Excellent professional experienced installers. Very good communications before and during install. Went extra mile on a few challenges that came up. Punctual, clean, etc. Fernando is the best with a great crew. We recommend Guardian.

We just bit the bullet and replaced all of our 1982 windows with Guardian’s best windows. Absolutely love them. They look wonderful and have made a huge difference in the comfort level inside the house in the terrible Texas summer heat. They were reasonable, professional, and friendly. The crew was fantastic from start to finish. I cannot recommend Guardian Windows highly enough.

Well, it's been 6 weeks since we had our new windows installed by the Guardian Windows Team. And from estimate to installation to the comfort of living with the 29 new windows, we could not be happier. Matt, Andre, and Darrell rocked the installation in 3.5 days. These guys showed up when they said they would, worked until they were at a good stopping point, cleaned up the work site each day, and were extremely considerate of the inside of the house and the outside flower beds. We have had a lot of workers in the house over the past several years with various remodeling projects, and this crew was the best! The new windows are beautiful, reduce outside noises significantly, and are highly efficient compared to our old builder-grade-ugly-19-year-old windows. For the same 30-day period (June 15 - July 14) in 2022 (average temp high/low = 97/74) we used 2996 kWh. For 2023 (average temp high/low = 99/78) we used 2555kWh. So, even with it being one of the hotter months on record, we still used 16% less electricity. If you are in the market for new windows and want a high-quality product from a local company, give Martin Scarpati and his team at Guardian Windows a chance to earn your business.

Cannot say enough good things about Guardian Windows. We shopped around and compared service and price with numerous companies when we finally decided we had to replace our old, ugly and inefficient windows. This is a family-run company and you can definitely feel the difference with people who care if their company survives. Marty and Robert were courteous and helpful when walking us through the process and presenting us with an estimate that made sense for the product we would be receiving. Installation was a very big deal for us. Fernando and his crew were absolutely amazing. So professional, courteous and respectful of us and our house considering they replaced all our windows which took 4 days. They answered all questions. We highly recommend Guardian Windows. The windows are beautiful and we are very happy that we went with Guardian. Great windows, professional and courteous staff, all at a fair price.

We had all the windows in our house replaced in September 2022. It was a big job. The windows had to be custom made, and we were replacing wood frame windows with material that will last in Houston. We contracted in January and were told the order would take 8 months. This was an accurate assessment. We were delayed a little longer because of rain, but the company kept in touch with us well and did everything they promised. The crew worked long hours for 7 days to do the installation and were not only highly competent but also professional, considerate, and polite. We were extremely happy with the work done and our experience with this company.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If there were more stars to give I would. First time shopping for windows so I did my research, out of everyone in Houston area Guardian caught my attention on the reviews. And pricing was great but not just that, the windows were ready 14weeks earlier then originally quoted, which I was willing to wait. But that truly made me happy. The crew that worked in my house was: Matt, Darrell, Andres, they were so professional and answered all my questions. What I really liked is that their work is so clean and they covered all my furniture, they left the house just like they found it- inside and outside the house. And Marty the owner is great and makes the process easy for you. They replaced 9 windows in 6 hrs. I am so happy I chose them!

Marty and his crew did a great job. We received a good estimate. Once the windows came in, the crew came and installed 17 windows in one day. They were very conscientious and clean. The windows look amazing.

Marty was responsive to my request for an estimate. He brought examples of windows available through him and was knowledgeable in his products. The estimate was reasonable. When the windows were ready, Jose and an assistant came out on a cold morning. They were very capable and were able to get all windows installed in an efficient manner. They covered the open window area with a plastic sheet while removing and installing the windows, so that the mess was marginal and the inside temperature was comfortable. They removed and replaced my blinds as needed and cleaned up their work areas. The bonus was that they cleaned all the glass in the windows as well.

