Description of Work: The company was very prompt in responding to my request and service was performed and issues with pool were taken care of within a week. They are honest, dependable and the communication is wonderful. My previous company I used NEVER communicated with me on any issues, and I always had to call them and ask them questions!!! So far so good:)

I can only speak for my experience, but I would absolutely recommend them and will without hesitation call upon them again when the need arises. What a place the world would be if everyone ran their company like H2Oasis ! Outstanding !

Description of Work: I had an issue of debris blowing back into my pool from my sand filter. David came out timely in response to my call and informed me there were only 2 possible causes. He checked the multiport valve and that was fine. I had already changed the sand in the filter trying to alleviate the problem so therefore the only possible cause was a broken or cracked lateral, and the only way to check that is to remove the sand and take the unit apart. He quoted me his prices for doing that and it is definitely not cheap. He also pointed out that I had an air flow leak, likely underground. He asked if I had ever considered replacing my sand filter with a DE filter and quoted me prices and explained the water clarity with a DE filter is unbelievably good and something a sand filter cannot even come close to. As my sand unit was over 15 yrs old and had a small leak in the tank (a slip made during our sand change efforts) that we had puttied over, I told David I would seriously consider replacement but that I wanted to do some research before deciding. He did not charge me for the service call and said "we'll work something out" for that charge if I did not use him to install a DE filter. I did online research and asked H2Oasis for a written quote which I promptly received. I had additional questions, which they promptly answered. I found the same equipment he quoted online at significantly lower prices, but felt the H2Oasis quote was not that much out of line, especially since I know how much work is involved in removing and replacing a sand filter. David and a helper installed the unit over about 3 hours last Saturday and they explained to both me and my boyfriend exactly how to operate the unit and do backwashing. The water clarity after even 12 hours was so much better than I could hope and we and my dogs totally enjoyed the pool on Sunday. Today, just 2 1/2 days after installation, the pool water has never looked better. Unfortunately, there are some areas where my plaster has discolored and eroded (I'm sure due to all the problems with algae I have had over the last couple of years) that are now visible. I don't have the funds to deal with that problem now, but at least we will be able to use and enjoy my pool this year. I would not hesitate to contact David again. And anyone contemplating changing from sand to DE should JUST DO IT. They will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: They came out for a pool evaluation and were very punctual and professional. Although they only did one time pool cleaning i would definitely consider them after contract expires with my current service provider.

Very fast, phoned on a Saturday and came out the next day (Sunday) and got it fixed very quickly. Very professional, could tell knew what was doing and explained everything along the way and discussed when a few extra things were needed before going ahead with anything (no surprises). |Would certainly use again.

Description of Work: Replaced multi function valve and parched a leak in the skimmer that we didn't know about before. It has already saved us on water. We have also signed up for weekly service at 160 a month and are very happy.
