The installers were all very polite and professional. They informed us of everything they were going to do before beginning. They worked **** ** the windows that were challenging to install and only worked on a few at a time so that bad weather would not pose a problem. They were very careful with anything they needed to move and cleaned up completely as each window was installed. The project was completed over a period of three days and we were very satisfied with the results.

They did a great job. They took the time to make sure it was done right. They are my go to window company.

Outstanding!!! Couldn't be happier! I am a repeat customer for this company, really trust their work and crew. The rule "measure twice, cut once" really applies to custom-size windows. Marty arrived promptly for assessment and estimate - I had serious rot issue on a front window sill and "foggy" glass on another. He is very easy to deal with, very customer-friendly and has lots of experience in this business. The installation could not have been better. David Flores kept in touch with me when rain delayed the project, checking in with me to reschedule. I have to say he was the calmest service worker I have ever had in my home. He and his assistant Freddie worked really, really well as a team. The whole project was well organized from start to finish. Clean-up was thorough inside and outside. Other than seeing the sparkling new windows, I wouldn't have known a crew had been there. Really wonderful service!!!

They knocked it out in one day and did a good job.

They did a great job. The people that worked on it were great. The windows were as advertised. I had one disappointment and that was that the alarm sensors were in the previous windows, like in the bottoms of the window sills and didn’t get reinstalled. They told us that would be the case before they did the job. I didn’t know how that was going to end up and now I’ve got all these wires sticking out of the windows with this little cylinder. Now it’s up to me to get them reinstalled. I don’t know how it’s going to be redone to where it’s going to look good. That’s the only downer. It was a 2-day job. It would have been nice if they were like a contractor who would have had somebody, a third party or a separate contractor that would come in and be able to reset and reinstall the alarm sensors, the window opened sensors.

Went smoothly from estimate to cleanup. They sent out 2 crews and finished in one day. Thank you to Ron and Fernando's crews14, they were awesome !!! Windows are beautiful !!!

The windows were delivered on a Thursday & installed carefully but quickly the following Monday morning early. Ron, Mark, & Jim were very careful to leave the areas where they worked as neat as they found them, & they worked quickly & efficiently. I appreciate the communication with Carol, Ron's wife, regarding delivery & installation. The windows look fantastic!

Our experience using Guardian Windows has been outstanding. We are completely satisfied with the service and product and would recommend them to others who are looking for replacement windows. The morning we called, the owner Marty responded the same day and brought several replacement windows for consideration. He shared references and answered all of our questions. We were pleased with the information he shared and decided to place an order the same day. We purchased 13 windows and they were delivered ahead of schedule and installed the day after delivered to our house. The installation team lead by Ron arrived early as schedule and his team did a professional job of removing the old windows, installing the new windows and cleaning-up. The entire job was completed by 1:30 pm the same day! We plan to purchase additional windows from Guardian in the future.

Incredibly pleased with the new windows they look gorgeous (did not expect to be excited about windows!). Ron and his crew provided OUTSTANDING service in every way. They were professional, pleasant, helpful, punctual, tidy and worked incredibly hard to get this done in 2 1/2 days. Some windows in my 20 year old house were not straight and gave them a challenge but they overcame all odds and went above and beyond in their determination to do it "right", which I greatly appreciated. All blinds were removed and replaced by the crew and all debris cleaned up, you would never know they had been there. Thank you Ron and crew, you have my highest recommendation!

We are very pleased with the job done by the Guardian team to replace the glass block window in our master bath on February 28, 2017. They worked efficiently and professionally and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. The new window looks great! Thank you!

