Description of Work: A team of American roofing professionals came to my house and replaced some missing shingles. Then, they told me all about the condition of the roof, which I knew had significant problems. I will use them again to replace my roof in the next couple of years.

Description of Work: Called them. Told them I needed a roof repair, my roof was leaking. The receptionist told me a repair was not included in the service, told her I knew that but I needed it repaired since I had a fountain of water pouring thru my ceiling. She said she would call her boss and haven't heard from them since. I've called and contracted with a different company to repair my roof.

Description of Work: Work crew was promptly on site with ample personnel and equipment to perform the job. Within hours the entire roof was removed and installation of a new roof was underway. I was amazed at how fast they were able to complete the 1200 sq ft single level home in one day. My only negative observation; small sections of the shingles wrinkled where as they didn't sit flat even a few weeks after the completion of the job. The home inspector didn't seem to have any issues with it, but I didn't care for the unkept look of those areas. However, I did not ask the contractor to come back and the house sold. If it were my primary home, the contractor would have come back if I asked. Overall they did a good job.
