Guardian Windows is amazing to work with. I did shop around but Marty beat the **** out of the other prices! He brought samples for me to look at and had a lot of great suggestions for the window choices. The guys that installed the windows were really cool and they knocked the job out in a day! Highly recommended!

The installers were great. They really cared about doing the job right and made sure we were happy with it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. First class job. Cleaned up every day and even mopped the floor when done.

We had 2 bedroom windows replaced that were old single pane windows. Marty and his team were prompt and courteous. My windows are beautiful. This is the third time we have used guardian windows and we tell everyone we know about them!

It went very well. I was a little skeptical on the price at first. But I liked the quality of window compared to others and after the help of Marty and his crew I was thrilled and realized they were not overpriced at all. These windows and Marty are great! Made my old house look newer. Thanks

The showcase windows are amazing. However, 3 windows were wrong type and 1 wrong size. Had to accept operating windows when ordering solid glass picture windows. Then wait till kitchen window (wrong size) came in. Instulation was shoty at best. Did not trim kitchen window or even caulk top of window.

The quote process was easy, no high pressure "buy now or the price goes up". The price was much more reasonable than other companies I got quotes from, the owner/salesman seemed very honest and delivered when he promised. When the windows arrived I noticed 1 missing on installation day, one of the bathroom windows with translucent glass was late arriving so that had to be scheduled at a later date while we waited for that one to arrive. The crew showed up when promised. They did leave some mess in the front-side yard, they forgot 3 of the screens during the demo on the side of the house and I did find lots of broken glass in the flowerbeds after they finished which I cleaned. Inside though, they thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed up their mess. Some of the caulking could have been better. The first 14 windows took 2 days, they came back later to install the bathroom window which was done in about an hour. The product itself is very nice, I purchased the vinyl, double pane, that tilted in to clean easily.

We used Guardian Windows to replace all of our first-floor windows after damage from Hurricane Harvey. We spoke with 3 different companies before hiring Guardian and felt that they offered the best combination of experience, quality of windows, service, and price. This job included replacing approximately 28 windows, changing several from functioning windows to picture windows, raising sashes, and many of them were very large and/or custom shapes. We could not be happier with the job they did. The work was completed on schedule and at the agreed price. Fernando and the crew were very professional and took great care to do quality work and ensure everything was right. The windows are beautiful and have improved the overall appearance of our home inside and out. I highly recommend Guardian and would use them again.

The sales guy arrived, and was rude from the start. He never introduced himself to me but just walked in my house and said "so what do you want". Completely unprofessional. I asked him what brands he sold and he said "well what brand do you want". He was just the rudest sales person ever. We than sat down to look at his ipad and he throws a bunch of paperwork at me talking about various brands and their warranties and said he only sold one brand. He then walked out to get a sample window and when I followed him outside I saw part of his truck parked in my driveway was actually in my yard on top of sprinkler heads. Needless to say I was not pleased; what a careless rude man. And it's sad he's a sales person and I don't even know his name. When I saw he was parked on my grass I told him our appointment was over and I would not be doing business with him. He then tried to come back in my house without permission to get his stuff. I refused his entry, gathered his things, gave them to him and sent him on his way. What a horrible impression! I can't even imagine what his service must be like. He gets rave reviews here so maybe today was a bad day. Who knows. He lost a sale with me though for sure.

We decided to switch out picture windows for single hung frame windows. Guardian was the third company I reached out to. They came out right away to give us an estimate. It took a while for the windows to come in as they were special orders. 99% of installation was done in one day; due to bad weather, they returned next day to complete outside reframing.

I waited about 1 year to write this review to see how the windows performed. I must say that I am completely satisfied. The work performed was EXCELLENT! I would strongly recommend them. The windows performed great, specially during Hurricane Harvey!

Marty's crew, Fernando, Matt, and Darrell are true professionals. I thought the job would have taken most of the day but the job was finished and cleaned up in just 3 hours. They are very knowledgeable about installation and the product. And, very courteous! I love my new windows!

Windows were as specified, installation actually happened a little earlier than originally indicated and was executed without a hitch within the time frame they provided. The windows look like they are decent quality vinyl windows. Time will tell whether they provide the energy savings promised.

The installers were fantastic. They were punctual, responsible, very clean, and very quick. No mess, no fuss. The windows look great, and we're already getting the benefits--especially of noise reduction. We may replace our other windows, and I would absolutely work with them again if possible. We have a 3 story townhome and they may not have the equipment to deal with that height. Nothing but good things to say about Guardian.

The guys were courteous, kind, and prompt. We have 5 windows left to complete or house and we will have guardian windows do them all!

We had 11 windows installed on July 31, 2017 in Richmond, Texas. The person in charge (do not remember his name) was right on time in the morning (7:00 a. m.) of the installation day. Three men did the installing and they were out by 4:00 p.m. I offered to buy them lunch but they said they had already taken a break. My wife and I never saw them take a break. All men were very friendly, courteous and hard working. They knew what they were doing. We have truly enjoyed our windows. They were not the cheapest but I thought fairly reasonable and they had the colored windows we were looking for.

The installers were all very polite and professional. They informed us of everything they were going to do before beginning. They worked **** ** the windows that were challenging to install and only worked on a few at a time so that bad weather would not pose a problem. They were very careful with anything they needed to move and cleaned up completely as each window was installed. The project was completed over a period of three days and we were very satisfied with the results.