My house has quite a few windows, and we had Guardian out to take a look and provide an estimate. I must have caught him on a bad day, but he seemed overwhelmed when he got here, seemed upset about his window supplier (or prior window supplier) changing models and pricing (mentioned Vista by Simonton no longer a product line that they could use). My house was built in '87, and needs work, so we have contractors out frequently. I would say this was, for me, an uncomfortable experience where he acted like he was inconvenienced. In short, he was nothing short of rude. Towards the end of the discussion, I asked him what he needed from me in order to provide an estimate. He said, "ummm, I don't know. Let me walk around and get some measurements." After a few minutes, I asked him if he was interested in the work... he said, well, this is a big house and it will tie up my crew for a while, so "I'll pass". That's fine, I don't want to waste his time, nor any more of my time. In sum, very, very, odd experience. Even if he would have given me an estimate, I don't think I would have moved forward with him.

Great. I quickly made an appointment for an estimate and the owner came out, listened to what I had to say, offered suggestions and explained some restrictions (requirement for tempered plate glass for windows a certain size and distance from floor, for example). The price was a little higher than I hoped for, but was in line with other estimates I had received. He explained that it would take 5 weeks or so for the windows to come in, and that his team of installers would do the work. I received calls and e-mails to schedule receipt of the windows and to schedule the installation. All contacts with Guardian Windows were pleasant and efficient. The process never felt difficult. The scheduled installation went as planned (starting at 6:30 am!) The crew of 3 was very efficient. They covered all surfaces in the rooms where windows were being replaced. I have siding on the house that they had to remove and replace around the windows, and hanging vertical blinds on the windows. They took the blinds down, replaced them (even making some adjustments due to the change in windows), and showed me how to take them down myself! Before they left, they cleaned up everything. They swept the interior floors and vacuumed them too. They told me I'd still need to sweep and vacuum some more - glass splinters do tend to get everywhere. The outside areas were cleaned up too. Since the installation there has been a strong rain and high winds - every window held and works as it should - not to mention looking great. I'm very satisfied with my windows and will be happy when I can afford to have the rest of my windows replaced by Guardian Windows.

Morty came out on time to quote the job. It was a no pressure sales call, and very straightforward. His years of expertise and straight approach made it easy to decide. The crew communicated well with me on the timing. It took one full day and they came back next morning to collect all remaining trash and touch up anything that needed it. Professional and prompt, it was a clean, good job.

Installers were professional and friendly. I watched them install the windows and they answered my questions. I told them when a spot needed more caulk. They cleaned-up inside and out. Inside is prefect and the few marks on the inside were minimal and cleaned up with a magic eraser. We will use Guardian Windows again.

I called to get an estimate for 17 replacement windows for my home. Marty (owner) answered the call, scheduled a free in home estimate, and showed up to my home as scheduled. Marty’s truck is a mobile show room. He not only discussed the quality of the windows he installs, he provided a full demonstration of their energy efficiency. It was helpful for me to have a visual of the product that would be installed in my home. Marty’s crew was punctual and courteous. The job took a day and a half, just as Marty had said. David and Joe moved at an efficient pace and cleaned up while they worked. They were both friendly and professional. I enjoyed David’s attentiveness to detail and genuine concern about my satisfaction with the overall job. While working he would stop and ask if I was happy with how things were coming along. I highly recommend Guardian because they provide a quality product and provide great customer service.

Company was excellent at meeting me at my house at an agreed time to discuss the project. Very professional and constant communication throughout the project with regard to timing and expected date for installation. Work started right on schedule on the date of installation and the duration of the project was as communicated. Work crew did a very professional and high quality installation job. I highly recommend Guardian as the window company to use. After a poor experience with another company in the past, I won't use anyone else other than Guardian in the future.

Excellent. Martin was very helpful in explaining the different types of windows to me. Ron, Mark and Darrel were very friendly. They know what they are doing and get it done promptly. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing windows. They treat you as if they were working on their own homes.

Marty, Ron, and Carol were absolutely a delight to work with. They will work with you on the price, the quality is unsurpassed, and their service is beyond professional and personal. I went with them because of their passion for doing their job 150% well. They take pride in their work and would never settle for if their customer was not completely happy with their product or work. It's hard to find companies with their work ethic and honesty anymore.
