Enjoyed working with the entire group. Just be ready to get up early if you use Guardian. They arrive not just on time, but ahead of time!

I was happy with the recommendations from Marty as to the types of windows that would look good in each opening, e.g. sliders vs. single hung. The price he quoted was fair, and the three week lead time he projected was right on target. I was also pleased with the installation by David and Paul, who were very professional and worked in a clean and professional manner. The windows are beautiful.

After receiving five quotes from companies we found on Angie's List, we decided on Guardian and are very glad we did. Marty was very knowledgeable and courteous. We chose the Showcase windows. They were not the least expensive, but seem to be a great value. They look great and make a huge difference. The install was scheduled to begin at 7am, the guys were outside getting ready for the job at 6:50am. The team was very respectful and worked very quick. They installed fourteen windows and were finished by 12:30pm. We would happily recommend Guardian.

They were good. I will rate them excellent all the way through. I didn't dislike anything. They were just good about not giving any inappropriate information like the other companies did. Their installers were quick and efficient. They were really fast. I had to really get out of their way. They worked by the hour, but they rushed to get it done. I thought they rushed on the labor, but they got it done perfectly.

Marty and Guardian came out, measured and priced all of our windows for removal and replacement. After his initial survey he showed me several samples of windows that he carries and walked me through the benefits, strengths and weaknesses of each style. Then I selected two different types of windows and he gave me a price quote on each. His prices and the quality of the windows were magnificent so I gave him the go ahead to start the process and asked that they be done before our move-in date which was three weeks away. Marty said that they would have them measured, manufactured and installed before then. He was as good as his word. His installer was out the next day to do the final measurements and put in the order to the factory. The windows were built and delivered exactly on time and then his install crew showed up fifteen minutes before they were scheduled, ready and raring to go. Guardian's install crew of four men swarmed over the windows, with precision and efficiency, they were truly a site to behold. They removed the windows quickly and most importantly cleanly, for this crew that Guardian has, cleans up after itself even to the extent of removing the factory stickers off of the windows and washing them after they are installed. After they finished removing thirteen windows, and installing thirteen brand new ones, there was no broken glass left, no trash, no damage, and a house that looked incomparably more inviting and pretty. In fact we had someone come by and offer to buy our house the next day. No I am not making that up. Not only that but the double pane windows, while saving us on our utility bills have the added side effect of dampening noise in the house, making it more peaceful and pleasant. I cannot recommend Guardian windows highly enough, they are professional, punctual, gave us a schedule and adhered to it completely. Oh and the install crew even told us about a great burger joint just down the road from our house.

Salesman on time, good presentation, quality products. Decided to take a different bid based on cost, although not a huge difference.

We noticed a few of our windows were leaking during our spring cleaning this year so we decided to look into replacing our old inefficient single pane windows original to our 1978 home. We got estimates from several compaines, but in the end, we were impressed with the product that Marty showed us. I reasearched his company and found every review to be positive, especially with regards to the installers. The product is only as good as the installation, so that was very important to me. While not the cheapest bid we recieved, it was fair and, by no means, the highest estimate. It took about 3 weeks for the windows to be made which was exactly what we were told. On the day of installation, our installer, Ron, and his team, showed up promptly, early in the morning and got right into removing windows and replacing one at a time. They were very professional and had 1 person dedicated to cleaning up as they went along. We were amazed at how perfectly the windows fit and immediately noticed a huge reduction in outside noise and improvement in our AC cycling. Should you choose Gaurdian Windows, I highly recommend you request Ron and his team to do your install. Not only is he probably the best installer in the business, he is quite a funny guy to interact with and has stopped by and dropped off some fresh tomatoes from his garden for my wife. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the windows look and Marty was very conscious of thngs like matching the dividers on the front windows with our plantation shutters, which nobody else even mentioned or brought up when giving us estimates. I even had a gentleman stop by and ask about our experience and following me taking him in the house and showing him all of the details and explaining our experience, he choose Gaurdian Windows. This is truely one of the best experiences we have had with any home improvement company. I only wish there were a higher rating that could be given for our experience.

Marty was helpful and informative in the decision process. He was our third estimate and not the lowest but we also considered his BBB rating and our own comfort level with his sales style and product line. We had a question several months after installation and he came to the house within a day to address our question. We have recommended him to friends and family who also chosen his company..

They did an awesome job. They had an excellent attitude, always left a clean work area, and did beautiful work. For the work and quality of windows, they had a very reasonable price.

They are good. Their quote was competitive and the work was done very quickly as well as efficiently. I haven?t had any problems since then. I don?t think that the quality is poor, but it?s not the best one too.

They were highly professional and punctual from the estimate to the final cleanup.

I think that the windows are a good quality brand name. I like the fact that they help to cut noise down by 60% in the home. They were courteous enough to vacuum up after wards. I had a problem with a latch not working and the company replaced the latch and spring.

They did a pretty good job at replacing the four windows in my home. Although it took a little longer to do the job because the windows weren't all a standard size. They had to send off for some of the unusual size windows. Other than taking awhile to finish, their work was good, and they disposed of all the old windows.
