From the very first phone call, I was extremely impressed with GSP. The representative was extremely courteous and setting the appointment was simple. Chase the technician was awesome. He arrived on time and he was extremely friendly and thorough. He exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. I highly recommend GSP for garage door repairs.

Omg. The garage door saga is over. Months ago, I asked my neighborhood FB group for recommendations for someone who could replace garage doors. I called every single one, and either had no response, or they came and gave me a quote then disappeared, or the business had sold and the person recommended was no longer there. Mostly no response. So, this week, I found Garage & Gate Service Pros. I spoke to Brian, who gave me all the information as well as a quote over the phone. He answered all of my questions, and then sent out someone to verify the measurements. This company has been in business since 2006, and has an A+ rating at the BBB. Plus, there were many many excellent reviews on Google and Yelp spanning over a number of years, as well as very recent. Today, I got our new garage doors installed. The guys were here 5-6 hours, and they removed and carried away the old wooden doors, rails, springs, and openers. They did a great job. Doors look great, and OMG, they open AND close! Highly recommend this company!

Came on time, same day service, was a referral from a neighbor. Didn’t overcharge, explained what need to be done. Will use again.

There was a problem with the initial installation of a new door opener, but when I brought it to the attention of the owner (Ryan), he personally came to our house, on a Saturday no less, to fix the problem himself. He and his staff were always responsive, on-time, and professional. I would definitely use Garage Service Pros again and would recommend them to my friends. These are good folks!!!

My garage was open but would not close or move. I called GarAge service pros after 9pm. They came out the same night and completed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again.

Great. Personable, on time & very accommodating! After dealing with Overhead door for a day and a half with promises they were "on their way", this company gave me an expected window of time, called 3o min prior & actually showed up!!! What a difference!

Chase phoned me when he was 20 minutes out and arrived when he said would. Serviced the door very carefully, gave my husband a few suggestions on the life of the unit, addressed a few more of our concerns and was on his way. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend both Chase and Garage Service Pros.

Went well - he lubricated the door rollers, inpected the system. Showed me why the door would not close - the safety beam units were dead, which he diagnosed partly by disconnecting the door from the chain and showed the chain moved just fine. Offerred to replace the beam units (I declined and did so myself, but was glad to have the diagnosis). Door rolls much more smoothly now than it did before, regardless of the safety beam unit replacement.

Never heard from them, then get an email that they've been trying to call to no avail...I replied for them to call me to come out sometime that week and he calls to tell me that he's come for his appointment at 4pm a day or so after the email...no calls, no real appointment made by me.

The tune-up was straight forward and the additional work went well. Great improvement in the function of our garage door. We will as them back for annual maintenance.

I was very pleased with the service. GSP technician was very professional in his approach, kept me informed of what he was doing. He was also very thorough, didn't rush to finish, and obviously took pride in his work.

Garage Service Pros arrived as scheduled on Friday morning. Repairman looked over both doors and quoted prices for replacing rollers and other work. He quoted a price of over $800 within a couple of minutes without even touching the door opener which was the real issue for us. I called my husband at work and had the repairman explain the situation. After my husband started questioning the very expensive repairs and some of the work he was trying to do which was unrelated to the door with the problem. My husband informed him to only service the door that wasn’t functioning properly. Repairman agreed to do that work only and quoted $249 as the final price after giving some discounts. He quickly went to work on replacing the broken spring and a $20 coupler piece on the door opener for a final price of $321, not the $249 agreed upon. He was done within 45 minutes and the door appeared to be working. We returned home a few hours later but the door would not open. Same clicking sound as before. I called the main office and a different technician was sent out on Saturday morning. He quickly analyzed the problem and stated that the door sensor was out of line, moved them slightly and the door worked after trying the opener twice. About an hour after the technician left, we attempted to let the door down and once again the door would not move. We called the main office once again regarding the reoccurring issue and the technician stated that it’s not his problem and became very argumentative and suggested that we now need to replace the entire garage door opener and their work is done. A waste of $321 dollars and the door is still not working. A closer inspection of the door opener should have been done at the start to determine the root of the problem. If a full honest assessment had been performed and the quote exceeded our budget, we would have declined all repairs until we could do the entire job.
