+ -1 moreThe work performed on the roof was excellent, however they broke a couple things outside and pushed drywalls screws through my ceiling and left materials on my driveway after the job was done. It took 2 weeks and numerous phone calls to get the materials picked up, and it has been 3 weeks since they caused the damages with zero response from the person I was told was going to handle it. Not even a call back after leaving several messages.

He arrived on time, completed work during the agreed upon time, and answered all our questions in a satisfactory matter.
Description of Work: Tore off and re-roofed entire roof with Timberline HD shingles. Replaced water damaged roof plywood.Installed metal flashing in the roof ridges, roof-cap attic vents and drip edge that were previously there. Installed lead pipe vent flashing in lieu of rubber flashing. Cleaned and repaired existing 12" attic vents. In Interior of house, repaired dry wall in 4 rooms due to water damage.

+ 0 moreThus far the contractor has been totally unresponsive in correcting these problems: no final inspection, no attic inspection for leaks, several shingles are nailed with four instead of six nails and this was verified by crew member and I was told they would fix it, Very unprofessional customer service. I requested that my insurance company stop payment on check until this is resolved.
Description of Work: Installed new roof after hail damage; however, they never did a completion inspection nor a professional clean-up. There are two roof vents installed incorrectly and I have been calling, emailing, and texting for the past two months for someone to come and see these items. Flagstone has been unresponsive (I have three 'promises' that a 'work order' has been submitted - still no action. During as recent rainstorm the roof leaked at one of these improperly installed vents (you can see daylight through the hole - the contractor told me this 'is normal.') I called them yesterday and left voice mail over the weekend for someone to come and repair this leak. I was told they could not come out, 'too busy' at least three or four days! I then called Blackmon Mooring to come and take care of the water in the attic; they sent an emergency team within two hours and removed the wet insulation and set up a dryer fan which will be in place for 3-4 days (they came by today to check on it). Still, no cooperation from Flagstone. I paid Blackmon Mooring $481.50 and called Flagstone and they said they 'would take care of it.' (The email they sent to me noted that they would be out between 11-12 PM on 8/29/2015. This is interesting as it is now 27 October! and I received the email yesterday - 26 October)
