Guardian Windows provided high-quality service and a competitive price. The crew that installed the windows were efficient. I have a one story house with 11 windows. The crew started at 9am and were finished by 1 pm. They did the house in sections so I was able to maintain a comfortable temperature during the hot month of August. The cost was definitely competitive at about $4,000. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ron's crew (of 3) came to my house on time and on schedule per our agreement. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient as they had done so many of those replacement windows. The total installation time took about 9-10 hours (including waiting for the rain to stop). Part of the work was even done under pouring rain and over flooded ground (i.e., they had to stepped through 4" of accumulated water at some part of my yard) as Houston has rained almost every day for the past 10 days. Nevertheless, their workmanship was not compromised because of the bad weather. The afterward clean-up job was done well. Those windows are now hanging beautifully in my house and I am pretty happy with their job. Recommended!

I'm very happy with the work that was done & the price I paid for it. Bonus was congeniality of workers. Very friendly, informative, helpful. Also response to initial request for estimate was quick & comfortable. Guardian gets a good overall recommendation from me.

The work was done ahead of time. I was originally told that the work would be done in 5 or 6 weeks after contract signing and it was actually done in 3 weeks. The team arrived promptly, laid down protective coverings and unloaded the new windows. The existing window coverings were removed. The work was done efficiently. The work was done on the second and third floors and was completed in one day, including fabricating the new frames for the transoms.The Team Leader (David Flores) took special care and stressed to his team the importance of not scratching anything or doing any type of damage to my house. Upon completion of the work everything was cleaned up and the window coverings replaced. The team was professional and the work was first rate.

Marty did the estimate, he was prompt, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that he was not pushy and genuinely cared that I made the right decision even if I didn't choose his company. The price was reasonable in comparison to all the other companies that had also provided me an estimate, but what sets this company apart from the crowd is their service. David and his team came to install the windows, they were polite, tidy and did a great job, my house is old and therefore the Window frames are not even, they spent the whole day making sure that each window looked straight. A day later I noticed something that I thought was an issue (it wasn't) but david came over on his day off to look at it, during his visit I mentioned I was going to do extra caulking around the external frames of the Windows, the very next day he came over to my house to surprise me and said that he would do all the windows for me. I cannot recommend this company enough, if you are still not sure who to choose you cannot go wrong with guardian Windows!

They are absolutely magnificent. Not only were they prompt to the minute - the windows came on time as promised. David and Joe the installers are both hard workers and nice conversationalists. They windows are gleaming they just look wonderful! We just love this provider as well as Angie's List. All of our referrals have been exemplary. Marty was wonderful and very informative. David knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job training.

Guardian did a great job installing new windows in our home. No pushy sales pitch. Ron’s installation crew was top notch. Diagnosed some issues during initial measure and was able to quote a fair price on the spot to re trim all the windows. During installation, crew fought through some challenges, never complaining or trying to expand the scope of the initial contract. The crew was on time, fast, and professional throughout the process. They took care to clean everything thoroughly, and left the place as they had found it (with better windows). Very happy with the Showcase windows. I would definitely recommend Guardian.

Crew worked very quickly, tarp'd everything up well, so very little mess. The guys were very professional and would have been done same-day except they needed some extra materials to add siding. We're very happy with the product, the installation, and the material/labor guarantee.

Replaced the window. Windows were leaking, but they fixed them. they did a good job. They were on time. It was ron's crew. Felt good using them. Very nice to work with.

I couldn't pass on the price. It was way lower than expected for the entire house for energy efficient windows. The windows were here in about 4 weeks, which was great. The install was only two days for 23 windows of varying sizes. We are very pleased with the outcome. There was a little cosmetic damage done to the areas around the windows, but I guess that is to be expected, easily fixable. The crew was great, my wife said, she was the one home. Only complaint she had was that they were a little too hasty on cleanup, jerking a tarp off of the couch and letting everything fall onto the floor, including some glass that she found. Again, to be expected. I would definitely make Guardian Windows your first call. I think it would be hard to beat the price for the quality.

No problems, a great job!!! Definitely would use this company again. Protected all our things, and cleaned up every day.

Excellent service, prompt response from Marty who came the same day for an estimate. Ron's team of installers did an excellent job. On time, never left a mess, they worked fast and efficient with the highest degree of integrity. They even spotted a small manufacturers defect in one window, which I would have never noticed, and sent it back to the factory. Mark also did a great job of installing a new front door as well. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very pleased with the professionalism and hard work that Ron and his crew showed while they replaced our 26 windows. They arrived early both days and worked steady to get the job done. They were very nice, polite hard working young men. They did exactly what they said they were going to do when we hired them. The new windows look Fantastic and we could not be happier with the whole experience. I also would like to add that the quality of the windows is great and we saved thousands of dollars compared to the other estimates we received. We would recommend this company to anyone. The quality of work was excellent. Ron's crew replaced our windows, and they were very professional. They showed us how to work the new windows, they were very informative and answered all our questions. They cleaned up after themselves very well so we didn't have to worry about stray pieces of glass. They arrived when they said they would arrive. The quality of work was worth the money.

