I just wish he did work in the Magnolia area so he could do the work I need done at my other home.

The owner of the business brought a helper and they were very fast and professional and left the yard looking nice and tidy. They took all the lawn clippings with them. Very pleasant people to work with.

I called Mr. Patrick because of his reputation on Angies List. He promptly called me back and was out to my house within 4 hours. I did not expect him to come on the same day but his responsiveness and professionalism was second to none. He mowed with bagging, edged, and blew down my sidewalks, driveway, and front porch. He did not cut any corners and did a complete and thorough job. I was sold and have hired him. He is very courteous and simply just genuine. I do highly recommend Richard for your lawn today!!!!

Due to the amount of work needing to be done we agreed to divide the work up into 2 sessions and then to come weekly for routine mowing and edging. I had forgotten how good our yard could look with proper care and maintenance. He cut and trimmed (and cut some more) then bundled up everything so the city could haul it away. Now he comes by weekly and calls the night before as a reminder. If I have anything extra for him (like speading mulch) I can let him know when he calls.

He quoted me $75 to mow, edge and blow (the standard lawn service). Over 12 years, I have had a variety of different crews mow my lawn on a regular basis. The price has ranged from $25 to $45. $75 is way too high. I told him that he was way over on his bid and he didn't seem to care. He just said 'bye'. He didn't even try to explain why his services would be worth so much more than anyone else's. He must have plenty of business and only want to take on more if the price is too hard to pass up.

He showed up the day before and I asked him to come out and take a look. We agreed on the price. He came out the next day to do the job. He did a very good job, and I gave him an extra $10. He was very professional.

Richard is very professional, extremely reliable as well as being friendly. He's a good guy and I'll continue to use his services.

I called him in the morning and he came by to view the property and give a quote at 5:30 that same night. He understood the job requirements and time frame. We very much appreciated his professionalism when he stated that he did not have the crew that would be required to do the job well within our timeframe.

Set up the bid appointment and agreed to the price all by phone which saved me time. I had to place a lot of trust in him (he insisted on cash and I had not personally met him) but after telling him of my concerns, he assured me he was honest as noted on the List. I was not home during the work, but a neighbor gratuitiously informed me that "the man you hired really worked h****** your yard". It was done very well and to my satisifaction for a very good price.

His work was good, I don't really have any complaints. He might not have done as much as I would've liked in the back, but that is probably just as much my fault as his. He was on time when he came out.

Richard is quick to return phone calls and gives accurate estimates that are a good value. He outperforms on every job.

I had Richard come to give me an estimate, we agreed to a price, and he agreed to work on a Saturday. The work was very labor intensive, which is why we hired Richard. He brought an associate to make the work go faster, and they still ended up spending about 7 hours of solid work on a Saturday. When they were finished the yard looked pristine. I haven't seen it looking that good before, and we're considering hiring Richard to come on a bi-weekly basis to keep it up. In the end, even though it took more time than he'd anticipated to accomplish everything we wanted, the price never went up.

They came out and gave me a great estimate so I hired them for the job. they are very prompt, timely, and professional. All of the workers were also courteous and polite while they were here.

Richard stopped over several days before the work started and quoted me the initial price. Then the day he came he repriced the quote to include the materials needed for the areas that would require tarp and mulch. This was expected and I was given a fair price for the materials. Richard was on time and immediately started working. I thought the job would only take a couple hours be he was here for several hours meticulously pulling weeds and doing the tarp/mulch job, then mowed. The total price of the job with materials turned out to be a few dollars more because more tarp was required. Not a big deal. The total price was $215.00. I game him $190.00 in cash and a check for $50.00 (which included a $25 tip which he definitely deserved). I'm looking forward to working with Richard again for general maintenance now that the hard work is completed. Thanks Richard!!!

Richard was prompt, this was a large job and began mid-day and was unable to finish on the same day. He assured me he would return the next day as I would be back to meet contractors at 10am. Richard was there and I could not be happier with the large task he completed alone with no assistance. Bundled all tree branches and cuttings, mow, weeding, remove all debris and so much more. I will have him return to do further clean up and final landscaping. Professional, kind, prompt, and attention to detail. Richard completed all that I asked and more.

Richard has a great eye for landscaping and made my gardens and lawn look simply wonderful. I had no idea they could look so good! The gutters on my house run into a somewhat complex drainage system and Richard went above & beyond to make sure everything was just right. He has done my yard for nearly a year and is always reliable, reasonably priced and a true pleasure to work with. Definitely a standout and I recommend his company highly.

Richard Patrick was prompt. He came at the appointed time and gave an estimate of $85 dollars to pick up the leaves in my yard and to blow and bag the leaves off of the roof of my house. We agreed that he could do this in any manner that he chose i.e. mowing or raking. After some time working in the yard, he requested another $15 dollars because there were more leaves on the roof than he realized. I agreed. When he completed the work, Richard asked for a tip. He said that he was joking but I found the request unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. Because he did a good job with the leaves, I asked that he come every two weeks to do my lawn. His charge was $35. Upon his next visit he cut, edged and picked up the remaining leaves. Although he said that he didn't accept checks, he accepted the $25 check I wrote to tip for both visits. I canceled his service because he wanted a $10 adder for not coming every 2 weeks regardless of the need & I'm still disgruntled by his tip request.

I contacted Richard based on his reputation on Angie's List. He returned my call right away and came out to give me an estimate, which was identical to the other estimate I got. I didn't have the work done right away, so four months later, he came out a second time to look at the job again and we adjusted the price. Richard was able to start on the job two days later and finished it that week. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would. He even worked into the night in the rain because he wanted to finish what he was working on. He was very friendly and professional, and communicating with him about exactly what I wanted as the work progressed was easy. I chose Richard over the other service that gave me an estimate because of how promptly he returned my call when I was ready to get the work done. The other service still hasn't called me back. My yard looks great and I will definitely use Richard again.

After looking at several listings here, I called Heavenly. Mr. Patrick very promptly returned my call and we agreed on a date and time for an estimate. He arrived promptly and we walked around the property discussing what needed to be done. He provided a quote for both the one-time weeding ($250) and the ongoing maintenance ($45) and agreed to do the work later that week. He worked very hard and did an excellent job on the weeding. We are also quite pleased with his ongoing service.
