The technician was nice. He was done in about 5 minutes. He closed the garage door and went to work as I stood on the other side unable to see him working. I wish he would have explained exactly what he did. I felt a little like this sort of "deal" is a strategy to get in the door with the customer and then the inevitable pitch for something else occurs. The technician did suggest new springs and I kindly declined. The $39 dollar deal included a 21 point inspection, lubricating all parts on door and opener, balancing door for proper weight and tightening hinges. I Don't know if he did All of this. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but I just dont know because he didn't communicate it to me.

They did the routine maintenance. I was having an issue with my door going down and then going back up and they were able to figure out the problem with the leaves and grass clippings were breaking the infrared light sensor and break the contact.

Great - they were very responsive and called before coming out. The service man was very professional.

Good service, quick work, very professional. I went ahead and installed new springs and nylon rollers which increased the price. But, over all, very satisfied.

The door was oil/lubricated; adjusted the spring and fine tune the open/close. My electric plug seems to be loose and causing the plug to loose connectivity. The company seemed to have overbooked with the special they were running so the technician was late but they did call to let me know.

Shawn came and quickly diagnosed that the safety eye sensor was dirty from insect's and cleaned the sensor; lubricated the tracks and springs to level the door weight. He was very courteous and personalbe and I would hire this company agin in the future.

I had two separate woks done. I was happy how the new garage door installation was done, except that I do not believe they honored the coupon I presented. They just added the amount on top of the originally suggested one so that the end price was the same as it was originally quoted without a coupon. $1,319. I believe that this was the same with the gate operator installation. $2,652. After I tried to fix my 3 year-old gate operator, I almost became sure that the garage operator itself had no problem but there was not enough power coming to the unit. I told the person who came to give me a quote, but I was told that the only way was to replace the whole operator. After they installed a new opener, it still did not work and I was told that the problem was the power supply. I was told that they had to additionally charge me for a new transformer and its installation, which I originally suggested as the problem. I pointed out that I had not had to replace the gate operator if I still had the same problem before. They ended up not charging me more than the original quote. The problem was that they became so not responsive after I paid. I had difficulty setting up the operator on my cell phone, and emailed and also called them asking for help. No answer until my third try. The problem has not been solved yet after more than a month.

Great, door is much smoother and quieter now. Good company, they didn't try and sell me on a bunch of extra work, just did what needed to be done.

They showed up within the designated time showing their credentials. They had all the parts on their truck and were in and out within about an hour. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Although he was not able to repair the unit, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The provider also reached out to his coworkers for advise. In addition, he provided us options for repairing the unit.

Gate wasn't working, I checked the battery and there was no issue there... now what? Gate won't open and all cars are locked inside. I call to make an appointment and Josh offers to help me over the phone. We did some simple troubleshooting and POOF, it's all working again. They asked for no $$$ but they sure earned it IMO. If you'd like to work with honest, knowledgeable professionals, try these guys.

While it took a few days to get them out, I was telling I could easily open/close the gate by hand. Matthew came out once to check the system, found problems and said he had to get replacement parts (essentially the whole guts of the unit). He returned today arriving at 7:30pm and worked 2 1/2 hours on the unit. He was professional and polite the whole time. He never said it was time for him to go home due to the late hour. Actually, he said I won't leave until this is working right. He even had another job to go to before finishing out the day (night). I've been very pleased with having chosen this company to replace my old worn-out unit. Matthew has been the service tech each time and he has kept me informed of what was going on and he has been quite professional thru-out. Thanks GSP and Matthew.

I elected to replace my old gate opener with a new model. The technician was professional, worked with my schedule and returned the next day (a Saturday) when rain delayed his being able to do the work. That Saturday he was heading out of town but he took care of me first. Very nice of him to do that.

I am very impressed with this outfit. I was having trouble with my garage door and I called them to setup a service call. The person I spoke with described another step I could take to save a service call. His instructions worked and I got the advice for no charge. I know the next time I need garage door service they will be at the top of my list.

Absolutely, the most responsive and professional service contractor we've engaged with on five separate occaisions. The owner, Ryan responds to all calls for service, new installation or guidance regardless of hour or day. He's been on-time each time he's been to our homes. He's made repairs to existing doors, installed new rollers, remotes, controller and a whole new system at our new home. His prices are very reasonable. I'm in law enforcement and I have grown to trust Ryan at our home with just a sitter and our kids. He's reliable, honest and very good at what he does. He's had an opportunity to take advantage of the repairs but he has always been very fair and provided us with all our options----even times when I know he couldn't have made much money. I couldn't recommend him higher.

I called Ryan on a Saturday morning (6/29) and explained the spring had broken on our existing garage door, which was installed by the original home builder. Ryan was his usual professional self and fit us into his schedule early Sunday morning recognizing we were due to leave town. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was immediately prepared to work. He quickly diagnosed the issued, took down the old and had a replacement up in no time. Furthermore, he volunteered to grease the existing parts as he recognized they needed it. Ryan previously installed a garage door opener (2011) after the original quit working. I had noted in my file he was on time for that appointment, as well and suggested we only replace the opener as the spring and door were still working fine. Thus, his honesty and effort to only have his pay for the needed repairs was a welcome bonus. He was very professional and you could tell he genuinely wanted to do a good job. He cleaned up so well you couldn't tell he had been here and the price was better than other estimates I obtained from those who have advertisements. Great word of mouth referral. I would recommend Ryan and his business to all my family and friends.
