Couldn't have gone better. Marty the owner visited my home and prepared a very reasonable estimate of the entire cost. He also did a thorough job of explaining the manufacturing and components of his windows and also provided many photos of prior installations. The installation crews are lead by Fernando and comprised of Dee, Matt, Daryl, Jim and Harry are incredibly contentious. They took great care of our house, covering furnishings, picking up all the glass and other debris and doing a super job of installing some difficult windows. They never even broke for lunch. I can't say enough good things about this crew. Not only did I get great windows at a fair price, the installation was superb. I do not give out great accolades very often either.

The installation crew was wonderful. Great work ethic, polite, efficient, and did a great job of cleanup. I would highly recommend Guardian Windows. The bid given to us was a very competitive bid compared to all the others we received. There was NO way we could not choose them. Thanks for a job well done.

The crew from Gaurdian Windows was great. I had twenty one windows replaced and they with little disruption. It was a great experience and will recommend to anyone needing replacement windows.

The project went very smoothly. The disruption to my home was minimal. There were four men who worked together very well and got the job done in less than two full days. They left the area clean and were careful to remove all the old glass. They also cleaned all the new windows before they left.

Marty was very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. Our biggest concern was having a reliable, experienced crew install our windows. Marty responded that he had been in the business a long time (maybe too long). He demonstrated the various levels of windows that he installs and recommended against the least expensive model (comparable to the big company and about 30% cheaper). They seemed good quality but I do not claim to be an expert . Maybe a slight bit of pressure to make an immediate decision, but this was the correct decision and after all of these repairs we were ready to get things over with. Custom windows (Earthwise) arrived in about 4 weeks (except one final window which took about 4 weeks longer). The selling point was the quality of the install itself and David did not disappoint. He was respectful of our house and did a very nice job. We are happy.

My house was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. After considering various options I decided that the best course of action was to replace our aging aluminium single pane windows. I wanted to go with vinyl replacement windows, which are a more affordable option than the alternatives. After going through a few product offerings and quotes from different providers, I selected replacement window installation by Guardian Windows. I really liked their Earthwise 143 window series manufactured by Showcase Windows & Doors, a Houston-based manufacturer. Following a regional manufacturing philosophy, Earthwise windows are specifically built for the weather in the Gulf Coast region. The Earthwise product sample was significantly heavier, sturdier, and more robustly solid than those of competitors. I also took into account the fact that sample windows tend to be much much smaller (and thus appear to be sturdier) than an actual window. A lot more vinyl goes into the construction of an Earthwise window, compared to competitors in the same price range. While vinyl is an extremely long-lasting material, it is not immune to the effects of the Texas sun. The more vinyl there is in each window, the better. From my research I knew that even the most expensive window is only as good as the quality of its installation. Guardian Windows use their own installers and do not subcontract the work. I knew that the windows would take some time to manufacture to order. I signed the contract with Marty Scarpati, the proprietor, on 31 Jan, with a down payment of $5,400. The new windows arrived after 9 weeks. A crew of two men and a helper arrived in the morning on the date and time scheduled for installation. Joe Harris and Zach (the installers) were very thorough and professional in their work. Installation took three full days. They were very careful to remove every shard of broken glass and old window material before leaving at the end of each day. Two front door sidelites had been manufactured to the wrong size and needed to be reordered. Also, some of the bug screens were either the wrong size or not ready. I agreed to withhold $1,000 and pay the balance. The two remaining sidelites arrived 8 weeks later and were promptly installed by Joe Harris and Zach. I paid the final balance of $1,000. The last bug screens arrived in two lots a few days later. The first lot was delivered and installed by Showcase (the window manufacturer). I am told the bug screens are made by another manufacturer (makes sense). The final lot of three bug screens was left outside my front door but I was able to easily install them. Though there were some hiccups in length of time from initial order to complete final installation, I am not complaining. I am very happy with my new vinyl replacement windows. I have noticed a significant improvement in the inside air comfort due, I believe, to the superior insulation provided by the new windows. The A/C is able to maintain cool temperatures much more effectively and completely gone is the draft of convection hot/cold air that I used to be able to feel from my old windows. They glide open and close effortlessly and also look beautiful!

David and James were experts! They took out the old windows quickly and The new windows went up without delay. Very happy with the finished look and product. Can already tell the house is more energy efficient. Already had 2 neighbors tell how much better these windows look!

-Very professional group of workers (Matt, the group leader, was always available to answer questions). -Very careful with my belongings. -Very attentive to the “special case” of each window (I had some that leaked prior to replacing and they tried their best to seal and make the areas better than the original). -Always on time (and stayed late if needed).

Loved the quality and service that was provided. They also did a great job cleaning up. I was very happy about everything. Very easy going and easy to work with. You couldn’t go wrong if you need tree service. I’m sure you’ll be just as happy.

Guardian's team did an outstanding job. We needed to replace our old windows in our 23 year old home, and we made the right choice. It is a major construction process, noisy and dirty, but the crew did a great job. It took 3 1/2 days. They were very careful when taking out the old windows, and used great care installing the new windows.

The windows were manufactured in Houston, and were of high quality. They look great and were made to fit our specific measurements for each window. The installation was completed in one day, and the two installers cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. They were very professional.

The team showed up on time and did a decent job replacing the windows. They took there time to carefully remove the windows without breaking the glass, although we had one break.

It went beautifully! Everyone, from owner Martin to David and James, were a pleasure to work with. All were friendly yet professional, experienced and efficient. They left no mess behind and the the transition was a clear improvement on the appearance of my home. I love the windows - they look great and should help greatly with my utility bills. I highly recommend this company!

Well, where do I begin? I love my new windows! After a long process of vetting window companies, I discovered Guardian Windows and met Marty, the owner. What a relief! He spent considerable time educating me and helping me make an informed decision and purchase and set expectations. Being turned off by other companies and skeptical at best, I signed a contract with Marty at our first meeting. What a good decision! He delivered, really over-delivered, and did not disappoint. I was quickly called by Fernando to measure my job and discuss the specifics of the process and installation. My windows arrived a few days earlier than expected and here is where their professionalism really shined. My installation was not the easiest due to accessibility of one window. They worked diligently to insure my job met and exceeded my expectations. My home was respected and left as clean as they found it. Here’s the best part. Companies always say we want you happy and we will stand by our work. They did! I had a spot that needed recalling and they came out almost immediately to take care of it. An Excellent Remodeling Experience, from beginning to end. Marty was knowledgeable, very helpful and concerned for our needs/wants out of this project. We had a fantastic crew who were incredibly hard working, dedicated, efficient and respectful. They were always timely, professional, and took an active interest in answering all our questions and/or concerns. Each day they offered to assist with furniture movement or added clean up (almost couldn't tell they had been here in that regard). We are very pleased with the outcome and certainly recommend Guardian Windows!

Windows arrived earlier than expected and installation was completed in one day for all 18 windows. Installers were professional and courteous. The windows greatly improved the appearance of my home.

All members of the installation team were professional, helpful, and competent. Some unexpected problems were encountered and were readily resolved. The installation included one day lost due to rain which was made up by installation team working overtime to finish on 3/30/2018 (Good Friday). The home was thoroughly cleaned after the installation. The windows and sliding door are beautiful! My expectations were exceeded.