Two days ago, we had eight windows installed in our home by Guardian Windows. Words cannot express how impressed we are with the windows and more importantly the installation. We were pleased to have such highly skilled and experienced installers. Myself, I am an engineer by occupation, so I was more than just interested in the installation process. With eight large openings in my house, I was concerned not so much with the appearance but what cannot be seen. I was interested specifically in how the installation would address water, air leakage, and the impact to my interior trim. All my questions were not only addressed but they exceeded my expectations. During the installation the Guardian installers found numerous problems with my home. For every window the builder failed to properly attach the interior and exterior trim. Most of the builder window openings were not sealed properly and in several cases the builder windows were not securely nailed. The Guardian installers pointed out each of these problems and then explained how they would make the proper corrections. During the installation furniture in each room was moved as needed. Drop cloths with floor protection and plastic were used extensively throughout. After completing the work in each room, everything was returned as found and the room was vacuumed for added measure. Afterwards we found our home relatively dust free. To be clear there was some dust but considering all the work performed it was easily addressed. After the installation was completed, we were amazed by the fit and finish at each window. The measurement of the installation was so precise that no tile repair, painting, or drywall work was needed. We are so pleased with these eight windows that we immediately arranged for Guardian to have the remaining six windows in our home to be replaced. In closing, while these new windows look amazing, please consider what you don’t see. That’s where the real value is and peace of mind knowing the high-quality windows Guardian windows will be a lasting and sound investment in your home.

All of my expectations were met by Guardian Window. Very professional installation crew made up of experienced carpenters who were well equipped to handle any problems. They made quick work once they were there and left are home in great condition.

Excellent. The appointment was at 7:00 A.M. and the work was completed before noon. The five man crew was very experienced and worked well as a team. Well thought out planning and mobilization enabled them to remove and dispose of the old windows and then securely install the new. All workers wore masks inside our home. They covered all our furniture surfaces to protect from construction dust, vacuumed the sites afterwards and ultimately made sure that we were familiar with all the new features of the windows.

The folks at Guardian Windows did an exceptional job from start to finish. They explained each step and keep us up to date throughout the process. We had gotten three bids and they were the best hands down. Marty, the owner of Guardian, and the installation crew, Fernando, Matt and Darrel, could not have done better. 5 stars for all of them.

I have used Guardian Windows three times over the past 18 years for two different houses - most recently at the end of August when I replaced several very high windows and multiple arched windows with the ultimate window product. I have always appreciated that Marty the owner actually meets with the homeowner to go over the project and make recommendations for the best window to meet the homeowners needs and budget. Pricing was fair for such high quality windows. The installation crew did an outstanding job, taking all day, to make sure that my windows were perfect. They were skillful, efficient, professional and courteous. When done, they cleaned up all the areas in which they worked so well that it actually was cleaner than before they came! I would recommend Guardian Windows wholeheartedly without reservation.

I must say I was very impressed by the level of craftsmanship on display with both the windows and the install. From the estimate, measurements, and installation, Marty and the crew were very reasonable, accurate and professional. The house is so much cooler than before...can’t wait to see the utility bill. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

When it comes to Windows there are so many options in the Houston market. For a working class family it is very hard to trust a window sales representative trying to sell you the “best” ever made window. I talked to 5 different window sales representatives. We decided to go with Guardian Windows for the following reasons: 1) local business, 2) the quality of the ultimate window, 3) the majority of their reviews ranged from good to excellent, and 4) willingness to negotiate the price to accommodate our financial needs. Marty (the owner) was very good in explaining the entire process and our window needs. He was also very responsive. What I was most impressed about the Guardian Windows was the installation crew. Fernando (the crew chief), Matt, Daryl, and Andres were excellent. They were thorough, methodic, and treat your home as it was their home. In addition, they all take the time to answer your questions and concerns. Very trustworthy. I am very pleased with Guardian Windows. They are not the cheapest windows, but they are affordable quality windows. We highly recommend them.

We contacted Guardian to have our windows replaced both through Angie’s List and also directly. They never contacted us.

I cannot express how pleased I am with my new windows. The windows themselves are excellent quality and I could hear the sound difference the first day with only a portion of the windows installed. I'm certain they will have a major impact on lowering my electric bill as well. The installation crew - Matt, Darryl, Andre, Jim, and Fernando- were wonderful. They made sure everything was covered inside and out. Answered all my questions and concerns without issue. They are very competent individuals and know their stuff. The Guardian Windows employees were great!. They arrived promptly every day and worked efficiently every step of the way. They covered all the furniture with plastic sheets, and they cleaned up at the end of every day. The workers observed strict social distancing guidelines, which is so important in these troubling times. I was extremely pleased with their work, and every window was installed perfectly. Our new windows are not only beautiful, but they are also energy efficient, sealed from the elements, and have much stronger frames. I highly recommend Guardian Windows to anyone.