Home is quieter and just amazed at the difference the windows have made

We have some other windows in our house that are not energy-efficient, but are not leaking. We will definitely use Marty & his crew again when we have the funds to replace those windows. I have already vocally endorsed Marty & Guardian Windows to several of my neighbors and friends.

The work crew arrived before the scheduled time and got right to work. The supervisor Ron and his crew were very courteous and help full. They encountered several problems with my 30+ year old house and were able to complete their work before noon. They cleaned up their work site inside and out. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future when I get around to the windows in the front of my house.

Ron's crew did a great job. They were skilled, professional, and quick. 21 windows were installed in 2 days.

I called a few different companies to replace 5 windows. When meeting with Marty the owner of the company, I appreciated his straightforward approach. I felt that the Guardian windows I selected were superior to the lines being shown by the competitors. David Flores who did the measurement and installation was excellent. Super nice guy and extremely professional. He did an excellent job and left the worksite spotless. I really appreciate the professional and responsive approach by Guardian from start to finish. What I underestimated was the HUGE impact the new windows would make in the appearance of the house. I'm now looking at all my other windows and making a plan to switch them out over the next couple years using Guardian windows.

The professionalism of the installers was a triple A Plus. They did an excellent job, worked well together and apparently they have been doing this for a long time as they were very in sync with each other. Very polite, friendly and respectful installers. This was a big investment for us, and though expensive we are very pleased with our new windows, has changed the entire look of our home, especially the picture window that looks onto our backyard and swimming pool, almost brings outdoors inside. Thanks to the installers for a top notch job, you don't mess around!

Guardian windows and Doors replaced 14 windows in my home with their Showcase windows double paned. first i must say that i had bids from other companies in the area that i will not name on here but which you do hear advertising all over the houston area. Price wise Guardian Smoked all 5 of the of these competitors! After reading reviews and complaints on all of these other "professional salesman and Window installers" it was quite nice to have a NO PRESSURE discussion with Marty the owner of the company. He prides himself on just giving facts and FAIR pricing with out all of the BS others give you. He does not Bad talk his competition like so many of the other companies that came to my home. There was No "this is todays deal and discount only BS that i heard or the FREE financing that other companies just add to the price of their product" THANK GOD! The windows came in withing the timeline Marty had set, His Main installer "that works for him and not contracter" David Flores called and set up the day for installation. he showed up on time with one of his workers and began prepping the inside and outside of the house to Demo the old POC windows that were 22 years old. The Job went so flawless i was completley amazed! David and Joe were exceptionally polite and great to talk to. they made sure that at the end of the day ALL of the trash and Broken glass from the old windows was swept up and vacuumed. at the end of the Job David had noticed that a New (expensive) back door was not installed correctley and asked me if i minded that he would shim it properly. This door has been an issue since Lowes contractors installed in December of 2014 and had been called out to fix it on a couple of occasions. the Paint on the door is worn off where it was hitting the frame." Lowes is replacing the door at end of month". I asked David what he would charge me and he would Not Take a Dime to fix it. All in all this has been the best experience on any of the home improvement projects that i have EVER had. Hats off to Guardian Windows owner and employees! Professional doesn't even come close to explaining these folks...

Workers showed up @ 8am and worked until 7pm, they wanted to get all the upstairs done. Very little mess during the installation. Workers were back @ 8am to finish the job. Marty called to see how things were going, told him the crew was great and are very happy w/our new windows.

I am so beyond pleased with my new windows!!! Marti was able to come over very quickly to show me samples. I selected the Vista vinyl single hung windows in tan to replace my old, ugly and ineffiecient windows. I was very happy with the price he quoted me, and before he left my house a crew was there measuring for the install. I was told that the windows would be in sometime between three and four weeks, but they arrived even sooner. We set up the installation day, and my windows ended up going in at least ten days earlier than I thought they would. Yay!!! The crew doing the installation was absolutely phenomenal!!! Jose, Robert and Ulysses were so impressive. They were punctual (I was actually still in bed when they arrived, whoops!). They got right to work, and all day I was impressed by what a well oiled machine they were as a team. They used drop cloths everywhere they worked and even covered my furnishings and knick knacks with drop cloths to prevent anything from getting dusty. The windows are just gorgeous, and the caulking around them, both inside and out, looks awesome. They removed all the old window pieces and parts and put them in their trucks and swept up before they left. My house was actually cleaner after the installation than it was before. Couldn't be happier with the job these guys did installing my windows, and couldn't be happier with the windows either! Thanks for a job well done Guardian.

He was quick to come to the residence to demonstrate windows. It was post IKE so the speed of repairs was important to is. He and his crew came out and replaced the windows, only one large window in the front of the house is not quite installed correctly. The biggest issue with the provider was the cost issue, he did actually price gouge by about 2000$, which was devistating to realize after the installation.
