Great Priced Granite was the most responsive, most straightforward, most affordable company I found. I took the time to get 7 other estimates, so I did my homework. Carlos and Natalia were attentive and prompt in providing the info I needed to get started. They were so patient and prompt in responding to my many hypothetical scenarios and changes in what I wanted included. I even had a wonderful experience at the granite yard. I got to pick out my gorgeous granite and found the 40/60 sink that I really wanted, which saved me a lot of time and money. Luiz came to do the actual measurements and pick up my deposit. Such a nice young man! Natalia had assured me this was a one day install and when the installers didn't arrive until around noon, I was plenty nervous. My team arrived - Mario, Jose and Darlene - and got straight to work. They spread tarps to protect my floors and ran the vacuum as they worked to help try to minimize the dust. Gotta give them an A+ for the effort, but there is just no escaping the dust. They swept and washed down the drive, too. They were very careful about trying to keep my current backsplash in good shape since I wasn't ready to change that yet. They worked very hard and cleaned up beautifully. I discovered a little bit of water under my new sink the next evening and sent an email to Carlos and Natalia. I heard back from Natalia first thing in the morning and my wonderful crew came back out. To my embarrassment (and relief) it was no longer leaking when they were here. I felt terrible because I wasted their time, but they were so understanding about it. Mario said it was just like taking your car to the shop and it suddenly stops making the noise that made you go to the shop in the first place. I love my new granite counters and will definitely be using Great Priced Granite when it is time to do my bathrooms. I will gladly recommend Great Priced Granite to anyone interested and have already done that twice in the 24 hours following our install.

The service was performed as described. Two men came and cleaned and sealed the counter tops. They were professional and quick. I've had no issues from the service. When I made the appointment, I offered several available times. They gave me my first choice. Since I needed to be home, I also scheduled a painter to come at the same time (AM) and planned to go to work in the PM. They called me late in the morning and said there had been a scheduling conflict and they would not be able to make it out until the evening. This was not a disaster, but it was inconvenient. I think they ended up coming around 5 or 6pm.

So far they have been very nice, communicated well and I'm looking forward to see the finished project.

They did a very good job. We were very pleased. The only negative thing was one of the faucets they put back leaked after new granite installed. They did not have connections tightened down enough.

Let me first start out with the fact a job that should have taken a day, took two days to complete. My husband took the day off to be there for the demolition and install. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30 but they didn't show up until 3:30. His day was pretty much wasted. After discovering they brought the wrong section of granite for the island it took another 2 hours to drive to 290 and get the correct countertop. They didn't leave until after 11:00 that evening with the plumbing not completed and countertops not sealed or polished. Not satisfied with the bullnose job on the island nor with the seams of the granite.They literally jump out at you. After they left and we were cleaning up the mess, I discovered gouges on my Kohler brushed nickel faucet! It was not a cheap purchase a year ago and we will be contacting the owner for reimbursement of the damaged faucet. I will say this, the workers worked hard and steady. They are top-notch and if you use them despite this review ask for Mario's group. All in all, the workmanship could have been better. UPDATE: After the work was done Carlos contacted us the following morning and said he wanted to make it right but above all, make me happy. No charges, no hidden fees, nothing. He installed new granite at his cost. He even reimbursed us for the damaged faucet. We requested a different crew, and they arrived on time, assessed the work that needed to be done, and went right to it. Every step of the way they asked for our approval. Not one step was taken before they got our okay on it. They worked hard, and they FIXED the work done by the previous crew. The badly done corners? Gone! The seam that grew from narrow to large? Gone! They centered the new faucet accordingly, put the sprayer and air gap further apart and made sure the sink edges were truly hidden under the granite as an under mount sink is suppose to be. All I can say is this company STANDS behind their work. Carlo's goal is to have happy customers and when his workers fail, he fixes it. This isn't easily said about too many companies these days. Request the crew we got. I'm sorry to say, I cannot remember the gentleman's name (it most certainly wasn't Mario's group), but simply state you want the crew that fixed our counters. So, yes, when the bathroom remodels begin, Great Priced Granite will be the company we will use, and most certainly, we will recommend this company to our family and friends.

I was ready to contract Carlos' team for the countertop work but found a buyer for my property prior to needing the renovation work. But I will definitely use his company for my next property.

Carlos was great, excellent communication. Couldn't tell much difference after project was complete and dried. Could be that we really didn't need it.

Everything went perfect. We were hoping it would get out some of the buildup around the sink area, but they told us as soon as they saw it that this wouldn't do it. Very up front about it. I'm sure everything is fine with the polish and sealant as the granite needs the service periodically anyway. At least now we know when it was last done so we can keep track of it.

It went great! Carlos arrived at my requested appointment time (point), punctually (point). He did not walk on my grass; he used the sidewalk (point). He was friendly and professional (point). He performed cleaning, polishing, and sealing with a set of chemicals in his kit (point). This basic service would have been sufficient, had I ordered this service annually as recommended. However, I had waited 8 years, until I had a real problem with water stains. Because the contract mentioned that additional work on stains and chips could be performed as needed (point), Carlos made arrangements for a follow-up call (point). I offered (my husband) to remove the faucet and handles from my counter tops to allow access to the problem areas, as I realized his work had been impeded. He assured me he could address my concerns. When I complimented his ability to accommodate my scheduling needs, initiate communication to keep me informed, and clean up after work was completed, I could tell he felt validated and was proud of the business he had built. Several days later, at my convenience (point), Marcos arrived on time (point). He and his helper brought in power equipment along with his kit. Within 20 minutes, the work was complete (point). I was so surprised! Marcos is a master refinisher (point). The water stains were completely gone, and my counters were gorgeous! (1,000 points!) He was so happy that I was pleased with his work, his smile almost cracked his face. Thankfully, I now have a bona-fide source for other granite concerns elsewhere. Thank you, Angie's List, for providing me a source of independent businesses willing to take risks and embrace the struggle to be successful. It's individuals like these men who take pride in their work that make America great! My money is well spent.

They were on time and did a great job. My 12 year old granite counter tops look brand new. Will use them for any stone work I have done.

Heard this company from a friend. Called but Yvonne said the owner would call back... but didn't. Called two more times but only voice message but can't leave the message... mail box was full. Go to their website and use their web address to contact them (there are two email addresses) and provided our measurements but never heard from them. (their company web address was invalid).Their ad on website is extremely cheap but how they can be trusted if they are invisible. Will you put deposit for service?

Overall- they did a good job with granite work. Reasonably priced too. The issue we had is one of workers said he would hook up plumbing the next day for extra charge and the next day it was no show and no call from him so we had to find someone else to do it.
