Description of Work: I had my great grandfather's oak table with 6 leaves refinished. The job went very well.

Description of Work: Outstanding--my wife wanted to refinish an old bookshelf that I had had for years, so we contacted Griffith about the job, which was very specific. To say that they did a great job would be an understatement--the shelf now looks like it cost 10 times what we paid for it, and gets compliments all the time from guests who want to know where we got it. Add to it the fact that Griffith picked up and returned the shelf to us, and we had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: They restored a sewing cabinet, kitchen table, two chairs plus reupholstered them. Excellent work, really too notch. Very nice people to work with. I highly recommend and will have them do more work in the future.

Description of Work: Movers crushed my great-grandmother's beautiful storage chest into boards and even splinters. The finish was also a mess. Mr. Griffith returned it to my house yesterday and I could not believe how beautifully he was able to restore this cherished piece. He refinished it as I requested, put the pieces back together, and even made the bottom all look like it had never been destroyed! It looks like it must have looked when she bought it. It is just lovely. He was very professional and told me what he was going to do. Most importantly, he did it! I am very pleased with the quality of his work and will use his skills again.

Description of Work: I got the coupon from Angie's list for $200 off my reupholstering job. While he was here he offered to redo another item for free. I had him do a window seat cushion and a straight back chair. My main item was an antique chair and they did a nice job on the rebuilding and reupholstering, but failed to finish the wood and were not timely. I had to call them after three weeks and then was told my mirror was not ready to which I answered I did not have a mirror in my order. He returned my 3 items immediately after that. It seems for the price and the way business was done it was not a real savings.
